The main objective was to formulate recommendations related to the development of the project of the new transport mode. The main analysis was preceded by the identification of Man – Machine - Environment system. Undesirable events were identified for each of the specified steps of a ride. For each event, a risk assessment was performed using Risk Score based method. The causes, effects and preventive actions were also listed. Events with the highest risk score were indicated. The need to develop procedures for safety checks and emergency situations was pointed out. It was shown that the safety analysis of the transport system should be extended after a final project development of the railway system and the necessary infrastructure.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"6 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128671678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It focuses on the implementation of the novel air transparency analysis system and its integration with the rule system and the speed control infrastructure. Moreover, there are presented issues of making decisions about the content displayed in the case of autonomous and cooperating signs. To reflect more closely on real-life situations, it is assumed that the content presented by the IRS changes dynamically, depending on the road traffic and weather parameters. The IRS system operation was presented using fog detection as an example.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"27 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114118796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The issue is discussed on the example of a pilot, as a position in which the probability of occurrence of the phenomenon is high, with consequences of its occurrence that can be very severe. Despite the fact, the authors try to present the issues in a universal way enabling reference to a wide spectrum of different types of operators. In the article, concepts such as risk and fatigue are characterized. Furthermore, short and long-term fatigue are discussed, as well as the impact of shift work on human health and reliability. The second part presents methods of fatigue monitoring useful in aviation. The summary emphasizes the need for a holistic approach to the issue of crew fatigue in the management and the need for actions before commencing with work.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"112 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124446711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ability to transport a payload quickly and accurately without excessive oscillations could reduce the chance of accidents as well as increase productivity. Accurate modelling of the crane system dynamics reduces the plant-model mismatch which could improve the performance of model-based controllers. In this work the simulation model to be identified is developed using the Euler-Lagrange method with friction. A 5-step ahead predictor, as well as a 10-step ahead predictor, are obtained using multi-gene genetic programming (MGGP) using input-output data. The weights of the genes are obtained by using least squares. The results of 15 different genetic programming runs are plotted on a complexity-mean square error graph with the Pareto optimal solutions shown.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132399432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It presents a system for monitoring these parameters developed and put into operation and the creation of the so-called phase mapping of the engine speed increment. Its modular structure is described, which allows it to be adapted quite quickly to other types of aircraft engine units. Individual modules are based on mathematical descriptions from the theory of aircraft engines. The phase mapping of the engine speed indicates a dynamic change of this parameter. On this basis, the characteristic ranges and individual points of engine operation are presented. The following are examples of characteristics and their interpretation.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127509397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The simulation utilized a guided bombed devised at ITWL. Aerodynamic characteristics of the bomb were obtained from wind tunnel tests and from calculations made by the PRODAS programme. The simulation programme was developed based on a mathematical model describing a spatial motion of an aerial bomb moving in atmospheric turbulence. To describe a turbulence component, the model of stochastic processes proposed by Shinozuki was used. The manuscript includes examples of diagrams of basic parameters showing the bomb flight in a disturbed atmosphere. The analysis of the impact of the standard deviation of the wind on the change in the parameters of bomb flight was performed. The relationships between the parameters of bomb flight and the possibility to hit the target were provided.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131616596","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Amplitude spectrum A(ω) and phase spectrum φ(ω) have been experimentally identified which define transfer function G(jω) = P(ω) + jQ(ω) and their real P(ω) and imaginary Q(ω) parts. Transfer function G(jω) and resulting frequency, amplitude, phase characteristics and real P(ω) and imaginary Q(ω) parts are parts of blade’s diagnostics model. Changes in those characteristics are directly related to changes in the technical condition of the blades. It has been noticed that small changes in the technical condition cause large changes in frequency characteristics, which proves their usefulness in the diagnosis process.","PeriodicalId":342247,"journal":{"name":"Journal of KONBiN","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121648552","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
