Research data were collected quantitatively with experimental research using pre-experimental methods. Based on data analysis, the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test (t-test) were 12.03 and at the real level α = 0.05 thus t-count> t-table then H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. There are differences in learning outcomes between students who use the Edmodo application before and after teaching material is given. Thus, the results show that Edmodo applications incorporated into teaching materials are more effectively used towards learning outcomes.","PeriodicalId":34059,"journal":{"name":"Volga Region Farmland","volume":"64 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88396326","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementation of the blended learning model to student learning independence and learning outcomes of vocational students' PBO. METHODS: This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) the percentage value of student learning independence PBO using the blended learning model is 61.72%; (2) obtained the posttest mean (mean) value in the control class is 69.1250, and in the experimental class is 78.2500, and the results of the sign test obtained a significance value of 0.000 or a significance of <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Referring to these result, it can be concluded that from the implementation of the blended learning model on the PBO course, student  s learning independence is in good criteria, and there is an affect on student  s learning outcomes.","PeriodicalId":34059,"journal":{"name":"Volga Region Farmland","volume":"41 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81379882","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

While earnings persistence has a positive effect on stock values, then earnings persistence can mediate the relationship between tax avoidance and ERC. It is expected that the company can be more honest and open, as well as good corporate control. The musculoskeletal disorder predicted by Nordic Body Map questionnaire, fatigue is predicted by 30 item questionnaire general fatigue, and work productivity predicted by work volume divided by workload and work time. Data were analyzed at the level of significance of 5%. Result of analysis showed that between before and after treatment 5S increase significantly (P <0.05) on the musculoskeletal disorders (25.4%), general fatigue (28,4%), and increase productivity (32,5%). Character education in the excellent service course is very important because in the prime service course students must be able to provide the best service. Students belong to the category mature so that the character has been formed. Character education for the adult level is only limited to strengthening and raising awareness in oneself. Based on my previous research, in 2019 character education based on local wisdom has been able to improve student service abilities, but with conventional delivery, students are a bit difficult to understand the Javanese philosophy being taught. Based on this, learning media such as instructional videos are needed, so this research aims to facilitate students in the character education process based on local wisdom. The object of this research is students of the Madiun State Polytechnic of Business Administration who are currently taking excellent service courses. This research method is a quasi-experimental form of \"Non Equivalent Control Group Design\". Where the researchers took one experimental class and one control class. This study used a non-parametric analysis with the chi square method and the contingency coefficient of SPSS.21 assistance on the crosstab menu. Discourse Markers (DMs) have a significant role both in oral and written communication. DMs particularly in spoken language support the audience in interpreting meanings. In a discourse, all segments indicate distinct connections. The relations of the segments vary from changing topics, contrasting, elaborating, to inferring. By the use of DMs, the hearers can guess the signal of connections among segments. Despite various choices of DMs that can be used, EFL learners had a tendency to use only common DMs. The use of DMs in an EFL context is interesting to discuss to reveal the students’ ability in building cohesion and coherence in their speaking performances. Therefore, this current research is aimed to find out the most frequently used variants of DMs and to investigate the appropriate and inappropriate uses of DMs in student presentations. The discourse analysis was applied to analyze 86 presentation videos produced by students enrolling in Intermediate Speaking Course. The results revealed that the most frequently used DMs are and, also, but, so, and however. The misuses of DMs were mostly pertinent to the overuse and surface logicality.","PeriodicalId":34059,"journal":{"name":"Volga Region Farmland","volume":"5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91091996","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
