Currently, the main source of energy is the wood from the Caatinga vegetation. Aiming to reduce deforestation and boost the regional gypsum industry, eucalyptus has been indicated as an alternative for energy generation. Integrated systems of eucalyptus with adapted forage plant is a strategy to ensure stability and diversify production systems, increasing the supply of wood for energy and fodder for animal feed. The present study was implemented in 2008, in the experimental station of the Agronomic Institute of Pernambuco - IPA, in the municipality of Araripina-PE. The experiment consisted of five 5000 m2 plots, three of eucalyptus intercropped with grass: 1) eucalyptus at spacing of 6 m x 6 m + digitaria grass, 2) eucalyptus at spacing of 12 m x 6 m + digitaria grass and 3) eucalyptus at spacing of 12 m x 12 m + digitaria grass and two controls: 4) monoculture of eucalyptus planted at spacing of 3 m x 3 m and 5) monoculture of digitaria grass. Considering the increase in the population of cats in Manaus, it is necessary to know the parameters that can relate the species to this disease. This research aimed to carry out a study on the epidemiological profile of feline viral immunodeficiency in cats that were treated at veterinary establishments in the city. The period of analysis was from 2020 to 2021, with the collection of data from medical records of patients from veterinary clinics, registered in CRMV-AM, located in six zones of the city. The parameters evaluated were: region of greatest occurrence in the municipality, seasonality, breed, sex, age, weight, frequency of death, management, and main clinical signs presented. 1413 clinical files were analyzed, but only in 420 cases tests for the disease were requested, 81 with positive results. Cases of the disease were detected in all areas of the municipality, with a higher prevalence in cats of mixed breed (98.77%), males (65.43%), aged ≥ 1 year (80.25%), weighing on average 2 kg (88.89%) and castrated (43.14%). The temperature of air was 60 °C at a velocity of 3.0 m/s. The geometric form of the product cuts was considered: round slices of 4.0 cm of diameter and 1.5 mm of thickness. The drying time for the slices was 300 min. The numerical model obtained for the kinetics of drying was the logarithmic one. Con el objetivo de que perdure existen linajes familiares que se han encargado de rescatarlo, preservarlo y transmitirlo. Debido a su versatilidad y a la facilidad de incorporar diferentes instrumentos musicales en su interpretación, el son jarocho se ha dispersado a lo largo de todo México e incluso en países como Argentina y Japón, por mencionar algunos. El origen de este género proviene de la mezcla de tres raíces principales, la música española, los ritmos indígenas y las percusiones africanas, sin embargo, la influencia de cada una depende del lugar en que se desarrolla. Uno de los principales temas que aborda el son jarocho en sus diferentes piezas es la naturaleza, de tal manera que el objetivo principal de este artículo es resaltar la relación que existe entre la música y la naturaleza a partir de la observación participante realizada a lo largo de 8 años en talleres, festivales musicales y fandangos (fiesta tradicional del sur de Veracruz) en donde las expresiones culturales revelan que la naturaleza y el ambiente que rodean a los seres humanos tienen una fuerte influencia en su cultura. De esta manera existen una gran cantidad de sones jarochos que como tema principal tienen a la naturaleza; entre estos encontramos sones de animales silvestres y domésticos, de plantas, agroecosistemas e incluso factores climáticos. The historical series of flows obtained from the National System of Information on Water Resources (SNIRH) were used in the research. At the same time, several vector files were acquired from the continuous cartographic databases of the Brazilian Institute of Statistics and Geography (IBGE). In addition, on this site data referring to the livestock in the municipalities of the Microregion of Alto Teles Pires were obtained. To account for all species of animals and quantify the water demand in livestock in the mentioned Microregion with greater efficiency, the methodology suggested by the Paraná State Water Resources Plan (PERH) was applied. The data from the historical series of flows were analyzed with the R program, determining the reference flows Q95 of the fluviometric stations of this micro-region. In the elaboration of thematic maps, the QGIS program was used. The methodology applied in the research was adequate to evaluate the relationship between water demand and availability for livestock in the Alto Teles Pires Microregion. The water availability estimated in the micro-region was higher than the water demand required for animal watering and cleaning the facilities, meaning that livestock activities in the Micro-region did not compromise water availability, therefore, this was not a limiting factor for its development. Las cepas fueron aisladas de restos de bolsas plásticas de los botaderos de los Distritos de Calca y Sicuani, la identificación taxonómica se realizó utilizando el sistema de identificación para especies de Aspergillus y Penicillium propuesto por Pitt (2001). La concentración de esporas y la actividad degradadora de polietileno se determinó por el Método de Kavelman. & Kendrick (1978).  