Issues of sustainable development of economic entities are widely discussed in the scientific and business community. Issues of sustainable development are particularly widely discussed in the context of investment activities: for example, in the last decade, the concept of responsible investment has become increasingly relevant – an approach that takes into account environmental, social and corporate governance factors in order to minimize risks, ensure a sustainable return on investment, and improve the quality of the portfolio in the process of making investment decisions, primarily in the long term. Despite the high degree of theoretical elaboration of issues of integration of sustainable development aspects, in prac -tice, the full integration of sustainable development priorities in the activities of companies is hindered by a number of fac -tors, including the heterogeneity of the methodological base and insufficient coverage of successful examples of integration of sustainable development aspects in open sources. When investigating the impact of integrating sustainable development aspects into a company’s investment and financial strategy, representatives of both the scientific and professional communi ties tend to focus on finding a relationship between the integration of sustainable development factors and the results of the company’s activities in the area that is the object of research. This article analyzes and synthesizes the results of research on the impact of integrating sustainable development priorities in the company’s investment and financial strategies on the results of its activities in various areas. Huntington raised the question of the relevance of the transformation of secularized consciousness into the space of desecularization processes. Civilized self-awareness is an indicator of the level of development of sociocultural regulators of liberal democracy and a market economy. The antinomy of secular and desecular consciousness is caused by historical necessity in the context of the growing ideology of neoliberalism. The role of secularized consciousness in the space of the scientist and humanistic orientations of mass consciousness has grown. The subversiveness and depletion of the personnel of the churches of Eastern Europe, which was due to the period of total persecution, today requires considerable time in the formation of a new spirituality of moral imperatives. The insurmountability of secular consciousness and its role in organizing the basic structures for the spread of neoliberal ideology in secular culture is obvious. The confrontation of secular and desecular consciousness is a fault line in modern civilizations. The phenomenon of faith is generally attributable to human consciousness, but is blocked by a network of atheistic propaganda and the silence about the importance of a spir itual understanding of the world. In Western Europe, as a conductor of the ideology of the values of Atlantism, the issue of desecularization is especially demanded in terms of the person’s return to self-knowledge. The mass consciousness saturated with a pragmatic way of life inertially replicates the factor of ersatz religions in the pluralism of modernized denominations that elevate syncretism to the level of knowledge of truth. The multiculturalism of Western Europe has revealed the failed dialogue of civilizations, although diverse projects are supported in wide mass audiences. The article says that design plays an important role in the life, development and emergence of certain areas of society. Therefore, the study of history, which reflects the main points of design, the path of its development and its distribution, is relevant. The study of positive trends and design ideas is an integral part of modern culture. Knowing the past of this field, exploring the possibilities of artistic creation, determining its achievements and translating it into the future is one of the problems highlighted in the article. It is noted that the formation of the national and spiritual values of Azerbaijan has come a long historical and cultural path, and it was influenced by many factors, both internal and external. В статье обосновывается необходимость формирования в уголовном праве адекватного понятийнокатегориального аппарата, однозначной трактовки используемых терминов, понятий и категорий, отражающей объективные процессы и явления. В частности, представлен комплексный анализ понятия и сущности квалификации преступлений как межотраслевого уголовно-правового и уголовно-процессуального института. Анализируется ряд подходов отечественных и зарубежных ученых-криминологов к формулированию определения понятия «квалификация преступлений» и выявлению его природы, сущности и значения. Делается вывод о двойственности природы квалификации преступлений и, соответственно, о дуализме сущности и значения данного явления. Квалификация преступлений одновременно представляется как процесс и как результат, то есть в динамичном и в статичном проявлении. Отмечается, что уголовно-правовой аспект определяет содержание квалификации преступлений, а уголовно-процессуальный – форму и процедуру. Соответственно, уголовно-правовые положения первичны и являются основанием квалификации преступлений. Выделяется ряд ключевых отличительных черт (признаков) данного правового явления, которые влияют на определение и сущность квалификации преступлений. Подчеркивается, что в основе квалификации преступлений в любом ее проявлении всегда заложена оценка. Формулируются выводы из предпринятого исследования и, как итог, авторское определение понятия «квалификация преступлений». Внедрение инноваций в различные сферы общественной жизни, прежде всего, связано с деятельностью молодого поколения. В целом разрабатываются различные проекты и программы, направленные на повышение роли молодежи во всех сферах жизни общественной жизни, налаживаются глобальные партнерские отношения в целях реализации значимых планов действий. Изучение молодежной политики в отдельных странах является необходимым условием для развития этой области и достижения успешных результатов. Из истории видно, что молодежная политика прошла долгий эволюционный процесс, и только в середине ХХ века была сформирована, как концепция. Назревшие условия и жизненные реалии в начале прошлого века породили новую концепцию под названием «Повышение роли молодежи в управлении». В результате одним из ключевых направлений развития Организации Объединенных Наций стало использование потенциала молодежи на международном уровне. Создание механизма молодых послов и разработка молодежной стратегии ООН на 2014–2017 годы является частью этой политики. Использование молодежи в обществе для достижения целей устойчивого развития особенно важно в деле достижения эффективных и прогрессивных результатов.
