This type of research is descriptive quantitative, using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The population in this study were all Bengkulu University employees, totaling 1128 people. Determination of respondents was using simple random sampling with a sample size of 110 people. The data analysis method used mediated regression analysis. Abstract
