According to the common law abided by these kinds of sense, and consulting Prospect Theory, emotion schema function is build up to obtain the principle of functional relationship between emotion and living resource. Based on these work, adopting optimistic selection principle, emotion-driven behavior selection mechanism is established. In order to validate the mechanism, emotion-driven competitive, cooperative behavior selection mechanism and fight behavior selection mechanism are constructed and simulations of them on artificial life platform Swarm are achieved. The simulation results confirm the proposed.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114225456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional methods of web service discovery are only based on the keyword matching, but it's very difficult to realize more detailed and intelligent services, and the results are hardly to meet the user's demands. According to the current OWL-S, WSMO and other frameworks, a new lightweight semantic extension framework for web services is proposed in this paper, which is founded on the syntax structure of XML and the 3-layer frame of OWL-S, which can be compatible with the current web service and UDDI. If there is a need for semantic and intelligent search, one could use this framework to extend the web services by connecting the domain ontology. At last, the paper also provides a similarity matching algorithm for the corresponding layer. By integrating the 3-layer's algorithms, the user can achieve the expecting factor, and then choose a proper web service according to the expecting factor.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126389601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When sea clutter is large at high sea state, the signal -to-noise ratio (SNR) of the target echo is usually relatively low as a result of the effect of sea clutter. The precision of angle error extraction in radar tracking servo is low, while the fluctuating error of angle measure is large in low SNR region. The radar antenna has to adjust itself very frequently to keep tracking its target. While it leads that the radar can not always hold on tracking the target steadily. To improve the precision of angle error extraction and steady off-boresight angle measure of the target, a novel angle measure method based on particle filter is proposed, which achieves off-boresight angle estimation by approximating the posterior probability diversity with particle set, and the steps of algorithm are presented. Finally the simulation experiment confirms the valid of the proposed algorithm.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128075208","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the number of coalition structures is large, it is not allowed to search the whole coalition structure tree exhaustively. So, a partial search which is guaranteed to be within a bound from optimum is interested. A large number of previous work has been done to find the optimal coalition structure in Characteristic Function Games (CFGs), where the value of a coalition was independent from co-existing coalitions in the system. However, usually it is not appropriate to the real situation because an agent's effectiveness may change from one coalition structure to another. Thus, much more general Partition Function Games (PFGs) have to be applied. In this context, we develop an algorithm based on partition cardinality structure, which consider the coalition value in PFGs. We use different strategies in two classes of PFGs, and improve the bound with further search.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121928605","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The existing models only use low-levels features of images to do the approximate calculation, without considering the influence of semantic information. This paper proposes a new automatic image annotation algorithm based on the vocabulary prior probability. It can solve the semantic gap to a certain extent. The algorithm is divided into two stages, first according to the existing generative model calculated the initial annotation word, and then calculated image similarity with considering the annotated words to improve the result of the annotation. The experiments over Corel5k images have shown the proposed method can effectively improve the rate of the annotation's accuracy and recall.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122268567","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A fuzzy set is defined on the feature vector space according to each training class, so the distance between an unknown shape and the class centroid is measured by a fuzzy distance based on the membership function. Another significant contribution of this paper is the method of constructing membership function using the statistical features of training class. Our shape recognition method is a minimum distance method in nature, but compared with the minimum distance method using common distance measure, fuzzy distance measure improves the accuracy rate of recognition greatly. The accuracy improved either compared with KNN classifier.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122273489","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As there often appear two or more goals in the radar tracking window, if these objectives are in close proximity, tracking error will be caused, and therefore the targets will swap. As AIS can provide steady and continuous navigation data from GPS or DGPS in higher precision, this paper takes advantage of AIS information and puts forward an algorithm to reduce the target swaps in radar tracking. Besides, according to different circumstances in the existence of AIS information in radar tracking window, this article specifically explains the usages of the algorithm in various situations. In the simulation, the proposed algorithm was experimented on a navigational radar simulator and a pc based platform programmed with VC++. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm to reduce the target swaps is feasible and effective.","PeriodicalId":339711,"journal":{"name":"2010 IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Intelligent Systems","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2010-12-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121733606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
