Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan konsep penanggulangan bencana dan pemulihan kembali arsip yang disimpan atau dikelola oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Malang. Konsep tersebut dikenal dengan konsep Disaster Recovery and Contingency Plan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Malang mengelola arsip inaktif yang berusia 10 tahun dan arsip. Penerapan konsep Disaster Recovery and Contingency kurang maksimal, pada tahap pra-bencana pengelolahan manajemen risiko sangat baik dengan mengidentifikasi kersusakan cara menanggulanginya. Terdapat tiga hipotesis yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) keadilan organisasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2)  Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden secara langsung. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Borneo Melintan Buana Yogyakarta. Jumlah kuesioner yang dibagikan sebanyak 98 buah. Teknik uji terpakai menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Pengaruh media sosial dalam institusi pendidikan dan masayarakat sekarang ini tidak diragukan lagi. Siswa di negara maju dan berkembang menjadi lebih kecanduan media sosial dan aplikasinya karena berbagai alasan. Alasan-alasan ini dapat menyebabkan perubahan dalam gaya hidup sosial dan pribadi baik secara akademis maupun di luar akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari media sosial pada gaya hidup sosial siswa khususnya mahasiswi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan instrumen penelitian kuesioner di antara 40 mahasiswi Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2018 Fakultas Ekonomi  Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Temuan-temuannya meliputi; media sosial memperbaiki cara berpikir mahasiswi, berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, menemukan cinta, gaya hidup sosial dan banyak lagi. Abstract: The Impact of Social Media on The Social Lifestyle (Students of the Office of Education Administration Study Program class of 2018, Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University). The influence of social media in educational institutions and society today is no doubt. Students in developed and developing countries are becoming more addicted to social media and its applications for various reasons. These reasons can cause changes in social and personal lifestyles both academically and outside academia. This study aims to assess the impact of social media on the social lifestyle of students, especially college students. This research uses a quantitative research methodology involving a questionnaire research instrument among 40 students of the Office of Education Administration Study Program class of 2018, Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. Upaya meraih kepuasan kerja penting baik bagi individu maupun organisasi. Ditinjau dari individu, kepuasan kerja tidak hanya berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang menyenangkan, namun juga berhubungan dengan kebahagiaan dan kesehatan. Ditinjau dari organisasi, kepuasan kerja pegawai berhubungan dengan produktivitas, perilaku kerja positif, mengendalikan turn over dan kinerja. Kerja baik dalam pendekatan transaksional maupun relasional melibatkan dua pihak yaitu pegawai dan organisasi, sehingga kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor dari sisi pegawai dan organisasi. Upaya saling memahami menjadi penting untuk meraih kepuasan kerja yaitu bagaimana organisasi memahami kebutuhan, keinginan dan harapan pegawainya, serta bagaimana pegawai memahami tujuan bersama antara dirinya dengan organisasi. Komunikasi diperlukan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan pemahaman antara pegawai dan organisasi. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, pegawai, organisasi dan produktivitas Abstract: The Importance of Job Satisfaction. Efforts to achieve job satisfaction are important for both individuals and organizations. In terms of individuals, job satisfaction is not only related to pleasant work, but also related to happiness and health. In terms of organization, employee job satisfaction is related to productivity, positive work behavior, controlling turnover and performance. Work in both the transactional and relational approaches involves two parties, namely employees and the organization, so job satisfaction is influenced by factors in terms of employees and the organization. Efforts to understand each other are important for achieving job satisfaction, namely how the organization understands the needs, desires and expectations of its employees, and how employees understand the shared goals between themselves and the organization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya keselamatan kerja pegawai di BP BATAN dan mengidentifikasi profil budaya organisasi pada jajaran pimpinan. Hasil penilaian budaya keselamatan kerja pegawai di BP BATAN  masuk dalam kategori Baik. Penelitian deskriptif dengan  interprestasi dan analisis kuantitatif ini memperoleh hasil penilaian diri dari 5 Karakteristik dan 37 Atribut Budaya Keselamatan di BP BATAN  yang terdiri dari penilaian pejabat struktural sebanyak 13 orang dengan hasil penilaian diri budaya keselamatan 3,93 dengan kategori Baik. Pejabat fungsional sebanyak 11 orang  dengan hasil penilaian diri budaya keselamatan 3,73 dengan kategori B, dan non struktural-non fungsional sebanyak 13  orang dengan hasil penilaian diri budaya keselamatan 3,64 dengan kategori B.  Sedangkan hasil penilaian diri BP dari 33 pegawai BP dengan hasil penilaian diri budaya keselamatan 3,78 dengan kategori B. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan kerja pegawai  yang melibatkan antar bidang dan keahlian kurang berjalan dengan baik di BP, sikap saling percaya belum sepenuhnya meresap pada semua pegawai. Kata kunci: Budaya Keselamatan  Kerja Pegawai, Budaya organsasi, Pegawai BP Abstract: Analysis of Employee Safety Culture in the Planning Bureau - NUCLEAR NUCLEAR AGENCY (BATAN). This study aims to understand the work safety culture at BP BATAN and improve the organizational culture profile at the leadership level. Results The work safety culture award at BP BATAN is in the Good category. Descriptive research with interpretation and quantitative analysis obtained the results of self-assessment of 5 Characteristics and 37 Attributes of Safety Culture in BP BATAN consisting of 13 structural permits with Good Cultural Safety 3.93 results with Good category. Functional Officials A total of 11 people with cultural safety results of 3.73 with category B, and non-functional non-functional as many as 13 people with results Improve safety culture 3.64 with category B. Results produced by BP themselves from 33 BP employees with assessment results self safety culture 3.78 with category B. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemetaan terhadap kompetensi minimal yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang sekretaris direksi agar memiiki kemampuan yang tinggi guna penyelesaian tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dengan baik. Diharapkan juga agar penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi calon sekretaris direksi dalam mempersiapkan dengan tepat dalam membangun kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan profesi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki sekretaris direksi adalah pribadi yang dapat dipercaya, memiliki perhatian pada pekerjaannya, memiliki pengetahuan berbahasa asing, memiliki keahlian menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa asing, memiliki ketrampilan berkomunikasi serta memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang perkantoran dan tata usaha kantor. