Our learning system provides an effective and natural human-computer interaction based on modern information-communication technologies and interfaces. This platform has been successfully used to teach a programming course, showing a number of advantages and benefits in comparison to the traditional teaching methods. Our system belongs to the important class of teaching tools, where a variety of modern methods of human-system interactions, such as speech recognition, are utilized. The paper also describes features of the Norwegian education system; the features include an adaptive method to teach students who speak different national languages. The aim of our work is to integrate effective training courses with a remote teaching system. We must take into account the peculiarities of training multilingual students. The demand of graduates on the labor market is an external manifestation of the university competitiveness. A key factor in the preparation of competitive graduates is training technologies. The article presents the results of an experiment using project technologies in the process of studying Russian as a foreign language. Based on the results of the experiment, the authors conclude that the most effective methods of training are project technologies which form knowledge, skills and abilities giving to graduates competitive advantages with the purpose of employment and further personal and professional realization. The authors also suggest a model for integration of project technologies into the process of forming the competitive advantages of the university graduates. In the discussions, students need to survey literatures, discuss with the partners, argue and defend his/her views, accurately analyze and calculate, and present his/her group outcomes etc. The whole process can make students do efforts to find useful information, pay attention on teamwork, defend themselves views, communication, academic thinking, presentation etc. And all the students focus on the contents of class due to small number of students. It also can improve the learning efficiency and develop student’s competent abilities. The new teaching mode was practiced in industrial engineering major for one semester. As a result of the findings, the inquiry-based small-class teaching mode is an effective tool to improve the learning efficiency and competent abilities of students. In addition, this training meets the requirements of education of engineering. The features of it are intention to harm, power imbalance, repeated actions, and all participants’ demographics. The method used in the study is Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory (BDHI). As Buss-Durkee questionnaire should be used in conjunction with other techniques, we used Acceptance of Others Scale, designed to diagnose the level of acceptance of other people, especially among children and adolescents. Both questionnaires were adapted for different ages, so the results show different demographics and attitudes. According to the results of the study it was easy to recommend coping strategies to overcome bullying and its after-effects.
