As a result various technologies have been introduced for the reliable transmission of voice over internet. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) has emerged as a need for improvement of quality for a voice call. In this paper real time implementations have been performed for the VOIP over MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) network that ensures the quality of services for voice and other traffics as well. On the basis of study and hands on experience we have made certain conclusions and recommendations for a better QoS.
