The article notes that the effective solution to the problem of paternity contributes to the study of the main periods of paternity on different stages of society. The results of the study of the history of the origin and the formation of paternity in Ukraine are presented. The peculiarities of the existence of paternity on different stages of development of society from prehistoric times to the present days are determined. The peculiarities of the conditions and traditions that influenced the way that parents brought up their children have been reflected in the article. The age differentiation of children that existed in Ukraine from the first millennium AD to the beginning of the twentieth century is considered. It is noted that the existence of paternity passed through a number of periods and had great dynamics: from the complete absence of family and paternity in their modern sense in prehistoric times, through the periods of origin of motherhood in matriarchy, patriarchal way of life and life in patriarchy to the present state paternity. It has been established that in prehistoric times, when people lived in small communities, it was not the parents who brought up the children, but the elderly people. During the matriarchy, the exercise of parental functions was entrusted mainly to women who headed the family. During the patriarchy period, when the family broke up on small families, the exercise of parental functions became more equal, and both children and men were involved in the education of grown up children. The communication between young children and their father was still limited. In the Christian period, the patriarchal way of life prevails over the subordinate position of children and women. A typical feature of paternity is strictness and cruelty. The peculiarities of the Cossack era include Cossack pedagogy and the education of the defender of the native land. The Soviet-era of paternity is subordinated to the state, full of ideas of communist education and aimed at forming a «new man», but in the second half of the 20th century there was a positive dynamics of views on paternity. The current stage of independent Ukraine is characterized by humanistic ideas of education and professionalization of paternity. Much attention is paid to the issue of positive emotional relationships between parents and children. Events based on nationalism in the Islamic world created great problems among Muslims. The conflict of nationalist ideas with Muslim teachings and a serious blow to the ideas of Muslim unity have led the Islamic world into an undesirable direction. It is known that the Islamic society was formed from a community of different nations, and this huge union united more than a billion people with a single idea, movement and feelings. The presence of elements of nationality in the minds of people who share the same beliefs and ideas of Islam caused some discomfort among Islamic reformers, and they formed a desire to replace national ideas with the concepts of an Islamic nation. When theoretical doctrines and philo sophical concepts of nationalist ideas approached theology, disputes arose in many Islamic countries about national identity and nationality. This debate often took place in the context of a “special culture,” and in all cases there were exaggerated discussions about Islamic culture. As the axiological phenomenon in the paradigm of the world constitutionalism, the features of the doctrine of the modern constitutional right of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The aim of the study is to define the scientific foundations of the doctrine of the modern constitutional law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the scientific-methodical evaluation of its constitutional bases, the study of the theories connected with the constitutional right doctrine and summarizing the results of scientific researches related to their application in practice. The amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as other normative legal acts containing constitutional legal norms were investigated. The article discusses the main concepts and some features of constitutional reforms in modern times. The main purpose of the research is the scientific and methodological assessment of modern constitutional reforms, the study of theories related to constitutional reforms and the generalization of the results of scientific research related to their application in practice. There is also a study of amendments and additions to other normative legal acts, including constitutional law. As a result of the research, both local and foreign experience on the subject was studied, and attitudes to the existing problems in this field were expressed. The doctrine of the modern constitutional right of the Azerbaijan Republic has been studied as an axiological phenomenon in the paradigm of the world constitutionalism. Both domestic and international experience on the subject has been studied, and attitude to the current problems has been reported.
