It means that the principal’s situational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance. 2) Path coefficient value of work motivation and the teacher Performance is 0.166 with the probability significance value ρx3x1 = 0.005. It indicates that work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) Path coefficient value of situational leadership and teacher work motivation is 0,598 with probability significance value ρx3x1 = 0.000. It implies that the principal’s situational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation. 本研究旨在探讨校长情境领导对教师绩效的影响;工作动机对教师绩效的影响以及校长情境领导对工作动机的影响。本研究采用因果调查研究和通径分析方法。采用比例随机抽样法对唐格朗县103名幼儿园教师进行调查。结果表明:1)校长情境领导与教师绩效的路径系数值为0.440，概率显著性值ρx3x1 = 0.000。这意味着校长情境领导对教师绩效有显著的影响。2)工作动机与教师绩效的路径系数值为0.166，概率显著性值ρx3x1 = 0.005。研究表明，工作动机对教师绩效有显著影响。3)情境领导与教师工作动机的路径系数值为0.598，概率显著性值ρx3x1 = 0.000。这表明校长情境领导对工作动机有显著的影响。根据研究结果，可以推断，领导风格在发展工作动机和绩效方面具有重要作用，对组织中个人的素质产生积极影响
