Because such issues did not exist in the past, they were not addressed by the jurists in past. So, modern day jurisprudence faces unprecedented issues in the present days. This is great achievement of the modern jurists that they address such newly emerged issues by sticking to the basic principles of the jurisprudence and they derive their solutions from these basic principles. Because jurisprudence is to ever exist, changes in the rulings of the issues based on the basic principles will be there and Muslims scholars have always worked on it. Allah has blessed me with a great chance to exercise one such effort in the filed under the title Principle of Freezing Money in the Islamic Banking. This idea came into my mind when my teacher pointed it to me and asked me to compile the available efforts done by the people in a single volume. The issue at hand needed a very detailed and comprehensive study. I pray to Allah that he may guide me in this regard and may He make it a useful attempt from which people may benefit. He may forgive my mistakes and sins while the compilation. The following points are covered in the present article. \u0000 \u0000Definition and details of the Freezing Money in the Islamic Banking. In the formation of healthy society where the children’s educational, economic, social and societal needs are to given importance. Their children’s training and character building are also important and in need of attention. Children of all ages have different interests. Therefore, instead of formal teaching of Iqbal’s diverse ideas, it is imperative to make regular arrangements for training for children at home and at educational institutions to adopt Iqbal’s bright thinking .We cannot abdicate our duties just by including a poem of Iqbal in every Urdu book. Because only through access to the purpose of Iqbal's ideas can children emerge in the form of a positive role in society. Instead of just literature use for entertainment, we can make Shaheen's image of Pakistani thinker a reality by creating children's characters through literature for training. Dr. Allama Mohammad Iqbal's ideas and thoughts should be given special importance to nurture the minds of children.so of course we as teachers, parents and the person of society can be make the children strong advocates. And can protect negative effects of society . Because Iqbal's thought is not for any particular era or century. Most of the children and men, especially women, fall prey to the evil eye, because Allah Almighty has made women weak and weak-endured, due to which they are subjected to atrocities against them or incidents against their temperament. They put a lot of pressure on their minds. The number of men is generally less than the number of women. Therefore, it is very important to adopt precautionary measures. Therefore, the introduction of the evil eye has been made clear in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah, and the reality of the evil eye and the reality of the opinions of the scholars regarding it have been brought to the fore. This does not mean that humanity has achieved its goals. The first is that each new age or new phase continues to create new goals, and new ideals. The purpose of building and creating another human world is still a shameful fulfillment in which the evils of poverty, injustice, ignorance, inequality do not exist or at least. Personalities have been striving for the creation of conscious classes, for the good and for the ideals of justice and fairness. An intellectual and rational movement flourished in the West in the seventeenth century and its fruits came to light in the eighteenth century. This movement was called Enlightenment and Rationalism. The basic connection between Rationalism and enlightenment is obviously from Western theology and philosophy. But the difference between the two is that the nature of the East is not rational despite being rational and rationalist, so its knowledge and thought includes all aspects of esoteric experiences with sensory experiences and study of its effects in Eastern society can be done.
