In the research, the compensated daily dry bulb temperature and the daily average relative humidity were used. The data corresponding to a historical series of 35 years, between 01/01/1985 and 12/31/2020, recorded in conventional meteorological stations in the municipalities of Canarana, Nova Xavantina, and Santo Antônio de Leverger, available in the Meteorological Database for Teaching and Research of the National Institute of Meteorology (INMET). Then, monthly descriptive statistics of the historical series were determined and bar plot graphs with enthalpy values were developed. These graphs included the lower and upper enthalpy limits, suitable for laying hens and broilers, to qualify the thermal conditions of environmental comfort in the three municipalities of Mato Grosso. It was concluded that the enthalpy index made it possible to characterize the bioclimatic profile of the mentioned municipalities for poultry farming, according to the months of the year. The natural thermal conditions in these municipalities were not favorable to poultry farming, requiring extra investments in the air conditioning of the sheds. The increase in thermal discomfort for broilers was accentuated from the fourth week of the production cycle. The Soloteca of Embrapa Solos-RJ, for example, stores soil samples from different regions of Brazil, and these samples need to be stored in conditions that preserve their intrinsic characteristics. In this context, the objective of this work was to determine the air temperature and relative humidity conditions in the Soloteca of Embrapa Solos-RJ. The data were collected by three Thermo hygrometers, installed inside and outside the place where the samples are stored, in the period from December 1, 2016, to March 31, 2017, corresponding to summer 2016/17. The difference between the mean and variance of the data for each environment/height was evaluated at the 5% level, respectively, by the  t-Student and Snedecor's F tests. The other statistical analyses were presented by boxplots. It was observed that the air temperature, on average, did not differ between the indoor and outdoor environments at a height of 1.6 meters, but there was a difference with the sensor installed near the surface (0.5 meters). The objective of this study was to carry out an epidemiological characterization of this disease in the city of Manaus, from January 2018 to December 2019, through access to the Notifications Disease Information System - SINAN database, made available by the Foundation of Amazonas Health Surveillance - FVS / AM, and thus make epidemiological inferences through variables such as sex, age, occupation, risk situation occurred in the 30 days prior to the first symptoms, clinical signs, autochthonous case, characteristic of the probable location of the source of infection, work-related disease, the evolution of the case and determination criteria for the characterization of the disease. As a result, 64 cases were confirmed, school distribution as to the regions of the city of 12.5% ​​of cases in the North zone, 10.94% in the South zone, 9.37% in the West zone, 7.82% in the East zone, and 59.37% did not have the area identified. Regarding age, the highest prevalence was identified in those under 50 years of age, representing 75% of total cases. As for gender, 89.06% of the cases involved males. Regarding risk hypotheses, contact with water or mud from floods was the main infection factor, with 64.60% of cases, and the main signs comparable to infected individuals were: fever, myalgia, headache, prostration, vomiting, diarrhea, and jaundice. The results show that leptospirosis is a public health problem in the city of Manaus, mainly due to climatic, sanitary, and social factors, the situation in which those susceptible are inserted. Es por esta razón, que esta investigación se realizó con la finalidad de mejorar el performance de las semillas deterioradas por el almacenamiento con una solución madre de EM (Microorganismos Eficientes) y así producir plántulas normales en condiciones de laboratorio. La entrada utilizada fue la Cubano Amarilla con 60% de germinación y se contaron 2000 semillas en total. Estas fueron agrupadas en cinco tratamientos con 100 semillas por repetición: tres con la solución madre EM y captan, una sola con captan y sin EM, y otra sin captan ni EM. El ANOVA indicó que no hubo diferencias significativas entre los tratamientos ensayados para plántulas normales y semillas muertas; mientras que para plántulas anormales y semillas frescas si resultó altamente significativo. El porcentaje más alto de germinación en el maíz se encontró en el tratamiento sin EM y con fungicida lo que parece indicar que el deterioro de la membraba celular parece ser el responsable en gran medida de la no germinación, al hacerla vulnerable a los microorganismos.
