This type of research is descriptive quantitative, using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The population in this study were all Bengkulu University employees, totaling 1128 people. Determination of respondents was using simple random sampling with a sample size of 110 people. The data analysis method used mediated regression analysis. This paper aims to investigate the role of inflation, unemployment, and economic growth in explaining the prevalence of poverty in Bengkulu Province. The study used a time series data for 26 years (1992-2017). The data were secondarily sourced from statistics bureau. Ordinary least square (OLS) was used as an analytical technique. Empirical results show that inflation and unemployment have positive and economic growth has negative impact on poverty. The paper recommends to applied an appropriate macroeconomic policy which is crucial for poverty alleviation. To improve economic growth, efforts must be put in place to increase productivity; improving the level of local production. To restrain the surging rate of unemployment, it is necessary to creates a work training center, opening new economic centers, and linking education and skills needed in the labor market. Furthermore, there must be concrete efforts to controlling inflation, because inflation affects poverty mainly through its impact on real wage. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was Female Nurses of Nunukan District General Hospital with a total sample of 102 respondents. The analysis method used is regression analysis with the help of SPSS program version 25. This research aims to provide empirical evidence the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure on the cost of capital on BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period from 2013-2017. The measurement of corporate social responsibility disclosure using Indeks Global Reporting Initiative G4 (GRI-G4). The cost of capital is divided into 2 namely the cost of equity using the Easton 2004 Model and the cost of debt using the Francis and Periera Model 2005. The sample selections method is the purposive sampling method which totals 13 samples with 65 observations. The results showed that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility has an influence on the cost of equity. This study aims to design Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using the Performance Prism framework with a case study on a non-profit, namely the Baptist Rural Development Model. This type of research is qualitative research using case studies. The method of data is by selecting KPIs that have been collected based on empirical research, then pairwise comparisons are carried out through the Analytical Hierarchy Process questionnaire. The population in this study were LPPB stakeholders which included employees, consumers, communities, suppliers, and foundations. This KPI design produces 50 KPIs consisting of 10 stakeholder satisfaction, 10 stakeholder contributions, 10 strategies, 10 capabilities, 10 processes, from the five stakeholders which are then arranged into a Performance Measure Record Sheet. This study investigates the relationship of personal characteristics for online entrepreneur, internal environment and external environment to the orientation online entrepreneur and business performance. This study also analyzed the role of web quality on the relationship of business orientation and entrepreneurial performance. Data used are primary data, collected through questionnaires to online entrepreneurship students at 4 Universities in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The sample size taken is 273 online entrepreneurship students. Data processed descriptively, and using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS 23 Program. The results indicate that the characteristics of personal, internal environment and external environment have a positive effect on the orientation of the online entrepreneur. This study examines heteroscedasticity in the index data of 5 countries, including Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Singapore and Japan. The study also determines the level of volatility that can describe future returns and risks that affect investment behavior. Additionally, this research analyzes whether post-crisis economic growth can affect a countries volatility level. The ARCH model will describe volatility in 5 indexes, while the Symmetric and Asymmetric GARCH methods capture negative shocks affecting the level of volatility. The results showed significant ARCH and GARCH effects, such that market fluctuations or the level of volatility that occurs after a crisis is quite large and shocks have an influence. However, the GARCH-M model (1.1) for the four sample countries did not establish any significant risk premium. Different events cause significant risk premiums are in Singapore. Asymmetric modeling in both EGARCH (1.1) and TGARCH (1.1) models showed insignificant results in all 5 sample countries. This implies that negative shocks do not affect investors' responses than positive ones, which influences the market's volatility level. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Bengkulu Government with a degree of fiscal decentralization approach and to determine the effect of the regional original income (PAD) component on the Financial Performance of Bengkulu Government. The data used in this study was secondary data in the form of time series data and processed by multiple linear regression analysis tools (multiple regression). The empirical results of this study indicate that based on the calculation of the degree of fiscal decentralization ratio, the financial capacity of Bengkulu City is still at a very low capability level which is founded a very large difference between government spending and regional opinion. So it appears that Bengkulu Government still relies on assistance from the central government and was not independent yet. This can be an underline for local government to improve their ability being more independent and capable. value is obtained 3,345 (positive value) with a probability of 0,0053 and with an lA of 3,717. While the brand image variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the consumer purchase interest variable. The empirical results of this study indicate that almost in the all regencies showing that new regency are more developed than the old. But in general, after the expantion, there are improvement in both economic growth and also GRDP per capita.
