Suniasih","doi":"10.23887/iji.v1i3.32034","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23887/iji.v1i3.32034","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya lembar kegiatan untuk pembelajaran daring pada situasi pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan LKPD yang diberikan kepada peserta didik kurang maksimal sehingga peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep dan penggunaan rumus-rumus materi bangun ruang pada mata pelajaran matematika. Selain itu, umpan balik yang dirasakan peserta didik terhadap LKPD yang diberikan oleh guru kurang cepat. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan rancang bangun pengemabangan LKPD interaktif dan (2) mendeskripsikan kelayakan LKPD interaktif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data kuantitatif. Metode utama yang digunakan yaitu metode kuesioner dilengkapi dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Hasil rancang bangun pengembangan LKPD interaktif ini meliputi lima tahap yaitu: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. (2) Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa LKPD interaktif layak berdasarkan: (a) hasil review ahli isi pembelajaran dengan kualifikasi baik (87,5%), (b) hasil review ahli desain pembelajaran dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (93%), (c) hasil review ahli media pembelajaran dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (91%), dan (d) hasil uji perorangan dengan kualifikasi sangat baik (93,67%). Sehingga mengakibatkan pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan agar masyarakat melakukan kegiatan belajar dan bekerja dari rumah secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru dan siswa pada pembelajaran berbasis online di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang secara spesifik menggunakan penelitian jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dari Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan guru pada pembelajaran berbasis online di Sekolah Dasar dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. {"title":"Kontribusi Disiplin Kerja dan Resiliensi Terhadap Kinerja Guru","authors":"Ni Putu Kurnia Utami, M. Putra","doi":"10.23887/iji.v1i3.32776","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23887/iji.v1i3.32776","url":null,"abstract":"Sulitnya mempertahankan kinerja guru disebabkan oleh berkurangnya kesadaran guru untuk mempertahankan disiplin kerja dalam mengemban seluruh tugas dan tanggung jawab serta menurunnya resiliensi karena banyaknya tekanan dan permasalahan yang harus dihadapi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi disiplin kerja dan resiliensi terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto dengan seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel berjumlah 32 orang dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling total. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode non tes melalui pencatatan dokumen untuk data kinerja guru dan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner untuk data disiplin kerja dan resiliensi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,6529 dan kontribusi sebesar 29,21%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan resiliensi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,6637 dan kontribusi sebesar 30,97%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan disiplin kerja dan resiliensi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi 0,7758 dan kontribusi sebesar 60,18%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan disiplin kerja dan resiliensi terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga disiplin kerja dan resiliensi secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X A5 SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja,berjumlah 36 orang. pada siklus I aktivitas belajar siswa didapatkan secara klasikal 7,15 (aktif), dan 8,00 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar kompetensi pengetahuan pada siklus I yaitu 83,3%(tuntas) dan 100%(tuntas) pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar secara signifikan juga terjadi pada kompetensi sikap dan kompetensi keterampilan. Jadi aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing kaki bagian dalam meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada peserta didik kelas X A5 SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja. Membaca permulaan ditujukan kepada anak usia dini untuk mempersiapkan keterampilan membaca anak sebelum memasuki sekolah dasar. Peserta didik di sekolah yang mengalami kesulitan dalam merangkai huruf, peserta didik belum mampu mengenal huruf dan merangkainya menjadi kata. Dalam pembelajaran membaca anak usia dini diperlukan motivasi, dorongan serta latihan-latihan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan membaca anak. Selain itu, cara guru mengajar, prosedur maupun instrumen yang digunakan juga mempengaruhi peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam membaca permulaan. Maka dari itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian yang ertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian keterampilan membaca permulaan anak kelompok B yang valid dan reliabel. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model R&D yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall melalui tahap research and development. Instrumen keterampilan membaca permulaan anak kelompok B Taman Kanak-Kanak Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal klungkung merupakan subjek penelitian dengan menyertakan kisi-kisi serta mengembangkan kedalam kuisioner dengan 12 butir pernyataan telah diuji oleh ahli/pakar pada bidangnya sehingga validitas dan reliabilitas suatu instrument dapat terpenuhi. Instrument yang digunakan memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang sangat tinggi dengan skor 0,84 dan 0,81. The changes refer to available demand on access toward contents, schedules, and news, in different time, location and digital devices that provide the user with the chance to interact through comments, feedback and creative participation. The objective of the research is to describe the problems faced by the stakeholders of the higher education regarding the use of social media in higher education context. The research found that ignorance or lack of preparation were the most significant challenges. In fact, innovation in learning has converged with all application in mobile device, and the change of learning has led to the new management. The design of the research was a mixed method research quantitative and qualitative method. Data collection technique was done through observation, questionnaires and interview and data analysis. The result of the research showed that social media in higher education need to be implemented in university. The method use experimental method with factorial design 2x2. The research subjects are class X-IPS 1 as an experimental class consists of 32 students and class X-IPS 2 as a control class consists of 32 students. The data collection techniques use test and questionnaires. While, the data analysis technique uses two way Anova. From the result of data analysis, PjBL method is more effective in improving students� critical thinking ability compared with expository method. However, there is a difference in critical thinking skills, where students with high motivation levels are more effective than students with low motivation. For students who have high motivation but use PjBL method, it is better when compared with students who have high motivation but use expository methods in the control class. There is an interaction between learning methods with learning motivation in affecting the students� critical thinking ability. Therefore, it is recommended for teacher to use PjBL method on cooperative material. The type of this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle is carried out with four main activities, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting by using quantum learning model. The results of this study indicate enhancement in Mathematics learning outcomes. In the cycle I, the completeness percentage of students learning outcomes are 68% with an average students learning outcomes are 70.2. Meanwhile, in cycle II a percentage of students learning outcomes are 92% with an average learning outcomes are 83.3. The methods use analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, modeling. In the experiment, 106 first-year students took part: 53 is control group and 53 is experimental. The result of this study is technique of revealing the influence of aerobic training on the special endurance of students of groups with a sports orientation is tested; the effectiveness of the experimental technique of training for increasing special endurance was developed and proved. To achieve the goals of the study, 100 participants who are made homogeneous in terms of language proficiency using an Oxford Placement Test (OPT) are selected, and are subsequently divided into four groups: two experimental groups and two control groups. Those students whose scores fall two standard deviations above the mean are considered as the upper intermediate group and those whose scores fall two standard deviations below the mean constituted the lower intermediate group. Then, researcher make vocabulary and idiom pre-tests are administered to assess the learners� knowledge of the target vocabulary and idioms prior to treatment. As for the treatment, the students in the control group are taught conventionally using the readings in an ELT textbook, whereas the experimental groups� learners are taught using podcasts containing idioms and vocabulary in focus. Finally, the learners are given a post-test parallel in form to the pre-test. The findings indicate that the learners who are taught via podcasts outperformed the control group on the post-test. Moreover, the findings show that learners have a significantly positive attitude toward learning via podcasts.
