Penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa keberadaan taman turut berperan dalam kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitarnya, baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Kesejahteraan ini bisa dinilai secara subjektif oleh tiap individu dan dikenal dengan istilah subjective well-being (SWB). Kondisi SWB seorang individu bisa dipengaruhi banyak faktor, di antaranya yakni karakteristik sosio-demografi mereka sendiri dan penggunaan ruang terbuka hijau di sekitarnya. Adanya kebijakan pembatasan yang diterapkan selama pandemi dalam berbagai aspek (termasuk ruang publik) di Kota Surabaya, mampu memunculkan indikator-indikator stres yang berdampak pada SWB dan kesejahteraan sosial. Sehubungan dengan kondisi tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik sosio-demografi dan penggunaan taman dengan subjective well-being penduduk Kota Surabaya sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini melibatkan 500 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui survei primer dan sekunder. Karakteristik sosio-demografi, penggunaan taman, dan kondisi SWB diidentifikasi menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Selanjutnya uji chi-square dan cramer’s V digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik sosio-demografi dan penggunaan taman dengan SWB. Hasilnya tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan antara karakteristik sosio-demografi dengan SWB untuk kedua periode. Selain itu, diplomasi juga dapat menjadi sebuah alat yang efektif untuk menyelamatkan negara dari konflik yang datang dari negara lain, diplomasi dapat dikatakan berhasil jika konflik berhasil diselesaikan tanpa adanya peperangan, kekerasan, dan berbagai pengorbanan yang mengakibatkan tergangunya kepentingan nasional dari suatu negara. Tujuan penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi diplomasi (kesehatan) Pemerintah Indonesia melalui COVAX Facility terhadap ketersediaan vaksin Covid-19 di Indonesia. Pendekatan Peneltian menggnukan Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research) adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Data sekunder berupa dokumen resmi, laporan atau dokumen lainnya yang terkait dengan penelitian diambil dari situs resmi Kementerian Indonesia, Kementerian Kesehatan, World Health Organization (WHO), dan program COVAX Facility. Hasil penelitian antara lain: Pertama, menyediakan vaksin dan mengirimkan pesan bahwa vaksin dapat diterima oleh setiap negara. Kedua, memfasilitasi penelitian dan pengembangan vaksin sebagai alasan utama untuk membangun dunia yang lebih baik. Ketiga,menyediakan bantuan dalam hal koneksi dalam membantu menguatkan sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan masyarakat dunia sebagai langkah dalam membangun dunia yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya adalahIndonesia dalam peranannya dalam COVAX Facility  sudajh mampu menjawab kepentingannya sendiri dengan menerima dosis vaksin yanf mencukup bagi masyarakatnya. It was further stated that no matter how good the marketing strategy plan is if it is not supported by good communication through marketing communications, the results will not be optimal. Examining the phenomenon of marketing communication, this research focuses on examining the implementation of marketing communications. The research focused on a case study of the company, namely Alisha Fanshy Shop Boutique, which examined the marketing communications carried out while the sampling technique was carried out with non-probability. Because this research is included in quantitative research, the data analysis is carried out using a regression analysis approach. The results showed that the part of marketing communication at Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique was very good, customer value at Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique was very good, and marketing communication about customer value at Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique had a very significant positive effect of 27.1%. We can conclude that Marketing Communication creates Customer Value very well. Because the results of the study explain the relationship between marketing communication and customer value, it is recommended for Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique to maintain the marketing strategy that has been carried out. \u0000Abstrak - Komunikasi pemasaran yang dikenal saat ini merupakan salah satu strategi yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan karena satu atau lebih tahapan proses yang tidak dapat diabaikan begitu saja dari proses bisnis perusahaan. Lebih lanjut disampaikan bahwa sebaik apapun rencana strategi pemasaran bila tidak didukung denga komunikasi yang baik melalui komunikasi pemasaran maka hasilnya tidak akan optimal. Menelaah