The research was carried out during disk burnishing of external cylindrical surfaces on a universal lathe CDS 6250 BX-1000 with severe parameters. As workpiece material steel S235JR has been selected. For temperature measurements infrared thermography method was chosen. This technique has a lot of advantages, the main is that it is non-contact technique and therefore there is no disturbance of the temperature field. In presented research infrared camera E95 produced by FLIR® Systems Inc. was used. 摘要

本文介绍了抛光过程温度的实验方法和结果。在CDS 6250 BX-1000通用车床上,对苛刻参数条件下的外圆柱面圆盘抛光进行了研究。工件材料选用S235JR钢。温度测量采用红外热成像法。该技术具有很多优点,主要是非接触式技术,因此不会对温度场产生干扰。本研究采用了FLIR®系统公司生产的E95红外摄像机。试验结果表明,工艺参数对抛光温度的影响较小。
