The article presents the test results obtained in the welding process of elements made of martensitic steel X11CrMo12-1 with a thickness of 160 mm. During the tested process, a weld was made with a welding wire filling with 1% and 9% chromium in the K geometry, a groove height of 65 mm and without full penetration. The research was carried out on a butt joint in a downward position. The joint was subjected to destructive and non-destructive tests, including macroscopic tests. This work was aimed at determining the optimal welding parameters, influencing the improvement of the properties and quality of the joint..","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124042332","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Experimental researches were carried out on the basis of an orthogonal plan, and the optimum hardfacing parameters, e.g.: intensity, voltage, wire feeding speed, were determined by the multiple regression method and the Taguchi method. It was found that the main current of the plasma arc had the greatest influence on the value of the fusion index. The highest S/N value was obtained for the following parameters: I = 120 A, U = 31 V, vn = 0.75 m/min, vd = 3.9 m/min, z = 12 mm.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129537207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The complex genesis (polygenesis) of the river valley sections in the Polish Lowlands is the reason for the great diversity of their geological structure. Polygenesis also determines the specificity of the course of the evolution of the river system, which is driven by climate change and the growing human influence on the hydrological conditions of the catchment area. Since individual genetic sections differ like the processes within them, their specificity is also written in the relief of the valley bottom and the diversity of the land on its surface. The selection of appropriate places for crossing or forcing river beds may be based on identifying a specific set of land surface features, which can be carried out using aerial or satellite remote sensing methods.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128341536","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It may be due to natural and forced temperature impact on the pavement. As a result of these impacts, thermal stresses and other phenomena are formed in the concrete slab. The significant phenomena are those related to the movement of water vapour in the slab cross-section and the associated processes leading to defects of the concrete structure. They are due to the complex interaction of various phenomena: thermal, humidity and strength that were considered damage stimulants.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125985556","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed modification of the method consists mainly in changing the procedure of determining the numerical weights of the evaluation criteria. As a result of the proposed change, the possibility of disregarding the influence of a given criterion on the final score is eliminated, unless it is an action intended by the evaluator. Moreover, the introduced change increases the accuracy of the method and allows to better reflect the preferences of the evaluator. Thanks to this, the APEKS 2 method gives the possibility of a better evaluation and, as a result, a more precise selection of the best of the compared technical solutions. The original method and its modification are also suitable for multi-criteria evaluation and selection of the best solution in non-technical applications.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"205 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121908856","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
