Islam guides in home life, community life, events and problems in provincial, national and international life. The marital relationship is important in human family life. The orbit of domestic life is connected with this relationship. Allah Almighty has placed natural love and attraction between husband and wife. This relationship becomes the source of a new family and then other families which will come into existence in future. Sometimes this relationship becomes difficult for a person due to some reasons. Islam says divorce is the way out of a relationship that causes trouble. Divorce is permissible, but in the sight of Allah, it is permissible to do something that causes anger. Divorce has many domestic and social disadvantages. Therefore, Islam has commanded to use common sense before doing such a thing and has also taught to use forgiveness as much as possible. Considering the disadvantages of divorce, it has been ordered to be done in a state of common sense. Under normal circumstances divorce occurs. There is also a state of intoxication in human conditions. Some drugs calm the human mind and some drugs destroy the human intellect. In such a state of intoxication, a person goes completely insane and does not have the distinction of anything. He becomes completely unaware of what is Halal and what is Haram, and what is permissible and what is not. There is a difference of opinion as to whether divorce can take place while intoxicated. This difference is also found among the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Due to this, there is also a difference of opinion among the Islamic scholars.
