However until now, no tangible arguments have been presented in their rejection. As in the 20th century our educational system was filled with those defects which were analyzed by Iqbal. Iqbal was against of that educational system which was implemented in Indian subcontinents under the influence of colonial rule. His vision was not limited to the current deteriorated condition of his age, rather his far sightedness could see that even after the end of this colonial rule, this educational system can make us direction less. In this way, in the postcolonial scenario his predictions were proved to be true, and uptil now (the 2nd decade of 21st century) education has only become a machine. The present study aims to analyse the education system in the light of Iqbal’s view in the context of colonialism and particularly post colonialism. The study further aims to explore Iqbal’s views in their depth, meaning and practicality.","PeriodicalId":341001,"journal":{"name":"Al-Aijaz Research Journal of Islamic Studies & Humanities","volume":"113 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129404553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This esteemed tie-up of spouses conveys legal rights and obligations to each spouse. The fabric of society is made up of family institutions. Islam places high value on establishing a balanced, well-behaved relationship between spouses for a happy home. Islamic jurisprudence considered its primary purpose to be to make intercourse lawful and to legitimate the resulting offspring in a matrimonial contract. For its formation, specific competency is required, including physical and intellectual. Islamic law defined the jurisprudential basis for marriage capacity and pended its determination on interpretation. It concerns gender, age, mental capacity, religion, relationship with each other, marital status, etc. The ultramodern way of life and the advancement of technological and scientific achievements have introduced alarming changes in family relationships also. Lack of a jurisprudential approach to marriage leads to imbalanced marriage contracts and results in disturbed marital life as well as for the children, the future generations. A jurisprudential approach to marriage contracts will resolve present contemporary issues such as child marriage, forced marriage, and polygamy. The current study looks at marriage competency through the lens of Islamic injunctions. It emphasizes the fundamental regulations governing the legality of marriage contract. This paper examines the legal capacity for marriage and outline the requirements for a marriage contract to achieve its true objectives. It also leads to increased success factors in marriage and fewer breakdowns in Pakistan. Furthermore, this study also analyzes the contemporary juridical approach to the marriage contract. It, finally, brings recommendations to review the marriage laws of Pakistan. This paper follows qualitative and descriptive research methodology along with an analytical research method.","PeriodicalId":341001,"journal":{"name":"Al-Aijaz Research Journal of Islamic Studies & Humanities","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130830397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Comparison shows that all Holy books consists of exemplary speech, observational speech, and stories. Meanwhile each book has its own style of speech too. Like in Psalm, its poetic and emotionally sensitive style, makes it unique among others. on the other hand, Torah has special and descriptive speeches. Bible mainly sketches character and have promotion and reminder style of speeches. By using comparative research methodology, it can be concluded that Holy Quran, last and the complier of all the books, has its exclusive quality of speech. Its speeches have beautiful verses and sweet melody. Having same literal style as in Holy books before Holy Quran, it has separately used logical and general speech. By analysing the ways taught by Holy Quran, one can easily upgrade his own speech. As the Prophet preached the message of Islam in Arabia, which later on spread in almost all the continents, Muslims interacted with the adherents of different religions, cultures, civilizations, ethnicities and creeds. When the Prophet migrated to Madina; he had interacted there with the Jews of Madinah and later on with the Christians of Arabia. These encounters and models include the migration, battles, treaties and dialogues within and without. In human history, the cultures and civilizations are compelled to relate to one another on a continuous and constant basis. Although the move towards inter-religious dialogue was first started within a Protestant branch of the Christian church, and the idea of interfaith dialogue is relatively modern but some of its instances could be traced back to the history of Islam as well. The main theme of this study and research will focus on the Prophetic approach and methodology towards dialogue. The researcher will try to seek the answers of the issues of today’s world which are being faced by the world in general and the Muslim Ummah in particular related to interfaith dialogue.
