Tourism and recreation in the Belgorod region are not the leading industry of specialization, but their development is due to the need of the population to meet their recreational needs in daily and weekly recreation. The recreational economy of the Belgorod region is in the process of its development and needs a comprehensive study. Cartographic modeling allows you to get a comprehensive picture. The pur-pose of this article is to study the evolution of the tourist and recreational system of the old-developed region. In this article, the methods of cartographic modeling and context analysis and the comparative geographical method of research were used. The study is based on the following materials: the materials of the Belgorod regional Committee of State Statistics, reports and official publications of the Department of economic development of the Belgorod region, Committee for Culture, The Center of Youth Tourism, local history and literature, publications of experts in the field of recreation geography. The article considers the territorial structure of recreational fa-cilities in the Belgorod region in different historical periods, the role of cartographic modeling and the possibility of its use in the study of dynamics of development of territorial and functional structure of the Belgorod tourist-recreational system. For any sphere of social and economic activity, the development and implementation of innovations is one of the tools for achieving new competitive ad-vantages, which are extremely important in conditions of high competition and crisis situations. The innovative development of the tourism and hotel industry is inextri-cably linked with the introduction of digital technologies. It should be noted that, starting with the introduction of global booking systems, this area has always been guided by the latest advances in information and communication technologies. The relevance and special significance of innovative development is important in the crisis period, which is observed at the moment in connection with the pandemic. The article analyzes the current state of the tourism and hospitality industry and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on it. The results of the study showed that the crisis in this area leads to very serious consequences, including a sharp reduction in per-sonnel employed in the tourism and hospitality industry, the closure of travel agency and tour operator companies, small accommodation facilities, especially hostels. One of the principles of management in such difficult crisis conditions is the search and implementation of innovative solutions in the tourism and hotel business. In the course of the study, the main innovative solutions in the tourism and hospitality industry were analyzed, which are advisable to take in a crisis to mitigate the critical situation, the most important and significant of them were identified. The relevance of the study of the problems addressed is determined by the need to revise and improve the established concepts of hotel management. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, many business sectors were forced to reformat their work. Outsourcing for certain companies in Russia has become the only way to maintain business. In the hotel business, cleaning services were used as outsourcing when staff were hired from third-party companies to clean premises, clean rooms, wash dishes and other similar types of work. Independent employment agencies offer hotels hiring staff directly in contact with customers: maids, waiters, cooks, adminis-trative workers. These people are in contact with guests and create an impression about the hotel, so they should have a high professional level. In addition, outsourcing companies provide hotels with such specialists as accountants, logisticians, and maintenance personnel. Due to outsourcing, financial risks from the hotel business are minimized. Outsourcing has transformed into more than just a way to attract cheaper labor. It has become the basis of business strategies of both small and large companies, which consider it necessary to focus on their key business operations and transfer everything else to specialized service providers. The article considers the es-sence of outsourcing, studies outsourcing services in the hotel business, and identi-fies the main advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing hotels.","PeriodicalId":344184,"journal":{"name":"Research result. The relevance of the study of the problems addressed is determined by the establishment of the influence of the globalization process of world economic sys-tems (market) on the formation of consumer preferences in Russia, which in the process of merging and going through convergence, participate in the formation of a global market, whose basis is precisely the changed consumer preferences - universal needs. The modern global market is, first of all, a market where global universal needs are satisfied, a market in which the same companies of different national mar-kets often confront each other. At the same time, the globalization of the global economic space in the process of merging and building up its potential requires constant improvement and development of the competitive environment /infrastructure in ac-cordance with emerging global norms and standards. Diagnostics of the current national market of Russia made it possible to reveal the level of its competitive environment, the degree of citizen satisfaction and the willingness of the national market, including the services market, to be injected into the process of global product and service globalization. The identified potential problems of the development of the service market and the problem zones established during the study allowed us to find ways to solve and level the detected problem zones, to develop an algorithm of ac-tions and establish a forecast vector for the formation of innovative forms in manag-ing the development of the national market of Russia, to increase its effective efficiency in satisfying universal consumer preferences global product market.","PeriodicalId":344184,"journal":{"name":"Research result. The article deals with the problems of domestic tourism in the Caucasus Mineral Waters area during the spread of the COVID-19 virus, presents current data on the state of resort cities and the prospect of using the cultural and historical potential. The issues of increasing interest in the potential of the region, the resumption of tourist flow, and the development of domestic tourism in the Caucasus Mineral Waters area in the conditions of socio-economic crisis were discussed. The relevance of the research in the form of developing the potential of the cities of Pyatigorsk, Yes-sentuki, Kislovodsk, Zheleznovodsk and the need to use the resources of Russian ter-ritories to attract domestic tourists is justified. The paper uses methods of analysis, analogy, deduction, generalization, and forecasting. The aim of the research is for-mulated and achieved: the peculiarities of functioning of the ecological spa area of the Caucasus Mineral Waters are revealed. The results of the article are presented by the opinion of the authors and conclusions of experts on the resumption of the tourist industry; successive stages of actions of state and municipal authorities that contrib-ute to the creation of favorable conditions for the maintenance and development of domestic tourism, small and medium-sized businesses, and enterprises in the sphere of hotel services. It is a marketing service that can be used to properly manage communications, demonstrate the effectiveness of advertising and as the ba-sis for promotion and stock mechanics. Nowadays, the fast food market in Kazakhstan is worth around 280-310 million. Despite the economic situation, the fast food market continues its dynamic development. The market has a capacity of about 280-310 million. The biggest players are Burger King and KFC. LSM plays a crucial role in the fast food market. There should be plenty of places to sell since this is a fast food service. An individual marketing and development plan should be developed and implemented for each restaurant. There are more than 29 Burger King Restaurants in Kazakhstan, and each restaurant should create communication based on location. It was revealed that the fast food market in Kazakhstan is not sufficiently developed in comparison with foreign markets, and ways to solve this problem were considered. Comparisons have been made with Western Europe, the USA and Asia countries. The article covers the problem of indicating the landscape-ecological state of the territorial-recreational system using the GIS technologies. Regularities for re-action of a complex natural indicator (landscape) and private indicators (its components) to a multi-factorial anthropogenic load are an important direction for deter-mining the conditions of the landscape-ecological state (LES) of the territorial-recreational system (TRS). The authors describe the process of studying the envi-ronmentally-related problems in development of Kazakhstan' territorial-recreational systems within the framework of the system paradigm. It is noted that Kazakhstan is a country of mixed tourist-recreational development because its space does not have a clear internal dominant, but is characterized by the presence of territories with development of tourism of different types. According to the degree of tourist-recreational development, the territory is divided into well-developed suburban areas, protected areas, lake coasts, and a poorly or practically undeveloped main part. The map of Kazakhstan' ecological-recreational zoning is developed as a result of calcu-lating the certain indicators in points. The assessment of functional limitations for development of the recreation and tourism industry in each Kazakhstan' administra-tive-territorial unit was made by use of a uniform five-point scale based on three key indicators. Detailed indication of the landscape-ecological state was performed for Shuchinsk-Borovoe TRS using GIS technologies. The software platform for creating maps was ESRI's ArcGIS 11. Route studies were conducted. The map of nature users and landscape-ecological state of Shuchinsk-Borovoe TRS is described.","PeriodicalId":344184,"journal":{"name":"Research result.
