Sehingga sangat perlu diperhatian dalam peranan atau kegiatannya. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran administrasi kepegawaian pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Desain penelitian deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam fakta terkait pengelolaan kepegawaian pada SMK di DIY. Pendeskripsian pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan hasil analisis wawancara dan bantuan dokumentasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa administrasi kepegawaian pada SMK di DIY belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya secara maksimal walaupun dalam ketentuannya sudah tercantum. Untuk penarikan tenaga kerja serta seleksi pegawai masih bergantung kepada pemerintah provinsi. Untuk pelatihan terhadap personel yang ada mengikuti pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah provinsi. Hasil penelitian  memberikan gambaran  kompleks dan detail mengenai dampak diklat terhadap peningkatan karir guru. Pengumpulan data  dilakukan melalui  wawancara dan angket. Validitas datanya menggunakan content validity. Analisis data  melalui analisis deskriptif.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa a) dilihat dari aspek materi diklat adalah cukup sesuai dengan bidang keahlian guru, b)  diklat yang diikuti guru  sangat  berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan  kualitas pembelajaran, c) kenaikan  pangkat guru sangat dibantu dengan adanya diklat, d) guru profesional dapat diwujudkan melalui peran  diklat,  e) aspek kualitas  nara  sumber  memberi kontribusi  dalam  diklat, f)  durasi waktu menjadi bagian penting yang perlu diperhatikan karena kesesuaian antara  durasi waktu dengan tujuan diklat masih dalam katagori cukup,  g) evaluasi pasca diklat cukup  mendukung  untuk uapaya peningkatan kualitas  kinerja guru.   Kata kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Guru Professional, Pembelajaran, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, Evaluasi  Abstract: Evaluation Of Education And Training  Of Vocational  Hight School  Teachers In Yogyakarta Private Regions. Training evaluation is an effort to find out how far the goals of education and training have been achieved. This study aims to examine the implementation of teacher education and training in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, as well as its implications in developing teacher quality. The results of the study provide a complex and detailed description of the impact of training on improving teacher careers. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The data validity uses content validity. Data analysis through descriptive analysis. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada pemanfaatan media pembelajaran E-Learning Be-Smart UNY di Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain deskriptif yang bersifat eksploratif dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Data yang diperoleh dikaji dengan persentase. Penelitian ini memaparkan bagaimana pemanfaatan E-Learning  sebagai media pembelajaran di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pemanfaatan media pembelajaran E-Learning  di Fakultas Ekonomi UNY diperoleh informasi bahwa media tersebut belum maksimal digunakan oleh dosen-dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi UNY.  Diketahui bahwa 84,29% dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi UNY tidak menggunakan E-Learning  Be-Smart UNY untuk mendukung pembelajaran dan hanya 15,71% dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi UNY yang memanfaatkan E-Learning  Be-Smart UNY untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan. Kata kunci : E-Learning, Be-Smart UNY, Dosen, Media Pembelajaran  Abstract: Utilization Of E-Learning Learning Media in Faculty of Economic YSU. This study aims to determine the use of E-Learning learning media at the Faculty of Economics, UNY. This research is limited to the utilization of the Be- Smart UNY E-Learning learning media at the Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University in 2017. This research was a descriptive study. The design of this study was a descriptive design that is explorative in order to describe the state or status of a phenomenon. The data obtained was assessed by percentage. This study describes how the use of E-Learning as a learning media in the Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University and analyzes the factors that influence its utilization. Based on the results of data analysis, the use of E-Learning learning media at the UNY Faculty of Economics obtained information that the media has not been maximally used by lecturers at the UNY Faculty of Economics. ROI di Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel Purwakarta, dan 3. Peranan dua variabel yang diteliti di Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel Purwakarta. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan rumusan masalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, karena adanya variabel-variabel yang akan dicari hubungannnya serta tujuannya untuk menyajikan gambaran secara terstruktur dan  faktual. Diketahui thitung untuk variabel perputaran piutang usaha adalah sebesar  6,725 dengan derajat kebebasan sebesar 4 (n-2 yaitu 6-2), dengan pengujian dua sisidimana tingkat signifikansi 5% maka didapat ttabel sebesar 2,776.Sehingga thitung lebih besardaripadattabel(6,725 >2,776), karena ttabel< thitung maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara perputaran piutang usaha terhadap tingkat profitabilitas pada Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Purwakarta. Kata kunci: Perputaran, Piutang, Return, On, Investment.  