However directly depositing of High-K gate dielectric on silicon wafer would degrade the short channel performance. This can be improved by taking the gate stack engineering (High-K dielectric over SiO2). This paper investigates the SRAM performance of gate stack engineered double gate (DG) MOSFET for different interfacial layer thickness. The SRAM simulation is carried out by using 2D Sentaurus TCAD simulator. It is observed that scaling down the interfacial layer thickness improves the overall SRAM performance of gate stacked engineered DG-MOSFET. The spoken English word is used to operate the computer system without any input device like mouse or keyboard. The aim of the proposed work is to remove the use of touch screen concept and operate the whole computer system through the voice commands like open or close file or any computer operation. The performance of proposed system gives better result with reducing the work of human in terms through input device or touch screen. The results are obtained for various machine operation commands like shutdown, logoff, open file etc. The real time performance of proposed work is applied to operate whole computer system using speech word. Samples of real time feature extracted datasets are constructed for training and testing. Band Gap reference voltage source is required, since the power supply noise is one of the important factors that affect the PLL noise performance. This paper describes the new design technique of the Band Gap Reference Current Starved Voltage Controlled Oscillator (BG-CSVCO) circuit to reduce power supply noise for PLL application. The BG-CSVCO circuit is designed and simulated using 0.18μm CMOS Technology. The BG-CSVCO has frequency range from 1.59 MHz to 2.87 GHz for the tuning range 0.2V to 1.8V and power consumption is 1.336mW. A compact multiband antenna with slotted radiating monopole structure for L-band and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is discussed in this paper. Compactness and multiband resonance phenomenon are obtained by creating slots on the radiating patch. These slots affect the surface current density, thereby modifying the resonance phenomenon of the antenna. Background subtraction is a key module in moving object detection. It is the process of separating background from the captured frame. The fundamental method of detecting a moving object is to segregate the background from the frames. During object detection, background can be treated either as static or dynamic. However, it is difficult to detect an object in dynamic background due to certain factors like varying in illumination, sudden change in a scene, occlusion, shadow, etc. So keeping this in mind, this paper reviews some of the background subtraction methods in context to moving object detection. Both traditional as well as fuzzy based approaches are reviewed. In most of the observations the traditional based approaches fail to produce a better object detection accuracy in dynamic environment. So fuzzy based approaches are the better alternatives over traditional one. It is shown that when 640Gbps high speed duo binary signals are transmitted using HOA, it covers maximum single span of 119km of Pumped Single Mode Fiber (PSMF) with Maximum Nonlinear Duo Binary Limit (MDNL) = 6dBm after which the output rapidly falls to unacceptable levels. An overall gain of > 11 dB is reported for HOA and acceptable output power and signal quality with Q factor >18dB is reported. Lack of power quality causes disturbance in the system. Power quality mainly depends upon quality of voltage. Sag, Swell and harmonics are main factor of voltage quality. Dynamic voltage restoration is a process and instrument necessity to maintain, or restore and also compensate functional electric load during disturbance in voltage supply like voltage sag, swell and harmonics. DVR is the most reliable custom power device that can protect sensitive load and it can be entirely resolve the power quality problem in distribution power generation. This paper describe the DVR system used to compensate the temporary voltage sags and harmonics, which last form 3s to 1min. the design and control methods of inverter have been maintain and substantiate MATLAB simulation model. In this system for intelligent operation is done by the programming in visual basics(VB) and Microsoft access is used for database, like to know information about user and books of library. In this system robotic arm is used for pick up and place the book with the help of sensors like barcode reader and IR sensor, RFID tag on book and RFID transmitter on ARM, motors for arm mobile base. However, for sending commands and data through GUI to the arduino controller of arm, processing software is used. For issuing and returning book another GUI is provided which we can use to check availability of books. After checking the book availability that book number is sent through zigbee or any wireless media from computer in library and received at robotic arm side. Every shelf and every book is having identification by using RFID tag and barcode. Once the book is passed through reader, the controller checks the received number from zigbee with number scanned by barcode reader. If both the numbers are matched then robotic arm will pick the book. If that book is not available then a notification is given to librarian system.
