As soon as this beautiful and charming combination of two words is founded to be read, written, and spoken, then in the windows of our minds and brains all the evils in the society which have poised the society begin to circulate who have poised the society.  From moral degradation to lack of moral values, adulteration, lying, looting, fraud, lust of wealth, bribery, betrayal, slander, gossip, backbitting, jealousy, cruelty,  misguidance, vengeance, extremism , hatred, obstinacy, alcoholism, immorality, vindictiveness, extremist ideas, social and societal disorder, economic and social unrest, these are all social evils that have become a menace to our society. Allah almighty sent the Holy Prophets to remove this  scourge of the society and to guide and reform the people living in the society . Give books and various shariahs to some of the Prophets so that these social evils spread in the society can be corrected. Evidences of imprisonment are found in Quran and the Sunnah as during the life time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), people used to be detained in the mosque. First jail was established during the time of Caliph Ali, in Islamic History. Islam allows to impose imprisonment on accused and convicted offenders and imprisonment even can be for a short time or in some cases it might be for life time. Islam considerers imprisonment as a discretionary punishment; the judge has an option to exercise punishment of imprisonment against any person if he thinks better for the reformation of any criminal.  Islamic teachings urge to provide prisoners with other rights as food, clothing, education and medical treatment in case of any health-related issue along with healthy environment for residing. Initially, in the west there was no concept of imprisonment, first time jail was established in 1552 in the UK. In the beginning prisoners were deprived of basic rights as proper residence, food, clothing and sanitation. In addition to it, they were maltreated by jail authorities. In 18th century, the reforms were introduced in the western world where new laws were made in favor of prisoners and prisoners were divided into different categories on which different facilities were provided to them. And he also collected during his choice of vocabulary a number of words and phrases indicating sadness such as \")my sadness\" and \"my depression\") The same is the case with the structural aspect of sentences which was in line with the sadness  which emerged in his breast. He embraced Islam when he was quite young.he got his education while he was in Sindh from Hafiz Muhammad  siddique who was titled by Syed ul aarifeen and during the study at deoband India he got his education from molana Mahmood Hassan deobandy famous  for  his title sheikh ul hind. He pondered in Quran and philosophy of Shah Walli Ullah throughout his life ND extracted laws and orders from it. He discussed ethics and philosophy in his discourses. He kept in mind Quran and philosophy of Shah Walli Ullah and its contemporary interpretation while discussing ethics and philosophy. In this article have analyses the thoughts of Molana Sindhi and tried to explain his point of view on philosophy of ethics from his discourses. It has a rich jurisprudential literature concerning custom and usage. Islamic law placed the rule of custom within the sources of legislation. Muslim jurists explored the flexibility of divine text in light of community issues. The implementation of rules (Ahkam) has changed, and so have the interpretations. \"Al-Hidaya\" is the well-acknowledged jurisprudential code in the Muslim world. The ancient Muslim scholars, particularly the Hanafi School, always followed the principle of URF-O-ADAT (custom). The study at hand will examine the exercise of this principle in this book. It will review alterations to rules caused by the customary change. This article will explore the provisions of this book holding this principle. It will denote the criteria of application of the principle of usage in the implementation of rules. This research will demonstrate the significance of this jurisprudential approach to contemporary issues. Its origin is available in the main stream of Quranic verses. Every single verse is required to rethink every day and build the idea of Muslim faith, social justice, economic growth, and spiritual enhancement. Many verses of the Holy Quran need an explanation for the readers. For this purpose, different commentaries have been written for the understanding of such verses. These commentaries describe different ideas and dimensions for the reader. In this research article, the word \"thinking\" and some verses related to \"thinking\" were selected, in order to understand the different approaches mentioned in different commentaries. These can be based on their nature and needs. Different nations of the world have started their calendars with the most important event, accident, the death of an elderly esteemed person, an excellent deed of a national hero, flood, war or the beginning of a king's throne. In fact, the timing of events in the universe was an indispensable process; different calendars were set up in this regard. When the history spreads to the earliest times, the calendars summarize those times in a table. These include solar, lunar rotations and Hijri calendar along with   their effects on human life.
