Hence, their domestic role cannot be denied as it determines the status of the women and introduces the means of their welfare. But, our social life seems to be a victim of class division, so each class has its own social status and in this perspective, the welfare of women must be taken care. They are asked about the fulfillment of obligations while their rights of welfare are totally ignored. Therefore, in these circumstances, the welfare of these helpless women (which do not have access to a home) is much needed so that their basic necessities of life can be met in the society. They should also be respected and honored so that they can also lead a dignified social life. This research paper will examine the practical modalities of the welfare of these helpless women along with the social and governmental role in it. Despite that the particles of Negation e.g. (ما) and (لا) are very clearly used in Arabic Language to make a Negative Sentence, but the Arab Linguists used another style – which is very simple and effective in its own self – by introducing Hamza on a verb which makes its meaning opposite to the original meaning of the trilateral verb (i.e. before entering the Hamza).Thus Hamza-ul-Izala is the Hamza that enters on some verbs in Arabic Language & makes its meaning opposite to the original meaning of the verb. The term “Al-Jahiliyah” is one of those terms. This is usually related to pre Islamic era of Arabs when idol worshiping was performed on vast level in almost all societies of Arab peninsula. Some classic experts of Arabic language have taken this term into account with respect to the particular acts and customs which were prevailing before Islam in different societies of the world. Same is done by some of Quranic commentators as well. Besides that, there are some language experts and Quranic commentators who have elaborated this term while relating it to the specific time periods. Hence crimes in the different societies may vary and similarly its causes too. Although the root causes of crimes are mostly common among the different societies, but when we try to explore the causes of crimes in a specific society, then we come across different branches of basic causes, which definitely effect the abnormalities of crimes rate in that specific area. This is a quantitative research which is designed to investigate the secondary causes of crimes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study covers the period for 2011-2020. In this regard, the reported crimes cases in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were collected from the respective Govt. In jail, prisoners lose their right of freedom. The aim to establish jail is to frighten the unseemliness people, betterment of unconscious and ignorant persons and to give punishment to the criminals, so that peace of society may be maintained. The regular system of jail was not present in the period of Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and caliph  Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A), but the concept of imprisonment existed. Hazrat Umer (R.A) Bought the house from Safwan bin Umayyah and used it as a jail in his reign. That was also present in the reign of Hazrat Usman (R.A). When Hazrat Ali (R.A) Became caliph, he constructed first regular jail which was given the name “Nafay”. The Second jail was “Mukhaius”. In Islamic sciences, reference is made only to the hadith and the sanad of jurisprudence is taken from the hadith itself and the truth is that no subject of Islam is complete without knowing it. Why is there a need for classification in Hadith? Due to the multiplicity of conquests, when Islam began to spread in different tribes and remote areas, the Companions settled in different places. As a result, there was a shortage of people with knowledge of hadith. Gradually, falsehoods began to spread against the truth. People started fabricating hadiths for their own purposes and attributing it to the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In condemnation of virtue and opponents, to please the kings and careless speakers will start fabricating hadiths to add color to their speeches, So in view of these critical circumstances, the scholars of the time felt the need to compile the hadith and bring it in book form. So the scholars and the students of Hadith got ready for this task. At that time, the muhaddithin considered the service of knowledge of hadith to be better than night vigil and they spent most of their dear life for this important work. Due to their association with polytheistic religions and Indian culture, Muslims attended non-Muslim religious ceremonies. For their own purposes, they prayed to their gods and goddesses. The Muslims also started participating in Hindu festivals like Rakhi and Diwali. On the occasion of Diwali, they used to Light Lamps just like Hindus and used to cook food and send their friends in colorful pots as gift. The influence of Hindu civilization had affected the upper classes as well. The analytical study of the political, social and religious conditions of the time of Mujaddad Alf Thani (R.A) and the work of Mujaddad Alf Thani shows that the Muslim society of the Indian subcontinent at that time was prone to heresy and atheism. From the government level to the public, there was a lot of intellectual turmoil and dispersal. Ideological turmoil and dissension prevailed from the government to the public level. Religious chaos, religious heresies, the proliferation of rituals and innovations, the promotion of the Akbari religion, the bigotry of the saints and worldliness posed a serious threat to Islam and Islamic thoughts and original values. In these circumstances, there was a need to protect the Muslim Uma from the disaster and hinder the fall in creeds of the Muslim society and to render its services for the propagation of the religion and the spread of the religion.
