The discovery of new leprosy cases with grade 2 disability will illustrate the delay in early detection, resulting in a decrease in the quality of life of leprosy sufferers. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyse the problem of delayed case finding of grade 2 disability in Lamongan District. Method: This study was a descriptive observational study. There were 9 informants in this study, namely, 1 person in charge of the leprosy programme at the Health Office, and 8 people in charge of the programme at the Puskesmas level. The methods used in identifying health problems were document study, brainstorming, USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) method, and fishbone diagram. Results: Knowledge has an important role in determining a person's attitude, knowledge shows the intelligence that allows a person to act appropriately, quickly and easily in making decisions. Patients' lack of knowledge about the early symptoms of leprosy leads to inappropriate actions, so there are still new cases of leprosy with grade 2 disability in Lamongan Regency. Not only the patient's knowledge, but good family knowledge is also expected and is able to make appropriate leprosy treatment efforts. Awareness will grow in the family to make treatment efforts if the family has good knowledge. Conclusions: The priority problem in finding new cases of leprosy with grade 2 disability in Lamongan Regency is the lack of knowledge of patients and their families, which results in inappropriate behaviour when experiencing the first symptoms of leprosy.","PeriodicalId":339162,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Global Health Research","volume":"89 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140462027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The occurrence of hypotension and intradialytic hypertension can have an impact on reducing the adequacy of dialysis, decreasing kidney function, and can even affect the patient's quality of life. Among the non-pharmacological interventions that are considered safe and effective in the management of intradialytic blood pressure control are intradialytic exercises, one of which is range of motion exercises for the extremities. To determine the effect of extremity joint range of motion exercises on intradialytic blood pressure control in hemodialysis patients. This research used a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test control group design using cluster sampling with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 46 respondents (23 intervention and 23 control group respondents) with Wilcoxon test data analysis. in the intervention group the average systolic blood pressure before and after intradialytic exercise was -6.42mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure difference was -2.38mmHg with p value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure p=<0.05, In the control group systolic blood pressure p= 0.024 with a difference of 2.4, independent t test results mean systolic blood pressure 2.88mmHg and diastolic blood pressure mean 1.12mmHg with p value both P>0.05. Medical professionals, health students, and trained lay people must all perform high-quality CPR. As an outcome, effective CPR training using instruments that support the achievement of high-quality CPR is essential. Objective: This systematic review aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of feedback provided via mobile devices in measuring the quality of CPR training. Method: Design used systematic review with reference to the PRISMA Statement Guidelines 2020. Search results through database of ScienceDirect (778 articles), Wiley Online Library (765 articles), PubMed (55 articles), and ResearchGate (73 articles). The research designs of articles analyzed was randomized controlled trial which published from 2013 to 2023 with the keywords cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR training, mobile devices. The sample in this study was taken from five articles that match the inclusion criteria. JBI's critical assessment tool for assessing bias risk in randomly controlled 2023 checklist tests is used to critically evaluate the instruments used for the selected article. Results: The primary results that five publications were based on CPR quality metrics such as chest compression depth and speed, as well as the proportion of acceptable chest compression depth. Conclusions: This review discovered evidence that mobile devices have an effect on the effectiveness of real-time feedback on CPR quality in CPR training. An alert village is also a village whose residents have the resources who are ready and willing to prevent and overcome health problems, emergencies and disasters in the village independently. This research aims to analyze stakeholder behavior towards the successful development of active alert villages in Grobogan Regency. This type of research is an observational survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of this research is all village head stakeholders in Grobogan Regency, totaling 277 people with the research sample determined purposively . and proportional sampling of 164 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire containing 15 knowledge questions, and 12 questions each for attitudes, infrastructure, support from health workers, support from community leaders, organizational commitment and stakeholder behavior. Frequency distribution analysis is descriptive, while the chi square statistical test and multiple logistic regression use a computer program. The research results show that stakeholder behavior is significantly related to the success of developing active alert villages in Grobogan Regency (p value 0.003). It is necessary to increase the commitment of stakeholder organizations (village heads) through various capacity increases such as training and guidance in the context of developing active alert villages in Grobogan Regency.","PeriodicalId":339162,"journal":{"name":"Indonesian Journal of Global Health Research","volume":"59 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140488451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data collection using questionnaires with Likert Scale approach for WHOQOL-BREF and WHOQOL-BREF roles that have been standardized for quality of life. Data analysis using Spearman's Rank test statistic. The results of data analysis show that not all domains of 4 domains of quality of life have a significant relationship. Significant relation is found only in environmental domain with sig <α value is 0.03 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between the role of peer group and the quality of life of ODHA, in the environment domain.
