It focuses on data collection systems of teachers through Google Drive (GDrive). The researcher used a Goal-Oriented Evaluation Model. The result showed that the program could help school increase the achievement of three out of eight national standards of education, namely the standard of facilities and infrastructure, the standard of management, and the standard of educator and non-educator. The research recommends the program to be continued with improvement. Quality services in high education are services that can meet the needs of students and their expectations. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality (reliability, responsiveness, empathy, guarantee, direct evidence (physical evidence) on the satisfaction of students who use services and facilities. In addition, this study also aims to determine the most influential dimensions of service quality in providing satisfaction to students. The samples were 24 people from all population of 460 students, where the research data was collected through questionnaires. Validity instruments were tested using the construct validity test and reliability instruments were tested using the Cronbach Alpha. SPSS Statistics 24.00 was employed to analyze frequency statistics. Hypothesis results that have been tested on the frequency table are 95% internal evidence evidence (a-5%). The study used a survey method. Population of 223 teachers, and a sample of 143 teachers. Data collected by questionnaire technique. Data analyzed with correlation and regression techniques. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the visionary leadership of the head teacher of the school with organizational commitment; 2) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy with organizational commitment of teachers; and 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the visionary leadership of the principal and teacher self-efficacy simultaneously with organizational commitment of teachers. The study used survey methods, with path analysis techniques. Population of 156 teachers, sample 112 teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires, scale Likert. The results showed that: 1) There is a direct positive effect managerial skills of school principals to discipline teachers’ work, with the coefficient correlation 0,897, determination of the coefficient of 0,805; 2) There is a direct positive effect of ISO 9001: 2008 to the discipline teacher work, with the coefficient correlation 0,307, determination of the coefficient of 0,095; 3) There is a direct positive effect managerial skills of school principals to ISO 9001: 2008, with the coefficient correlation 0,340, determination of the coefficient of 0,116. The research employed a causal survey research and path analysis technique. The sample of 103 kindergarten teachers of Tanggerang regency was taken by using proportional random sampling. The results have shown that 1) Path coefficient value of the principal’s situational leadership and the teacher performance is 0.440 with the probability significance value ρx3x1  = 0.000. It means that the principal’s situational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. 2) Path coefficient value of work motivation and the teacher Performance is 0.166 with the probability significance value ρx3x1 = 0.005. It indicates that work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) Path coefficient value of situational leadership and teacher work motivation is 0,598 with probability significance value ρx3x1 = 0.000. It implies that the principal’s situational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation. Thus, the aim of the study was to examine the influence of the principal's managerial ability on the quality of vocational high school. The study was conducted at three public vocational schools of Business Management group located in North Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative survey method with 102 teachers as a sample from the teacher population of 138 people. Prior to the research, trials were conducted on 30 teachers. The research reports that direct influence of the principal's managerial ability on the quality of vocational school of business management group is 16%. This figure indicates the direct influence of the Principal's managerial ability on the quality of vocational high Schools. Validated and reliable questionnaires (using Pearson Product Moment and Cronbach Formula) were distributed to 126 sampled teachers out of population 184 teachers. Data were analyzed using path analysis (alpha .05). The researcher used qualitative evaluation method CIPP to examine the agreement between the implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and the principle of ISO. The study concluded: (1) Overall, the implementation of  Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 at SMK Putra Bangsa Depok already ran well, (2) The facilities are clean and comfortable, the human resources as the organizer of management was proactive enough to increase the educational service quality. This could be seen from condusive organizational culture, the work ethos and organizational discipline were good as well as the discipline of the teachers and administrators, (3) The strength of SMK Putra Bangsa Depok was its ability to integrate or combine the curriculum with  culture to accomplish customer satisfaction. Hypotheses tested: (1) there is a direct and positive influence of Leadership Emotional Intelligence on Teacher Self Efficacy, (2) there is a direct and positive influence of Commitment of School Organization on Teacher Self Efficacy, (3) there is a direct and positive influence of Leadership Emotional Intelligence on Commitment of School Organization. Applying Slovin Formula, 109 teachers were proportionally and randomly surveyed out of population 151 teachers. The researcher used validated and reliable questionnaires for collecting data. Croanbach’s reliability tested Likert Scales. Statistical requirements for analyses were fulfilled using test of normality (Liliefors), test of linearity and test of homogeneity. The descriptive qualitative evaluation was used throughout the study. Using naturalistic approach, the evaluator collected the data through observation, in-depth interviews and relevant document study.  Interviews were conducted with the foundation chief, principals, vice principals, teachers, parents, and students. This research concludes that the implementation of the Program run as expected. During implementation, the principal was assisted by his vice principal and teachers in planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling the curricula, student activities, and infrastructures. The implementation results in improved student character as intended by the objective of the program.
