Therefore, in every day people turn to Islamic scholars to solve the issues related to their economic, social and political aspects. A study of the Holy Quran, Sunnah and the biography of the Companions shows that giving fatwas is also the Sunnah of Allah, the Sunnah of the Prophet and the Sunnah of the Imams. The Prophet (PBUH) gave them answers are called the fatwas of the Prophet (PBUH). After that the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and after him the followers and followers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) held the position of Iftᾱ. And no one is far from it.