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Sekretaris. Abstract: Minimum Competence Secretary of Director in Ten Indonesian Companies. The purpose of this study is to map the minimum competencies that must be owned by a director's secretary so that they have a high ability to properly complete their duties and responsibilities. It is also hoped that this research can be a reference for prospective secretaries of directors in preparing properly in developing competencies that are in accordance with the needs of the profession. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Pengembangan industri pariwisata diarahkan pada pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (community based tourism). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis community based tourism dalam wadah community group untuk pengembangan industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder, berupa buku, jurnal, news (cetak/digital), regulation, dan dokumen-dokumen lain yang mendukung. Analisis data menggunakan tahapan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan industri pariwisata berbasis community based tourism diterapkan di pedesaan dalam bentuk desa wisata. Community based tourism membutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat dari mulai perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Agar pembangunan industri pariwisata dalam bentuk desa wisata efektif dan efisien, community based tourism diwadahi dalam community group, sehingga penyerapan partisipasi masyarakat dalam satuan community dapat diangkat dalam wadah group untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Kata kunci: Community, Based, Tourism,Community, Group Abstract : Organizing Community Based Tourism in the Community Group for the Development of the Tourism Industry. The development of the tourism industry is directed at community-based tourism. The aim of this study is to analyze community based tourism in a community group forum for the development of the tourism industry. The type of this research is a qualitative research that use a descriptive approachment. The data source of this research are secondary data, books, journals, news (print / digital), regulation, and others. The stages of data analysis is used data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the development of a community-based tourism industry based on tourism is implemented in rural areas in the form of a tourism village. Community based tourism were required community participation from planning, implementation and evaluation. So, the development of the tourism industry in this form can be effective and efficient, community based tourism must accommodated in a community group. Penyusutan arsip dalam suatu organisasi atau instansi harus dilakukan untuk mengurangi arsip in aktif yang tidak memiliki nilai guna arsip. Terdapat tiga fungsi manajemen arsip dalam organisasi atau instansi, yaitu fungsi penciptaan, fungsi penggunaan serta fungsi pemeliharaan dan penyusutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penyusutan arsip in aktif dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi pada Bagian Tata Usaha di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dimana peneliti ikut terlibat secara langsung sebagai instrumen penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Salah satu ciri dari metode kualitatif adalah peneliti ikut terlibat secara langsung sebagai instrumen penelitian. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa kegiatan penyusutan arsip dilakukan di Unit Kearsipan (Bagian Tata Usaha) dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu pemindahan arsip, pemyerahan dan pemusnahan. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah minimnya sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya dukungan dari Pimpinan dan kurangnya kemampuan SDM. Kata kunci : penyusutan, manajemen arsip dan arsip in aktif  Abstract - Depreciation as One of the Functions of Archive Management in Semarang Religious Training Center. Depreciation of  records in within an organization should be undertaken to reduce inactive records that have no archival value. Three archive management functions within the organization consist of creation, use, maintenance and depreciation. This study aims to determine the process depreciation of inactive records and obstacles encountered in the implementation of records management in institutions of Religious Training Semarang. The method of the research is case study with descriptive qualitative. The research showed the result that depreciation of record activities in the Unit Archives (Administrative Section) with 3 stages, are removal of records, submission and disposal of archives. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2) Mengetahui dukungan informasi yang dihasilkan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian dalam pengambilan keputusan bidang kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (3) Mengetahui kendala dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam proses penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat sub sistem pengumpulan data, sub sistem input data, sub sistem pengolahan data dan sub sistem output informasi, serta didukung oleh komponen-komponen pendukung yang terdiri dari hardware (perangkat keras), software (perangkat lunak), database, sumber daya jaringan dan brainware (SDM). (2) Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIMPEG di BKPP saat ini sudah mampu mendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan penempatan, mutasi dan pensiun pegawai, (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan SIMPEG di BKPP Kabupaten Sukoharjo yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran dan keterlambatan dalam input data. Kata kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Manajemen, Keputusan, Kepegawaian Abstract: Human Resources Management Information System Support for Decision Making in BKPP Sukoharjo Regency. The purposes of this study were (1) to know the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP  of Sukoharjo Regency, (2) know the support information generated by Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency in the field of staffing decisions. (3) know the obstacles in the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that (1) In the Implementation Human Resources Management Information Systems in BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency there are sub data collection systems, sub system of data input, data processing sub-systems and sub systems output information, and supported by supporting parts consisting of hardware, software, databases, netware and brainware (2) The information generated by Human Resources Management Information Systems at BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency are now able to support decision making in placement, transfer and retirement of employees, but not fully support in the implementation of management staffing in the BKPP of Sukoharjo Regency.
