Based on the theoretical analysis frame of historical institutionalism, this paper combs the historical development venation and vicissitude path of China's pension system, and systematically summarizes the internal motive force and evolution logic of our country's pension system vicissitude, in order to promote the optimization of our pension system to provide inspiration for thinking. It is found that the changes of our country's pension system have experienced three stages: the initial establishment of traditional pension system, the socialization of modern pension system and the innovation and development of multi-pillar pension system. The reform of economic system, the change of value idea and the pressure of external environment are the deep structural factors that affect the changes of our country's pension system, thus hindering institutional change. The reform of state-owned enterprises, the interest conflict of the actors and the external demonstration effect provide the motive mechanism for the reform and change of our country's pension system.","PeriodicalId":339874,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"61 48","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141807176","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on an analysis of the mechanisms of the ARIMA model and the RBF model, this paper investigates the daily container throughput patterns and data stationarity characteristics of Nansha Port in Guangzhou, using survey results. By integrating the time series forecasting capability of the ARIMA model with the nonlinear processing ability of the RBF neural network, an ARIMA-RBF combined forecasting model is established to predict the container throughput of Nansha Port. This model accounts for both the linear and nonlinear characteristics of port container throughput and demonstrates superior predictive performance compared to the traditional ARIMA forecasting model.","PeriodicalId":339874,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"89 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141807728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In reality, the low sense of professional achievement and high work pressure have led to low motivation and burnout among teachers, which is particularly prominent among primary and secondary school teachers. In order to stimulate the vitality of the majority of primary and secondary school teachers and enhance their work motivation, the state has introduced a series of teacher incentive policies. In this study, 1418 teachers in primary and secondary schools were researched through questionnaires using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The study found that overall teachers were more motivated to work and more organizationally motivated than individually motivated; the mean value of the former was 4.021 out of 5 and the latter was 3.837. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) revealed significant differences between individual and organizational motivation in terms of teaching experience, highest level of education, being a classroom teacher or not, job title, administrative position, and participation in rotations. In this regard, it is important for teachers to raise their awareness of the policy, to remain true to their original intention of teaching, and to actively communicate with students, colleagues, and school leaders as a good way to increase their motivation.","PeriodicalId":339874,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"18 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141807545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition to hosting the Winter Olympics for the first time in 2022, China has included ice and snow sports as an important part of the strategy of China's sports powerhouse and the construction of a healthy China. Undoubtedly, sports are the world; to achieve the competitiveness of China's ice hockey, it is necessary to face the international, so the increase of interactions between countries in the field of ice hockey is a necessary way of development. However, facing communication problems brought about by language differences has naturally prompted scholars to study this still-unsolved difficulty. The scope of research using Newmark's theory of communicative translation as a theoretical basis is not lacking in the existence of novels, films and biographies, etc., but there are fewer studies in the field of sports, and even fewer explorations of terminology as an object of study. Therefore, this paper takes communicative translation theory as the basis and Russian-English ice hockey terminology as the research object to explore the specific guiding role of communicative theory in the process of translating terminology.","PeriodicalId":339874,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"59 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141807573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In response to low fertility rates, many regions have implemented pro-natal family policies to encourage population growth. The impact varied: family policies can affect most Western countries and have less effect on Confucian regions. This difference stems from the significant pressure faced by young individuals in Confucian regions due to rapid industrialization. Consequently, regions influenced by Confucianism need to adopt more complex strategies to combat declining birth rates.","PeriodicalId":339874,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"83 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141808034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After Waiting for Godot, Endgame is Beckett's more comprehensive and thorough negative portrayal of the western reality and life after the war. It is also a reflection of the western spiritual crisis and survival crisis after the war, showing the complete disillusionment. Using a qualitative analysis approach, the study examines the industrial, natural, and man-made soundscapes in the novel. Living in modern London, Mrs. Dalloway experiences life through a mix of these sounds. By analyzing these soundscapes, the study reveals her loneliness in an industrial society, her longing for nature, and her efforts to balance industrialization with nature. This analysis also provides a framework for understanding how individuals today can navigate the sense of alienation that comes with living in an industrialized world.","PeriodicalId":339874,"journal":{"name":"Frontiers in Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"58 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141808726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