Abstract: Accounts Receivable Turnover Role Against Company ROI (Case Study at Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel Purwakarta). This study aims to find out: 1. Trade accounts receivable in Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel Purwakartata, 2. ROI in Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel Purwakarta, and 3. The role of the two variables studied in Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel Purwakarta. In this study the author uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative problem formulation approach, because of the variables that will be sought and the purpose to present a structured and factual description. It is known that tcount for the trade receivable turnover variable is 6.725 with a degree of freedom of 4 (n-2 ie 6-2), by testing the two sides where the significance level is 5%, so ttable is 2.776. t table <tcount then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Penelitian ini terfokus pada karakterisitk kerja, kepemimpinan serta keadilan suatu organisasi sehingga memberikan pengaruh dalam komitmen organisasi. Untuk sampel yang dilakukan adalah sebanyak 200 karyawan yang diambil dari 5 (lima) bank swasta yang terdapat di Batam. Sampel yang bisa digunanakan sebanyak 124, serta mempergunakan PLS (Partial Least Squares). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja, hasil kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh non-signifikan karakteristik kerja, kepemimpinan serta keadilan suatu organisasi berpengaruh bagi komitmen organisasi. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kepuasan, Kepemimpinan, Keadilan, Organisasi  Abstract: MOTIVATION, SATISFACTION, CHARACTERISTIC, LEADRESHIP AND JUSTICE ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS.       The implementation of this research is to provide analysis and the influence of motivation, satisfaction, characteristics, leadership and justice in organizations and commitments in organizations for employees of private banks with a considerable number of workers. This research focuses on the characteristics of work, leadership and fairness of an organization so that it gives influence in organizational commitment. For the samples to be carried out are 200 employees taken from 5 (five) private banks located in Batam. The samples can be used as many as 124, and using PLS (Partial Least Squares). Metode penelitiannya adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Setting penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan jasa Agen JNE Menoreh, Semarang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai JNE. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitiannya adalah surat-surat niaga yang masih digunakan di era disrupsi pada JNE  dari ke-13 surat niaga, hanya ada 2 jenis surat yang digunakan secara manual yaitu surat tagihan dan surat klaim. Ada 11 surat yang tidak dipakai di JNE yaitu surat perkenalan, surat pesanan, surat balasan klaim, surat permintaan penawaran, surat perjanjian kerjasama, surat pengiriman barang, surat balasan pesanan, surat penawaran, surat adjustment, surat konfirmasi pesanan, dan surat penangguhan pembayaran. Surat-surat niaga yang sudah tidak digunakan lagi dalam JNE digantikan menggunakan bukti-bukti trasaksi dari aplikasi media elektronik dan aplikasi. Saran dalam penelitian ini, bahwa di era disrupsi diharapkan dalam menggunakan fasilitas teknologi komunikasi dalam korespondensi, karena melalui teknologi komunikasi dapat mempermudah dalam pekerjaannya. Kata kunci: Surat Niaga, Era Disrupsi, JNE  Abstract: Development of Commerce in the Distorted Era (Case Study in PT JNE Service Company). This study aims at knowing business letters which are still used and applicable at the disruption era to communiate with suppliers and customers. The design of study was qualitative descriptive. Further, the study was conducted in JNE agent, Menoreh Semarang with its staff as the subject. To collect the data, interview and observation were employed. Then, the finding show that there only 2 (two) of 13 business letters which are still applicable and written manually nowdays. Those two letters are bills and claim letter. The JNE agent has dropped 11 business letters; they are sales letter inquiry letter, order letter, reply to inquiry,  reply to order, dispatch letter, complaint letter, adjusment letter, MoU, letter for confirming the payment, letter of payment deferral. JNE has implemented online system for replacing most of manual business letters. The evidences from the online transaction are used instead of the manual ones. Namun metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan di perguruan tinggi masih menggunakan metode tradisional, yaitu pengajar memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Akibatnya, peserta didik hanya menjadi objek dalam sistem pembelajaran yang membuat mereka menjadi pasif. Peserta didik tidak memiliki inisiatif untuk membangun sendiri pengetahuan mereka karena memang kurangnya kesempatan yang mereka untuk terlibat atau berpartisispasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Active learning adalah model pembelajaran yang dianggap efektif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu cara pengaplikasian model pembelajaran ini adalah dengan menerapkan metode collaborative learning, dimana perspektif dari metode ini adalah seseorang dikatakan belajar apabila orang tersebut terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Active Learning, Collaborative Learning  Abstract: Increasing Student Participation Through Collaborative Learning. Changes in time require students to be more active and creative. But, learning method that applied in higher education still use traditional method, which is lecturer has an important role in the learning process. As a result, students only become objects in the learning system that makes them passive. They don’t have initiative to build their own knowledge because of the lack of opportunities that they are involved in or participating in the learning process. Active learning is a learning model that is considered effective to increase the activity of the students in the learning process. