В статье определены актуальные аспекты антикризисного консалтинга, указывающие на недостаточность проработанности данного вопроса в настоящее время. Раскрытие аспектов антикризисного консалтинга и контекста его оптимального использования даёт понимание о положительной роли, которую способен сыграть данный процесс в укреплении финансово-экономического механизма организаций. В настоящее время все больше организаций, в системе рыночных отношений, сталкиваются с проблемами. И все чаще складывается ситуация, когда организации самостоятельно решить проблему не могут. Организации вынуждены обращаться к сторонним организация за помощью. Это организации, предоставляющие консалтинговые услуги и одной из таких является антикризисный консалтинг. Диагностика экономического состояния и решение кризисного состояния предприятия является масштабной задачей, требующей больших ресурсов и высококвалифицированный персонал, который у большинства организации отсутствует, но есть у антикризисного консультанта. Новые вызовы и задачи ставит перед организациями динамичный современный мир. Очевидно, что мировая экономика в настоящее время динамично меняется и компании, которые не способны реагировать на изменения и не адаптируются под давлением новых условий, диктуемых рынком, прекращают свое существование. There are many scientific studies on the role of stock markets and their impact on individual economies. However, the relationship between macroeconomic factors and the effectiveness of stock exchanges has not been fully studied by scien-tists. Analysis of the relationship can help predict volatility on stock exchanges, which is of great importance to investors and government entities alike. There is also no cross-country analysis of macroeconomic factors in BRICS countries. Within the framework of this article, the authors conducted an analysis of the impact of macroeconomic factors on the stock markets of BRICS countries. The dynamics of the S & P index, as well as the exchange rate, were found to be significant determinants for stock markets. Importantly, the impact of the exchange rate has been positive for commodity exporting countries (except Brazil, which has been a net importer since 2008) and negative for other countries. Properly organized exercise exercises strengthen the physiological, mental and somatic health of a person, increase his mental and physical activity. The influence of exercise on the formation of personality is a factor of social importance. In this regard, classes in physical culture and sport are a certain form of edu cational activity, which contains elements of a direct impact on the development of the personality of the student - the future competence specialist. A specific feature of physical culture classes is that they stimulate the processes of self-knowledge and self-improvement of students. Students learn to manage their mood, cope with excessive anxiety, master the ability of self-management, self-regulation of emotions. The possibility of using physical culture tools for students’ self-improvement, preparing them for present and future educational and professional activities lies in the very specifics of physical exercise as an activity. The development of students mental, physical and motor skills, the improvement of mental processes, ranging from relatively simple, at the level of psychomotor, and ending with the most complex, intellectual, at the level of thinking and imagination. The phenomenon of cyber-socialization of the digital generation drew researchers’ attention in the late twentieth followed by another “wave” of information and technological progress. It was established that a dramatic change in the amount of information, ways of its transmission and storage, made it possible to move to a qualitatively new stage of evolution – cyberevolution which generated a new demand for new needs, motivation, goals, attitudes in a person, as well as new forms of interaction and activities directly related to the development of Internet technologies. Nowadays, the Internet is not only a new technology that has no spatial boundaries and time frame. It’s a dynamic sector of cyberspace, which is an accelerant for the appearance of new forms of life, new fundamental changes in social structures in the society. At the same time, the Internet is a specific factor in the sociocultural development of the younger generation – personal socialization in cyberspace.
