Which are being used as a source for new knowledge for representing the social and cultural needs. The knowledge evolving from some established countries is significant for the underprivileged and the down trodden nations. Hence, translation has to be done, to enlighten their culture and societies, for better interpretation of the knowledge being received. This process of the translation is not new at all. It all started from the Bible and the Gospel and then the Abbasids translated many Latin books into Arabic. These books on various topics help us to adopt ourselves amongst the varying trends. While praising the Latin Philosophical and other foreign literature we should not forget that Arabic literature is the basic foundation of our cultural heritage. So, when we assess the subjective importance of the translation, the reality appears in our mind that we cannot understand Quran in Arabic language. We need to translate it for perceiving its immortal contents. Urdu scholars have a common impression about the collection of literature that much of the literary collection is the legacy of foreign literature or we get benefit from its translated things. It is actually true but it should also be admitted that Urdu language is capable of transforming foreign literature into as its own. In this article it is admitted that certain foreign literature that get popular in some societies due to their translated versions have actually a great part of learning of literature in their own language as well. The literature which, now perhaps is not understood or spoken by many but thanks to the translations that such literature and knowledge are still being read and proving to be useful. It is also explained here that how many foreign literary pieces got introduced into our society after being translated that include pure knowledge based and religious topics and as well as unlimited literature pieces too which we received due to the influence of the foreign language. All praise is due to the Holy One who is the Sustainer of all tears and all kinds of creatures. Millions of  blessings  and  peace be upon the Muhammad (swa), his Alles  and  his companions. The fact of the matter is that I find it so difficult to work on any aspect of the life of the Prophet(swa) that I walk with my feet on a bare sword. Why is it that at any time a word may come out of the mouth of  a biographer  which is  not acceptable to  the Prophet (swa)? And it  should be rejected  from  the Holy  shrine. Did  any of the lovers  of  the Prophet (swa) say well  that every  deed  and  action  that  Mustafa (swa) is  able  to do is in fact  the  same  Sira?. The biographer must have the God of love and the love of Mustafa (swa)otherwise he cannot be a biographer. By the grace and mercy of Allah, I have tried to mention briefly the most famous of the cultural rites of the Prophet(swa). In general, there are three types of  rituals mentioned in the Prophets  time. No.1 of  the Prophets meales era.No.2 of the Prophets drinks era. No.3 of  the Prophes cloths era. What were the drinks of  that time? and what counted as drinks. All the springs of  Makkah and Madinah have been discussed. And the names of different springs are also mentioned with argument. The fountain of Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari is also mentioned. costumes of  the Prophet (swa) have been discussed as needed. Different types of clothing of this era, different names, Makkey dress, especially Madni dress have been highlighted a lot. Especially the blessed clothes of  Muhammad (swa) have been described in a beautiful and charming way. Also the blessed turban of the Muhammad (swa) the decoration of the article. Then the fragrances and perfumes of the Prophets  time are mentioned. Then the ornaments of  the Prophet (swa) are brought. These great commercial principles of Islam have in fact been formulated for our own benefit. The Bima (insurance) contract is also one of the modern business contracts that did not exist in the early days of Islamic jurisprudence. Death of Emperor Awranzēb Alamgīr (d. 1707 C.E.) (Ruled 1658-1707 C.E.) was the turning point of the Sub-Continent when its decline was started. In the same decade Shāh Walī Allāh (1703-1762) was born in 1703 C.E. when the society was falling down in every sphere. At this point, he started thinking continuously to bring it out from this terrible situation. Accordingly, he put his reformist efforts in terms of spreading awareness from religious to national affairs among his followers and successors along with practical measures. If contracting parties perceive these outcomes sufficient for their need, they don’t stipulate any condition in the contract. However sometimes it is recognized by the contractors that one or more conditions should be stipulated in the contract to safeguard their rights or give some extra benefits to anyone or both of them. In some cases it is intended by the contractors to make a contract contingent upon an uncertain future event or defer its effectiveness till a future date. In contemporary world numerous types of conditions are stipulated in various financial contracts. Also several transactions involve contingency or deferment of different financial contracts. There is a possibility that stipulation, contingency and deferment may lead to conflict, exploitation and undue loss to any party. To prevent these consequences, Islamic Shariah has defined the parameters for stipulation in various contracts. Guidelines regarding contingency and deferment of contracts have also been described in Islamic Jurisprudence. Sale is the most common financial contract executed worldwide for business and personal needs. This article presents an analysis of stipulation of conditions in sale as well as making it contingent and deferred in light of Islamic Jurisprudence. So the choice came to this topic under the title: The Rhetoric of Anaphora and Anastrophe in Tafseer Al Bahar Al Muheet (Surah Al e Imran – a model). The importance of this topic is due to the study of the Qur’anic verses’s meanings according to the position of the words, and the study of the interpretation of “ Al Bahar Al Moheet ”  by Abu Hayyan, which includes rhetorical efforts. \u0000This research aims to highlight the efforts of Abu Hayyan in revealing the topic of Anaphora and Anastrophe in Surah Al Imran, and to explain what Abu Hayyan shared with other scholars, and what he added in this field, and comparison between the opinions of Abu Hayyan and the opinions of those who preceded him and spoke in this knowledge and, those who followed him. This research depends on the descriptive analytical method.
