By using validated measurement tools, we investigated the effects of factors such as gender, age, and education on these variables, and examined the interactions between organizational culture and employee innovation behavior, and the mediating and moderating roles of value proposition therein. This study is based on the literature between 2018 and 2022, and a large amount of data was collected using questionnaire methods, and the data was processed using appropriate statistical analysis methods. It was found that factors such as gender, age and educational qualifications do not significantly influence the relationship between organizational culture, employee innovative behavior and value proposition. However, it was observed that there is a strong correlation between organizational culture and employee innovative behavior and organizational culture has a positive impact on employee innovative behavior. In addition, the value proposition played a mediating role between organizational culture and employee innovative behavior, but had no significant effect on the moderating role.These findings have important implications in both theory and practice. At the theoretical level, this study provides new perspectives and evidence on the relationship between organizational culture, employee innovation behavior, and value proposition. At the practical level, this study provides some insights to help organizations better understand and guide employee innovative behaviors and management strategies in different cultural contexts. However, there are some limitations in this study, such as limitations in sample selection and survey methodology. Supported by dualism theory, resource-based theory, and entrepreneurial process theory, this paper constructs a research framework that includes the following elements: dual-source innovation behavior, entrepreneurial bricolage, environmental uncertainty, and business model innovation. This research framework helps to dissect the influence of different factors on the entrepreneurial and innovation process, thus providing an in-depth understanding and analysis. A theoretical model is established based on the four variables, studying their interrelationships. Through distributing survey questionnaires, empirical analysis was conducted on the collected data samples. The research findings of this paper present several discoveries: 1) Dual-source innovation behavior positively affects the business model. 2) Entrepreneurial bricolage acts as a mediating variable, positively influencing the relationship between dual-source innovation behavior and business model innovation. 3) Environmental uncertainty exerts a positive moderating effect on the relationships among dual-source innovation behavior, business model innovation, and entrepreneurial bricolage. Most studies on the Chinese market have discovered a strong link between ESG and company performance, but only a few have looked into the mechanism. Additionally, just a few studies examine the impact of property rights and the theoretical foundations that support them. This paper adopts firm fixed effects and year fixed effects regression to analyze 1,595 of China’s listed enterprises with 12,760 observations. The results indicate ESG enhanced the corporations’ performance partly by reducing the asymmetric information level, and the mediated effect of asymmetry information on corporations’ performance is weakened for state-owned companies. These findings suggest that by enhancing ESG performance, businesses may reduce asymmetric information levels and boost performance. JS Bank fully recognizes that talent is the source of power for banks to \"produce\" and \"create\" better products and services and to win market competition, and core employees who master core technology or have strong management ability are valuable human capital of banks. Through questionnaires and interviews, this research learned several incentive factors in which core employees are not very satisfied with the current incentive mechanism and very dissatisfied with the evaluation. From the perspective of psychological contract transactions, the problems include unreasonable salary structure. From the dimension of psychological contract relationship, the construction of organizational culture is insufficient. From the dimension of psychological contract development, the existing problems are that the promotion channels are not smooth. Based on three dimensions of psychological contract, this study proposes countermeasures to optimize the incentive mechanism. Moreover, from the transaction dimension, the countermeasures are to optimize the salary system. The countermeasures from the relationship dimension are to pay attention to the communication and feedback between superiors and subordinates. Through the quantitative research on the hypothesis, the research results are as follows: Century Tianhong Education Technology Co., Ltd. has management problems in terms of solvency, profitability and development ability, and the improvement of these three aspects has a significant impact on the role of financial management to prevent business risks. CBEC will be playing a more important role and undertake the task of foreign trade transformation and driving domestic economic growth. In this case, the corresponding service supplies chain capability(SSCC)becomes a key part of whether            the CBEC platform could complete the task. Based on the grounded theory, this research has collected data through interviews with the relevant people working in the supply chain department of the CBEC platform to systematically explore the key factors behind dynamic service capability of the digital supply chain within the CBEC platform service ability. Then, the author constructs the theoretical model of the Digital Service Supply Chain Capability. The results show that the CBEC digital service supply chain capability consists of the logistics, capital flows and information flows. Data analysis includes internal data and external data, while internal data consists of the three main categories — customer demand forecast, product quality prediction and internal data collection & analysis.