dari fenomena atas komunikasi pemasaran maka penelitian ini fokus mengkaji implementasi dari komunikasi pemasaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan fokus pada satustudi kasus perusahaan yaitu Alisha Fanshy Shop Boutique, dimana dikaji terkait komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan adapun teknik pengambilan sample dilakukan dengannon-probabilitas. Karena penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kuantitatif, maka analisis data yang dikerjakan dengan pendekatan alisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bagian dari komunikasi pemasaran di Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique sangat baik, nilai pelanggan di Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique sangat baik, dan komunikasi pemasaran tentang nilai pelanggan di Alisha Fancy Shop Boutique memiliki pengaruh positif sangat signifikan 27,1%. Kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa Komunikasi Pemasaran menciptakan Nilai Pelanggan dengan sangat baik. The research was conducted in a manufacturing company in Jababeka 6 Cikarang with employees as respondents from manufacturing companies. Sampling using purpose sampling technique. The sample used was 333 respondents. According to the level of explorations, this study is a causal associative type using a questionnaire measured by a semantic differential scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. The results showed that the strategy had a positive effect on SCM (β = 0.780 p <0.05), SCM has a positive effect on competitive advantage (β = 1.035 p <0.05), competitive advantage has a positive effect on company performance (β = 0.734 p <0.05), SCM has a positive effect on company performance (β = 0.248 p <0.05 ), SCM has an indirect effect on company performance through competitive advantage as a mediation of 0.760. \u0000Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Strategi terhadap Supply Chain Management (SCM), Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan di Perusahaan manufaktur Kawasan Jababeka 6 Cikarang dengan responden karyawan Perusahaan manufaktur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 333 responden. Menurut tingkat eksplanasinya, penelitian ini merupakan jenis assosiatif causal menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala semantic differensial dan dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. The results show that the division of roles forms a management framework as a relatively new pattern as a business strategy in Social Media. The strategy through this new pattern system shows that there are three types of products offered by sellers to buyers which include products, services, and performance. The marketing strategy consists of two models, the first is the Tool Selling Line and long-term sustainable prospective buyers, the second is the Direct Line, namely without going through the tool. The research method applied is Research and Development, which analyzes a method and concept of marketing media, namely Social Media through a System framework with unique characteristics and is classified as a new pattern. Data sources include literature, documentation, visual media, audio visual, and social media. The results of the research are that there is a comprehensive model of connectivity and variations between sellers and buyers, line styles, seller strategies, benefits that buyers can feel directly. The implications of this research can be used as the basis for further research on business studies through social media, which are special, can be used by real business people in developing their business to social media, as additional knowledge for buyers about the nature and purpose if the buyer follows the application flow provided by the seller in connect. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak - Penelitian ini membahas pembagian peran seller dan buyer dalam bisnis di Media Sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pembagian peran tersebut membentuk kerangka manajemen sebagai pola yang tergolong baru sebagai suatu strategi bisnis di Media Sosial. Strategi melalui Sistem pola baru ini menunjukan ada tiga jenis produk yang ditawarkan seller ke buyer yang meliputi produk,  jasa, dan perform. Strategi memasarkannya terdiri atas dua model, pertama yaitu Tool Selling Line serta prospektif buyer berkelanjutan dalam jangka panjang, kedua adalah Direct Line yaitu tanpa melalui Tool.  Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Riset and Development yakni menganalisis suatu metode dan konsep media pemasaran yaitu Media Sosial melalui kerangka Sistem dengan  ciri ciri yang unik dan tergolong sebagai pola baru. Sumber data meliputi literatur, dokumentasi, media visual, audio visual, dan media sosial. In the new normal, people return to activities even though they are done gradually and follow provisions, such as health protocols. The activities are referred to in this study are online learning activities carried out by teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic.  