La determinación de la efectividad degradadora de consorcios en suelo, se realizó por el método de Fontanella, S. et. al. (2010) y los cambios en los grupos funcionales superficiales mediante Espectrofotometría Infrarroja por Transformada de Fourier – FTIR (Gulmine 2002). Del botadero de Sicuani se aislaron 9 cepas, de las cuales 44 % degradaron bolsas de polietileno, que corresponden a Aspergillus flavus (3 cepas) y A. orizae (1 cepa). Del botadero de Calca se aisló 5 cepas, de las cuales el 40% degradaron polietileno,que corresponden a  Aspergillus fumigatus,( 1 cepa) y Aspergillus orizae (1 cepa). Las especies más eficientes en la degradación de bolsas de polietileno de alta y baja densidad fueron Aspergillus orizae  (24.13 %)   y Aspergillus fumigatus  (23,15 %). Los consorcios de cepas eficientes potencian la degradación de bolsas de alta y baja densidad en suelo, en 12,8 % en relación al testigo (3,06 %). These seismic episodes generate seismic forces that affect structures, frequently resulting in substantial material and human losses in Peruvian sensitive buildings. Peru's most recent significant seismic events were in 2001 in Arequipa and 2007 in Pisco, with magnitudes of Mw 8.4 and 7.9, respectively. When these earthquakes happened, Peru lacked the instrumentation necessary to record them, and hence only a few sites documented them. As a result, the goal of building an accelerograph network at the National University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco's headquarters was proposed. The development of an accelerometer network would allow for an improvement in the administration of seismic data. This included determining the technical elements of an accelerograph network, its installation, infrastructure, measurements, unit costs, budget, and plans. As a result of the investigation, a suggestion is made to implement KINEMETRICS, REFLEK 130 SMA and 130 SMHR accelerographs with a resolution of 24 bits on a server model PROLIANT DL380 G9. Esto ha implicado que crezcan los casos de intoxicaciones y contaminación de recursos naturales. Por tal motivo los entes gubernamentales han formulado instrucciones de manipulación y de descarte de los envases comerciales. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue evaluar la capacidad de Candida tropicalis LMFIQ 703 para disminuir la concentración de glifosato en el tercer enjuague de bidones y así reducir el riesgo de impacto ambiental adverso que producen los residuos de pesticida en los envases vacíos almacenados por largos periodos de tiempo. Se sembraron suspensiones de levadura sin adaptación, en soluciones de Credit® Amonio (Ingrediente activo: sal amónica de la N-fosfonometil glicina) con concentración conocida (similar a la del tercer enjuague). Se incubó a 28°C durante 28 días y se realizó el recuento microbiológico de colonias de levadura cada 7 días. La determinación de la concentración de glifosato se hizo por fluorimetría con calibración multivariada y HPLC. Las levaduras se mantuvieron viables durante todo el experimento, con una disminución inicial por adaptación y una concentración final similar a la inicial. Los resultados de la cuantificación de glifosato a través de fluorescencia y calibración multivariada, aprovechando la ventaja de segundo orden del algoritmo MCR-ALS resultaron comparables con los obtenidos por el método de referencia (HPLC). Mostajo-Zavaleta","doi":"10.53499/sfjeasv2n2-014","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53499/sfjeasv2n2-014","url":null,"abstract":"Se han aislado cuatro cepas del hongo Auricularia. delicata del distrito de Maranura, en el Valle de La Convención Cusco, donde se le conoce con el nombre de “linle”, se evaluó el crecimiento micelial de estas cepas en una mezcla de desechos agrícolas: paja de trigo, mazorca de maíz, paja de maíz, aserrín y cascarilla de trigo, se determinó como mejor sustrato la mezcla de paja de maíz más mazorca de maíz, suplementada con 10 % de cascarilla de trigo, alcanzando una tasa de crecimiento de 11,59 mm/día. En relación a la evaluación de cepas se determinó que la cepa ADM-02 presentó la mayor tasa de crecimiento en todos los sustratos evaluados, seguida de las cepas ADM-01 y ADM-03 que también tuvieron un comportamiento regular.
