The news leads the human to create and invent new forms of communication. This article focused on the role of newspapers and monthly editions in promoting Urdu literature. Journalism is process for publishing books, booklets, journals and newspapers. This article highlights the origin of journalism from the Arabic word “Sahifa” with meaning “Book or Booklet”. This article has explored that publishing of news starts from china leading to England, Germany and Europe with writing letters, pasting major news on city walls, using drum to announce major official orders and carving orders on stones. In India the publishing of news started back to Asoka leading to Mughal emperors, East India Company and British rule. Findings indicated that the publishing of newspapers in India start from Hakes Gazette, India Gazette, Kolkata Gazette to many Urdu newspapers like Delhi Urdu Newspaper, Khairkhwa. Islam guides in home life, community life, events and problems in provincial, national and international life. The marital relationship is important in human family life. The orbit of domestic life is connected with this relationship. Allah Almighty has placed natural love and attraction between husband and wife. This relationship becomes the source of a new family and then other families which will come into existence in future. Sometimes this relationship becomes difficult for a person due to some reasons. Islam says divorce is the way out of a relationship that causes trouble. Divorce is permissible, but in the sight of Allah, it is permissible to do something that causes anger. Divorce has many domestic and social disadvantages. Therefore, Islam has commanded to use common sense before doing such a thing and has also taught to use forgiveness as much as possible. Considering the disadvantages of divorce, it has been ordered to be done in a state of common sense. Under normal circumstances divorce occurs. There is also a state of intoxication in human conditions. Some drugs calm the human mind and some drugs destroy the human intellect. In such a state of intoxication, a person goes completely insane and does not have the distinction of anything. He becomes completely unaware of what is Halal and what is Haram, and what is permissible and what is not. There is a difference of opinion as to whether divorce can take place while intoxicated. This difference is also found among the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Due to this, there is also a difference of opinion among the Islamic scholars. In Arabic we have certain types of verbs which are not present in English or any other language. Among these are the verbs that donate proximity and similarity. Because they are special type of verbs which are present only in Arabic, it is very important to study them and to understand them and see how these verbs affect the meaning of different words which follow them. These verbs do not work in isolation but in combination. So the construction and function of such verbs is worth understanding. The detail of such verbs is diverse in Arabic Grammar. In some cases they have both present and past for and in other cases they do not have past form. Sometimes they donate proximity and similarity and on other occasion they donate hopefulness. The present research is limited the use of verbs of proximity in the second Juzz of the Holy Quran.
