This study used a qualitative method with 10 key informants, namely students participating in student exchanges at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from the Teaching and Education Faculty and supporting informants, namely 4 lecturers from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia Jakarta. Primary data was taken using structured interviews. Techniques Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Miles model with data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. The results of the study prove that the courses that are converted are different from the courses taken at the receiving university from the courses at the original university. Nilai Kemanusiaan, Tidak memili-milih teman,tolong menolong. Nilai Persatuan, Bergotong royong dalam piket kebersihan, dan melaksakan upacara bendera. Nilai Kerakyatan, bermusyawarah atau berembug dalam kelompok Nilai Keadilan, Menolong Sesama Teman, Tidak Membeda-bedakan Suku,ras, Dan Agama. Faktor yang mendorong individu untuk berbuat guna memenuhi tujuannya tersebut disebut dengan motivasi. Motivasi akan timbul jika manusia menyadari akan kebutuhannya, sehingga manusia akan berusaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Menurut Gerungan (2013:56) ada beraneka macam kebutuhan manusia yang selalu ingin dipenuhi. Salah satu kebutuhan manusia tersebut diantaranya adalah kebutuhan akan pendidikan dan pengajaran. Proses pendidikan dan pengajaran tidak pandang bulu dan dijalani oleh semua usia, baik yang tua apalagi yang muda. SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbelawan sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal dengan para guru sebagai pendidik mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam memberikan bimbingan belajar di sekolah kepada anak didik. Dengan belajar di sekolah, secara sadar atau tidak anak mempunyai suatu tujuan guna memenuhi kebutuhannya yakni kebutuhan untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik sebagaimana yang diinginkannya. Dalam setiap aktititas anak-anak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut sudah barang tentu tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor pendorong (motivasi) guna mencapai tujuan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : \"Apakah ada pengaruh antara motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbelawan TA. 2021/2022\", dengan rumusan hipotesis : \"Apakah ada pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbelawan TA. 2021/2022\". Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Serbelawan yang berjumlah 116 orang yang terdiri dari 3 lokal, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak terstruktur, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS yang berjumlah 40 orang siswa. Dari hasil analisa data menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) diperoleh besarnya nilai t(hitung) sebesar 3,19 dan besarnya nilai t(tabel) dk (40-2) = 38 pada a = 0,05 yaitu 1,390. Hal ini bermakna bahwa persamaan regresi Ŷ = 68,03 + 4,91X adalah berarti. Dengan demikian dari hipotesis yang dirumuskan, maka hipotesis yang diterima adalah Hipotesis alternative (Ha) yaitu : Ada pengaruh antara Motivasi berprestasi (X) terhadap Hasil Belajar (Y) diterima kebenarannya, sebab nilai t(hitung) > dari nilai t(tabel) atau 3,19 > 1,390 dengan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,60%. A tradition must be preserved so that later this tradition does not become extinct and can be passed on to the next generation. A tradition indeed contains a special meaning and specific values. As is the case in the barikan tradition, which will be studied in this study. The purpose of this study is to explain directly how the barikan tradition is carried out and to find out the social values and meaning of the barikan tradition in the village of Sumberrejo Donorojo Jepara. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources derived from interviews, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the barikan tradition is a tradition held to ask for protection from the almighty so that it is always given health, great fortune and kept away from distress. The barikan tradition is still carried out and preserved to this day. This tradition is carried out at the end of the village or at a T-junction of the town with special foods provided, such as market snacks and manakin chicken and fruit, as a condition for carrying out the barikan tradition, which has its meaning. Jenis penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif. alat pengumpulan data berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini 86 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas paralel. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji regresi linider sederhana dengan menggunakan persamaan : Y = a + bX. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien antara variabel ketrampilan membuat variasi stimulus guru (X) dengan prestasi belajar siswa (Y) sebesar 0,357 dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,127. Melalui uji persamaan regresi yang telah dilakukan ternyata diperoleh t hitung = 1,49 sedangkan nilai t tabel = 1,385. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah angket dan tes yang berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 butir. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik total Sampling. Dimana seluruh jumlah populasi keseluruhan adalah 336 orang sedangkan yang ditetapkan sampel berjumlah 50 orang sebagai sampel penelitian yang pengambilannya dilakukan secara acak (random). Analisis data hasil penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunkan rumus uji korelasi product moment, yang selanjutnya diuji dengan menggunakan uji-t. Dari hasil uji-t diperoleh besarnya nilai hasil perhitungan (t) sebesar 3,26 sedangkan besarnya nilai (t) dalam tabel korelasi adalah 2,011 untuk N = 50 dan signifikan 5 % taraf kepercayaan 95 % dengan demikian hipotesis yang di tetapkan dapat diterima kebenarannya sebab nilai t(hitung) > t(tabel).Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh keterampilan guru mengajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTs Amaliyah Piasa Ulu Tahun ajaran 2021/2022. This study aims to determine: (1) the learning outcomes of students who are taught inquiry learning strategies using online exe-learning media compared to students who are taught inquiry learning strategies using offline exe-learning media; (2) the learning outcomes of students who have open interpersonal communication compared to students who have closed interpersonal communication; and (3) interaction between learning strategies using exe-learning media and interpersonal communication on student learning outcomes. The research method is quasi-experimental. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Course Review Horay Type Learning Model on Social Studies Learning Outcomes in the material Struggle of the heroes of class IV SD Negeri 4 Air Gegas. This study uses quantitative research with the Quasi-Experimental Design method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. The sample of this research was 23 students of class IV A and 23 students of class IV B. The data collection technique used was a test. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test along with hypothesis testing using the t-test sample-related polled variant. This result is shown in the calculation of count = 4.820 > stable = 2.074, this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Course Review Horay type learning model on social studies learning outcomes in the Struggle of Heroes Class IV SD Negeri 4 Air Gegas material. This study uses an observation approach and a literature study to obtain information about the characteristics of a leader that must be possessed in developing leader-follower leadership. In this study, the data used were primary data with primary data collection techniques through observation with informants. Secondary data is also used in whose data collection technique is through literature study. Decision-making techniques to determine priority characteristics of leaders that must be owned in developing Leader-Followers Leadership using the weighting method. From the results of the research that has been done, Leader-followers leadership is a study that adopts Dunham and Pierce's leadership, known as Dunham and Pierce's Leadership. This leadership pays great attention to the leader, follower, context and outcome. All parts play a role in leadership and are interconnected and influence. This is necessary to build the culture of the Bengkulu City State Aliyah Madrasa (MAN) 2 so that they work together in advancing education and become one of the leading madrasas in the City of Bengkulu. Based on the results of calculating the Context criteria (C), it is a top priority to be developed to establish Leader-Followers Leadership at MAN 2 Bengkulu City with a weight of 28.07%.
