The main components of the method of distance learning of financial literacy of the heads of educational institutions are described, including the correspondence of educational materials to the needs of the target audience, the use of various interactive methods, as well as the evaluation of training results. The methodology provides an individual approach to each head of an educational institution, which allows taking into account the level of training and interests of each participant, and provides the opportunity to change the pace of training depending on the needs of the participant. The main principles of the methodology are the use of active and interactive forms of learning, ensuring visibility and accessibility of the material, as well as providing feedback between the teacher and participants. A feature of the author’s methodology is the selection of the content of training and the selection of digital tools that will help managers of educational institutions to successfully apply knowledge in their professional activities. The features of the using digital tools for training of primary school teachers for the performance of professional activities are analyzed. The interpretation of immersive learning technologies as the newest form of visualization and learning technology based on the features of \"immersion\" in alternative reality (augmented (AR), virtual (VR), mixed (MR)) are summarized; it deals with the visualization of educational material in the context of changing image perception. Peculiarities of the functioning of augmented, virtual and mixed reality technologies in the potential of software and technical resources are presented. The approaches to the classification of immersive learning technologies are highlighted and the author's scientific views are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of using immersive learning technologies in educational practice are determined. The organizational and pedagogical, didactic, methodical, psychological factors of immersive learning technologies as conditions and levers of influence on the use of digital technologies in the pedagogical process are formed. The initial principles of the organization of the pedagogical process in the conditions of digital technologies are determined. The peculiarities of the use of immersive technologies in the content of primary education and software and technical possibilities for their presentation are defined. The purpose of the article is to determine the quality methods of teaching medical and biological physics, in particular, the use of the latest technologies for the current assessment of students’ knowledge during practical, laboratory and seminar classes. The relevance and feasibility of using mobile learning tools are analyzed, taking into account the modern requirements of the educational process, when the teacher must be ready to conduct classes even in extreme conditions, when all participants in the educational process cannot gather in a predetermined place. The work is devoted to reviewing tests created in Google Forms for regular and systematic checking of future doctors' progress in the discipline of Medical and Biological Physics in face-to-face and distance learning. The experimental and scientific base of the study is the Bogomolets National Medical University. The created tasks were tested on students pursuing higher medical education at the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry and Medical-Psychological Faculty. The convenience of using mobile phones and tablet personal computers to check the current performance of students motivates teachers to self-education and improve their pedagogical skills. The relevance of the pedagogue’s ideas in the modern world has been stressed; the demand of the modern society for the education of a free individual, striving for independent active searches and self-realization, has been emphasized. The article reveals the personality of M. Montessori as one of the educators who was able to pose and solve a global problem in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical theory, as well as to implement her concept in practice, creating a pedagogical system named as «Montessori method». M. Montessori; as an educator who gave a new quality to the education development strategy, humanizing it, returning it to the person. The analysis of M. Montessori’s pedagogical activities, positions, views and her life paths, highlighted by foreign researches, have been presented in the article; her role as an architect of the «rediscovery» of the child has been stressed. The educator’s revolutionary ideas about childhood and education for life, rather than education based on obedience and immobility, have been noted as well as their development as a result of M. Montessori’s medical research has been admitted; her new visions of the school by designing strategies that would overcame the barriers to education, have been mentioned. Adult education is considered from the point of view of a holistic life as a process of adult development. It is shown that the functions and goals of adult education have changed over the years. However, adult education was not noticed at the formal level, despite its existence. In fact, the development of adult education in the Republic of Poland began with the rapid development of technology and science, as well as with the changes occurring in socio-economic relations. In the Republic of Poland, the most significant concepts of adult education appeared during the crisis of the feudal economy and the need to provide assistance to the Polish state in restoring Poland’s independence. In those days, education was dominated by the goals of patriotic education combined with the solidarity of workers. In our time, there is an extremely rapid development of science and technology, changes in socio-economic relations, which force people to continuously improve their qualifications. It emphasizes that the quality of higher education is a complex, multidimensional, and multi-level phenomenon with a comprehensive and systemic nature. The article explores three main research concepts: socially and historically determined quality of education, subjective perception as a value depending on stakeholders' understanding, and education quality as a systemic object of managerial influence. It highlights that the quality of higher education is ensured by several key parameters: the quality of the teaching staff, the quality of teaching (implementation of cutting-edge technologies by academic staff in the professional training process), the state of material and technical infrastructure, laboratory equipment of higher education institutions, and financial support. The article analyzes regulatory and strategic declarative documents of the European Union and the European Higher Education Area, as well as strategic and legal acts of Ukraine. It establishes that the issue of education quality is evolving and improving within the framework of adopting and implementing a series of documents in the European Educational Area. It underscores that education quality is a national priority and a prerequisite for the national security of the state, complying with international norms and the requirements of Ukrainian legislation regarding citizens' right to education. The author emphasizes that the idea of the future has gone from science fiction to modern expectations and assumptions based on interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches, which allow scientists to understand the role of the future in the everyday life of humanity, in particular, to connect thinking with temporality, memory and modern technologies. The article examines the key competencies of future education, which are important for sustainable development both in the European, North and South American, Asian educational space, as well as for some specific regions of the world. Particular attention is paid to the differences in the concepts of competences corresponding to different circumstances in different regions of the world. On this basis, the article characterizes competences that are oriented towards the future and that must be developed in the educational process of university training: competence in anticipatory thinking; competence in interdisciplinary research; competence in cosmopolitan perception of changes and perspectives; competence in working with incomplete and complex information; competence in cooperation; competence in individual decision-making; competence in self-motivation and motivation of others; competence in thinking about individual and cultural patterns; competence in independent actions; competence in ethical actions; capacity for empathy and solidarity. The author focuses on those competencies recognized by all scientists regardless of the region of the world - this is the development of systematic, anticipatory and critical thinking. Key competencies have different relevance and meaning in different contexts and regions. Against this background, it becomes clear that universities must take into account certain differences when thinking about what key competencies students should develop in the educational process of higher education. Today, researchers of the future are trying to change the subjective thinking in the social sciences, humanities to an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach, which are devoid of ideological, religious, racial or ethnic doctrines. Bulvinska","doi":"10.28925/1609-8595.2022.4.8","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.28925/1609-8595.2022.4.8","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the study of the results of the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2022, which reflects the activities of universities in ensuring the sustainable development. It is emphasized that the autonomy of universities, along with the possibilities of governance and academic freedom, strengthens their social responsibility for the results of their activities in achieving the goals of sustainable development. One of the mechanisms for evaluating the contribution of universities to ensuring sustainable development is the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings, participation in which is voluntary for higher education institutions. The article analyzes the methodology of the ranking, notes its strengths and gaps. The positive sides of the methodology are openness for universities to be widely involved in the ranking on a voluntary basis, the opportunity for universities to expand their contribution to solving social, political, ecological, economic issues in their country and around the world; certain flexibility of the criteria allows to compare a very diverse environment of higher education institutions. Gaps in the methodology of the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings include the optional participation of universities in the ranking, which leads to the absence of most universities in the world, in particular those that are top according to other rankings; a certain imbalance in the weighting factors of the ranking criteria, the impossibility of longitudinal analysis of university achievements.