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka. Populasi penelitian adalah organisasi/perusahaan yang menjadi tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap analisis data sebagai berikut: 1) mengorganisasi data dan melakukan pemeriksaan data dengan cermat, 2) melakukan pemeriksaan ulang terhadap data, 3) melakukan pengolahan data, 4) melakukan analisis terakhir, membuat interpretasi dan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tanggapan sebagian besar DU/DI terhadap aspek pengetahuan mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori baik. Aspek keterampilan mendapatkan tanggapan baik. Aspek kepribadian mendapatkan tanggapan baik. 2) Usulan kompetensi baru yang perlu dikuasai oleh calon sekretaris, pihak DU/DI menitikberaktan pada kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan teknologi informasi dan internet. Kata kunci : Analisis, Kompetensi Mahasiswa, Praktik Kerja Lapangan  ABSTRACT: Analysis of Office Graphic Design Skills for Diploma Students of Secretary Program in Yogyakarta Sate University. One of the secretary roles is as an executor of public relations functions, so that a prospective secretary is required to have the skills to design publications. This study aims to: 1) Know the response of the business/industrial about the needs of office graphic design skills for diploma students of the Secretariat FE UNY; 2) Knowing the graphic design skills needed by business / industrial. The study was conducted in April-June 2018. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The research data was taken using a closed questionnaire. The population in this study were D3 Secretariat students of the UNY FE and organizations or companies that became the place of Field Work Practices (PKL) of D3 Students Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics UNY. The withdrawal of the study sample used a purposive sampling technique for respondents from the DU / DI group and incidental sampling techniques for respondents from the D3 student group at the UNY FE Secretariat. The results showed that the responses of most DU / DI and students regarding the needs of office graphic design skills were: 1). Office graphic design skills are the skills of modern office administration needed to deal with the modernization and variation of office work; 2). The most widely used media delivery information in business/industrial is X-banner; 3). Pos Indonesia masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan Pensiun yang berhak atau layak untuk mendapatkan pinjaman kredit, sehingga dalam menentukan Pensiun yang berhak dan layak untuk diberikan pinjaman kredit membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta belum tentu hasil yang didapat juga benar. Maka penulis melakukan analisis kelayakan pemberian kredit agar bisa mempermudah dalam menentukan Pensiun yang layak atau diprioritaskan untuk diberikan pinjaman kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Product, yaitu salah satu metode penyelesaian untuk masalah Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Multi Attribute Decision Making adalah keputusan analisis multi kriteria yang popular dan merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria. Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) akan mencari bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses peringkat yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal dari Pensiunan. Metode Weighted Product dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan kelayakan pemberian kredit. Penulis menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu, besar gaji, jumlah pinjaman, usia, jangka waktu kredit, kredit ke-berapa dan jaminan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, mempermudah dalam menentukan pensiun yang layak atau diprioritaskan untuk diberikan pinjaman kredit pensiun. Kata kunci: Weighted Product, Pemberian Kredit Pensiun, Pensiun  Abstract: PENSION CREDIT ADMINISTRATION AUTOMATION USING THE WEIGHTED PRODUCT METHOD. In providing pension credit, PT. Pos Indonesia still has difficulties in determining which pensions are entitled or eligible to get a loan, so in determining which pensions are entitled and eligible to be given a credit loan requires a long time and not necessarily the results obtained are also correct. So the author analyzes the feasibility of lending in order to make it easier to determine which pensions are feasible or prioritized for credit loans. This study uses the Weighted Product method, which is one of the settlement methods for the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem. Multi Attribute Decision Making is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. Using the Weighted Product (WP) method will look for weights for each criterion, then a ranking process will be carried out that will determine the optimal alternative of the Pensioner. Weighted product methods can help in making credit worthiness decisions. The author uses five criteria, namely, the amount of salary, loan amount, age, credit period, what credit and collateral.