This online learning is applied by considering the COVID-19 trend in Indonesia is still rising. Online learning is expected to reduce the number of COVID-19 sufferers but online learning methods during its implementation there are several obstacles, especially the lack of student interaction. This phenomenon is certainly an indication that online learning has been less effective. For that, teachers need a special approach which is able to encourage students to learn interactively. The research focuses on teachers' adaptive approach to the new normal in improving student interaction during online learning. To answer the focus and purpose of the study, researchers use a qualitative approach with decryptive studies involving teachers, students, and parents as purposive informants. Based on the research finding and studies obtained conclusions about the level of adaptation that must be done by teachers to improve online learning interaction, namely adaptation in mindset  mindset, adaptation in designing learning; adaptation when implementing learning by paying attention to the conditioning and managerial patterns of learning and adaptation in managing various potential and conditions of the learning environment.  \u0000Abstrak - New normal atau Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB) merupakan istilah yang lazim digunakan selama pandemi COVID-19. Di masa new normal masyarakat kembali melakukan aktivitas meskipun dilakukan secara bertahap dan mengikuti ketentuan seperti protokol kesehatan. Aktivitas yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini adalah aktivitas pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan oleh guru selama pandemi COVID-19.  Pembelajaran daring ini diterapkan mengingat trend COVID-19 di Indonesia masih naik. Pembelajaran daring ini diharapkan mampu menekan angka penderita COVID-19 namun metode pembelajaran daring saat pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa hambatan khususnya  minimnya interaksi siswa. Fenomena ini tentu saja menjadi indikasi bahwa pembelajaran daring selama ini kurang efektif. Untuk itu, guru memerlukan pendekatan khusus yang mampu mendorong siswa belajar interaktif. Penelitian ini fokus pada pendekatan adaptif  guru di masa new normal dalam meningkatkan interaksi siswa selama pembelajaran daring. Untuk menjawab fokus sekaligus tujuan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi dekriptif yang melibatkan guru,  siswa, dan orangtua sebagai informan secara purposif. The case used for research is Bukit Belendung ecotourism, a tourist attraction located in the Goalpara tea plantation, Sukabumi district, precisely PTP VIII. Tourism destinations that are included in ecotourism are a manifestation of the PTP VIII Program which not only manages tea plantation products, but also uses the land around tea plantations for Agro Tourism. From the results and discussion of the research, it shows that the pattern of empowerment of the Avdelling II community with limited potential for human resources, finance and land but is able to manage tourism objects with managerial principles as evidenced by Participatory planning, potential empowerment, conception and selling power strategies, start-up strategies, and visitor circulation. This can be a benefit or contribution both to a more accurate theoretical framework and of greater practical value. \u0000Abstrak - Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Manajerial atau strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat perkebunan dalam mengelola objek wisata di lingkungannya. Kasus yang dijadikan penelitian adalah ekowisata Bukit Belendung, merupakan objek wisata yang berada di perkebunan teh Goalpara kabupaten Sukabumi tepatnya PTP VIII.  Destinasi wisata yang termasuk dalam eko wisata merupakan manifestasi dari Program PTP VIII yang bukan hanya mengelola produk hasil perkebunan teh, tetapi juga pemanfaatan lahannya di sekitar perkebunan teh untuk Agro Wisata. Dari hasil dan pembahasan penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa pola pemberdayaan masyarakat avdelling II dengan keterbatasan potensi SDM, financial dan lahan namun mampu mengelola objek wisata dengan kaidah – kaidah manajerial yang dibuktikan melalui Participatory planning, pemberdayaan potensi, konsepsi dan strategi daya jual , strategi star up, dan sirkulasi pengunjung. Implikasinya meliputi penambahan nilai ekonomi, pemanfaatan lahan yang tidak produktif, terjadinya mobilitas interaksi dengan masyarakat luar, bahan perbandingan dan pilot project bagi masyarakat perkebunan lainnya. Policies from home (online) create new challenges for all aspects and in every circle. Teachers, students, and parents must adjust to the current situation and situation. Several problems arise due to the implementation of the policy, including the ability of teachers to use technology, inadequate facilities, and lack of enthusiasm from students. To prove this problem, research is needed to analyze the problem. This study uses quantitative research by collecting data using questionnaires, from filling out the questionnaire it is hoped that it can become a forum for the aspirations of students, teachers, lecturers, and the community to express opinions regarding the implementation of the COVID-19 emergency curriculum. The results show that there is a significant impact on the learning process at home. They said that studying at home was less concentrated than studying at school. In addition, the readiness of teachers to teach online is lacking, especially for senior teachers who cannot apply technology in learning. So that learning at home cannot be carried out optimally. \u0000Abstrak- Penerapan kurikulum darurat covid-19 mempunyai kebijakan belajar, yaitu kebijakan dari rumah. Kebijakan dari rumah (daring) membuat tantangan baru bagi seluruh aspek dan di setiap kalangan. Guru, peserta didik, dan orang tua harus menyesuaikan keadaan dan situasi pada saat ini. Beberapa persoalan timbul karena penerapan kebijakan tersebut, diantaranya kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi, fasilitas yang tidak memadai, dan semangat yang kurang dari peserta didik. Untuk membuktikan persoalan itu diperlukannya penelitian untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dari pengisian kuesioner tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu wadah aspirasi peserta didik, guru, dosen, dan masyarakat untuk menyampaikan pendapat mengenai penerapan kurikulum darurat covid. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat dampak yang signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran di rumah. Mereka menyebutkan konsentrasi belajar di rumah kurang dibandingkan belajar di sekolah. Selain itu, kesiapan guru dalam mengajar secara online kurang, khususnya bagi guru senior yang tidak bisa dalam pengaplikasian teknologi di dalam pembelajaran. Besides having a lot of influence in the field of art, Islamic teachings also affect the nature and habits of the people on the island of Java. Acculturation between Islam and culture on the island of Java occurs in many ways, the most visible of which is the work of carving. The occurrence of acculturation between Islamic teachings and Javanese culture does not cause the loss of previous cultural values, but enriches cultural diversity in Indonesia. The process of the entry of Islam into Indonesia has influenced and experienced cultural acculturation with local culture, especially Javanese culture. There are so many results or forms of acculturation between Islamic religious teachings and Javanese culture, starting from the history of the entry of Islam in the archipelago through the services of the Songo guardians and cultural developments from time to time, starting from human civilization in the archipelago, especially the island of Java, the history of the Dutch and Japanese colonial times. , the era of the Hindu-Buddhist kingdoms to the Islamic kingdoms on the island of Java which we can still see its legacy to this day. In writing this study, we discuss examples of the results of acculturation of Javanese culture such as building art, carving art and literary arts with Islamic teachings and the influence of the acculturation results of these two values ​​and cultures. \u0000  \u0000Abstrak – Islam membawa perubahan akulturasi budaya diantaranya pada batu nisan, seni sastra, seni pertunjukan dan seni ukir. Selain banyak mempengaruhi dalam bidang seni ajaran islam juga mempengaruhi sifat serta kebiasaan masyarakat di pulau jawa. Akulturasi antara islam dan kebudayaan di pulau jawa terjadi dalam banyak hal diantaranya yang paling terlihat yaitu hasil karya seni ukir. Terjadinya akulturasi antara ajaran islam dan kebudayaan masyarakat jawa tersebut tidak menyebabkan hilangnya nilai kebudayaan sebelumnya, tetapi memperkaya keanekaragaman budaya di Indonesia. Proses masuknya Islam ke Indonesia telah mempengaruhi serta mengalami akulturasi budaya dengan budaya lokal, khususnya budaya Jawa. Banyak sekali hasil atau wujud akulturasi antara ajaran agama islam dan budaya jawa, berawal dari sejarah masuknya Islam di nusantara melalui jasa para wali songo dan perkembangan budaya dari masa ke masa, mulai dari peradaban manusia di nusantara khususnya pulau jawa, sejarah masa kolonial belanda dan jepang, zaman kerajaan hindu-budha hingga kerajaan-kerajaan islam di pulau jawa yang masih dapat kita lihat peninggalannya sampai saat ini.
