Most of the existing researches are carried out in the Western context, and their understanding of the effects and mechanisms of improving employee performance is still very limited, and there is a lack of research in the Chinese environment. This study is based on the theory of social exchange, with Chinese employees as subjects, and whether family-supported executive behavior can improve employee performance. Regression analysis shows that family-supported executive behavior can increase employee satisfaction.
