As a result various technologies have been introduced for the reliable transmission of voice over internet. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) has emerged as a need for improvement of quality for a voice call. In this paper real time implementations have been performed for the VOIP over MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) network that ensures the quality of services for voice and other traffics as well. On the basis of study and hands on experience we have made certain conclusions and recommendations for a better QoS. The system is based on application of RFID, mobile communication and IT technologies. The CMA adaptive array was designed to lock onto the desired signal having the constant modulus property. The proposed algorithm employs both the DOA information as well as the constant modulus property of the signals. This enables the beamformer to avoid self-cancellation caused by the desired signal having large power (high SNR) relative to the interference signal, while maintaining the good performance at low SNR. The effects of inter-symbol inference are discussed in this paper. In addition, a robust technique using a Decision Feedback Equalizer for multi-level (three bits) non-return-to-zero feedback Digital-to-Analog Converter in the receiver is also studied. This technique is proposed to reduce the dynamic error effects on overall system Signal-to-Noise-and Distortion-Ratio, as well as compensate the non-idealities of the feedback Digital-to- Analog in multi-Gb/s data rate over high speed data conversion. The wide-band delta-sigma modulator architecture and the feedback Digital-to-Analog with Decision Feedback Equalizer are also presented in this paper. To retrieve the sensing data in real time, one may use a wireless module to forward those data to a gateway or server. For outdoor applications, Zigbee/IEEE 802.15.4 technology is often the candidate because it is cost effective and easy to be purchased in the market. However, transmission range, energy consumption and network capacity are key factors in designing an outdoor system. This paper presents the design of a long range wireless 3- axis accelerometer module which consists of a 14-bit 3-axis accelerometer, IEEE 802.15.4 SOC transceiver, high power RF front end, and switching regulator. Wireless Localization can refer to either an “Active” system which tracks a mobile transceiver, or “Passive” localization which tracks a transceiver free entity by measuring the changes it makes to the surrounding wireless environment. Recent work has seen both of these systems implemented with Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) values from transceivers. Many algorithms and channel models have been presented to increase the accuracy of a Received Signal Strength (RSS) based system. In this paper we experimentally check whether RSSI values map to the expected RSS values within an IEEE 802.15.4 network. Indoor experiments are repeated within an ideal outdoor environment, with multiple device platforms, to eliminate indoor multipath propagation as the cause for inconsistent behavior of RSSI. We identify 3 key issues with raw RSSI values and present either a possible solution or a mitigation strategy to reduce their effect. We conclude that using raw RSSI values is flawed, as the premise that they uniquely map to the distance between transceivers is incorrect. Device-free Passive Localization (DfPL) techniques are used to position the users in a passive manner such that they do not engage in the process. A typical DfPL setup comprises of Wi-Fi Access Points (APs) that transmit periodic signals to Monitoring Points (MPs). Any intrusion within the area of interest is detected by constantly examining the strength of Wi- Fi signals received at MPs. In this paper, we examine DfPL using 1 AP and 1 MP to estimate the speed of motion in a given indoor area. The separation of control plane from the data plane has made it possible to manage physical and virtual networks through the SDN controller. This paper presents a novel Dynamic Multipath Scheduling Protocol (DMSP) for effective scheduling of packets on SDN virtual links, thus achieving full performance isolation. The proposed solution reacts and adopts appropriate scheduling strategy during transitions. The source/destination mapping for path selection ensures service specific bandwidth for each pair of hosts in a multipath environment. DMSP makes real-time changes to select a least congested link for routing of data packets.
