Nationally speaking, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has always been a mature and active area for urban tourism development. Whether it is for outsea or domestic tourism, the integration process of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao tourism has always been advancing, which plays an important role in promoting the development of tourism and culture in China. Starting from the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao and the integration of tourism, this paper makes a layers analysis and elaboration on its historical background, realistic development, obstacles and development prospects. 1.Introduction As an important development strategy of our country, the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area is an important representative significance in the overall development of the country, which not only reflects the positive vitality of the development of regional cooperation in the current and future period, but also shows the determination and perseverance of full opening to the outside, which contains great opportunities for development. In the new era, with the help of the outstanding advantages of the economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, leading to the national level, a comprehensive analysis of the relevant studys of tourism development in the past Bay Area is conducive to promoting the integrated development of tourism in the Bay Area and boosting the comprehensive development of the Great Bay Area. 2. Concept system of tourism integration in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area 2.1 Concept The concept of “tourism integration” was proposed earlier. At the international, the European tourism integration is accompanied by the formation of the European Union, Carla Cardosoin the context of European integration to study the development of the EU tourism affected by policies and regulations, and according to the analysis of the development of tourism in Portugal, it can be reflected through the employment, income, investment, balance of international payments four indicators,make the corresponding policy adjustment. [1]China's academic circles research on the concept of tourism integration are divided, from the perspective of realistic development, the integration of domestic regional tourism began at the early of this century. Most of the existing researches are carried out in the Western context, and their understanding of the effects and mechanisms of improving employee performance is still very limited, and there is a lack of research in the Chinese environment. This study is based on the theory of social exchange, with Chinese employees as subjects, and whether family-supported executive behavior can improve employee performance. Regression analysis shows that family-supported executive behavior can increase employee satisfaction. In this article, we began with discussion of the necessity for building of teaching team for distance education, analysis of the possible questions on the building of teaching team for distance education, and exploration of the model for building a reasonable and effective teaching team for distance education, leading to promotion of the efficacy of teaching team for distance education. 1. The necessity of building teaching team for distance educational courses The necessity for courses revolution of teaching models: During the practical teaching, all the universities cannot form a unified consensus on chaotic arrangement and key points and difficulties in the course teaching in the class. In addition, with the quality enhancement of current students in universities, the needs of students have been dramatically changed. The transition from educational degree need to applied requirement may challenge the traditional teaching models. For serving students with better teaching, we will study on the building of teaching team for courses. The necessity for promoting the courses teaching quality: From our previous investigation, many universities have been found to possess the courses teaching platform, multiple columns in platform, and adequate resources projects. It has been demonstrated that the cross-duplication resources are found at the levels of nation, province, and specific teaching units [1]. In addition, with the long term practical teaching, there are unique teaching models in the individual teaching units, as indicated by different form of course teaching on the internet and different efficiency in teaching. It is necessary to orchestrate all the hardware and software in the educational system physically and virtually, enforce the building of course teaching team, and enhance the teaching quality of the whole university. The necessity of promoting teachers’ development: There is an obvious character in the teaching team for distance education that the number of front-line teachers is too small, the teaching quality is too low, teachers individually take too many positions, and the teaching task is too heavy. Such tourism not only provides travelers with an enjoyable experience but also allows them to take action to protect the environment, thereby fostering a sense of environmental awareness. However, green and low-carbon tourism products have only been developed recently. Consequently, in Taiwan, governmental agencies and private companies have tended to allocate limited resources for these products. Therefore, maintaining the quality of green tourism and improving tourist satisfaction under the constraint of limited resources are the keys to developing the green tourism market. {"title":"Household Support: An Ignorantly Key Factor for Tour Guide’s Profession Loyalty. However, in practice, a large majority of experienced tour guides commonly make attempts to switch to other sectors instead of other enterprises of tourism industry after they have three to five year of work experience. In order to disclose the reasons of the phenomenon data from 113 valid samples was obtained through paper-based questionnaires. Meanwhile, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed assessing the research model in which we hypothesize household support, economic rewards, social rewards and career prospects have positively influence profession loyalty. The results show effect of household support (p<0.01) and economic rewards (p<0.1) are statistically significant respectively. Household support is a very key factor on tour guide’s profession loyalty contrasted with others. Finally, the limitations of the study are discussed. 1.Introduction Employee loyalty is a very popular topic in human resource research. The higher level of employee loyalty can give enterprises many benefits, such as decreasing cost and increasing work efficiency. In contrast, profession loyalty means employees continue to work in a sector many years also have many advantages. It provides abundantly experienced workers and axes dozens of training costs for a sector. This further prompts the sector booming. However, previous studies lay more stress on employee loyalty and less on profession loyalty. In terms of employee loyalty, Antecedents mainly focus on factors affecting profession loyalty. The main factors include employee satisfaction, work environment, work revenues, employee empowerment as well as employee personality [1-4]. On the contrary, the discussion on factors affecting profession loyalty remains in its infancy. In practice, profession loyalty is equally important with employee loyalty. Thus, we further develop it. Tour guides play an interface role between the tourism destinations with its visitors through their knowledge and interpretation [5]. An abundance of veteran tour guides are essential elements in tourism development. However, in practice, we find the tour guide sector constantly has a dilemma. On the one hand it has a considerable labor demand along with booming tourism, on the other hand a ton of veteran tour guides often choose to switch sectors instead of enterprises when they have served for several years.
