The research was conducted in a manufacturing company in Jababeka 6 Cikarang with employees as respondents from manufacturing companies. Sampling using purpose sampling technique. The sample used was 333 respondents. According to the level of explorations, this study is a causal associative type using a questionnaire measured by a semantic differential scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. The results showed that the strategy had a positive effect on SCM (β = 0.780 p <0.05), SCM has a positive effect on competitive advantage (β = 1.035 p <0.05), competitive advantage has a positive effect on company performance (β = 0.734 p <0.05), SCM has a positive effect on company performance (β = 0.248 p <0.05 ), SCM has an indirect effect on company performance through competitive advantage as a mediation of 0.760. \nAbstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Strategi terhadap Supply Chain Management (SCM), Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan di Perusahaan manufaktur Kawasan Jababeka 6 Cikarang dengan responden karyawan Perusahaan manufaktur. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 333 responden. Menurut tingkat eksplanasinya, penelitian ini merupakan jenis assosiatif causal menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala semantic differensial dan dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS 24.
