It is emphasized that in Ukraine it has increased in the conditions of martial law, as the prices of traditional business crops have decreased significantly. Analysis of the production of niche grain crops in today's conditions is performed on the example of such a representative of this group as rye. The main advantages that form the potential of culture in the economic, agro-technical, social plane are revealed and the main reasons that inhibit the increase in crops and the volume of its production are outlined. In particular, it is stated that the main advantages of rye are versatility, the possibility of application in many areas and export orientation. Emphasis is also placed on the important agrotechnical importance of culture and the possibilities of meeting social needs, in accordance with modern trends of healthy and ecological life. The level and dynamics of rye production in Ukraine by main commodity producers are analyzed. In particular, an analysis of areas, volumes of production and yield of the specified crops was carried out. It was established that small and small farmers are more actively engaged in the production of niche grain crops, in particular rye, and the yield of these crops has increased significantly during the studied period. The geography of rye cultivation in Ukraine is highlighted. The dynamics of indicators of the economic efficiency of cultivation and sale of niche grain crops (on the example of rye) by agricultural enterprises of Ukraine were studied - the full cost of 1 cent, the price of sale of 1 cent, the level of profitability. It was established that the economic feasibility of the production of the specified culture is also due to potentially high profitability. Ukraine is known as one of the most powerful beekeeping countries in the world due to its favorable geographical location and ability to produce high-quality beekeeping products for both domestic consumption and export. In the article is emphasized the special role of beekeeping in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The beekeeping industry not only produces useful food products, but also forms the raw material base for the processing industry, contributes to increased productivity and is of great importance for the product market. To achieve the goal, general scientific methods of research, such as empirical, theoretical, statistical and calculation-mathematical, were used. There was conducted a review of scientific sources, articles and publications related to the field of beekeeping, honey production and the number of bee families. This analysis provided an overview of the honey market and identified key aspects for further research. Statistical data on honey production in households, enterprises and farms, as well as data on the number of bee colonies were used to assess the state and dynamics of the development of the beekeeping industry. In addition, computational and mathematical methods were used for a comprehensive analysis of the sector's problems and prospects. The general conclusion of the article is that the beekeeping industry in Ukraine is under the influence of various factors, such as the decrease in the number of bees, climate change and external threats. The lack of a scientifically based mechanism for the formation and functioning of the honey market, as well as the insufficiency of researched issues of the development of market relations between producers, processors and suppliers of beekeeping products, limited information on the economic efficiency of the production of beekeeping products - all these issues require detailed research. The prospects for the development of the beekeeping industry lie in organic beekeeping and the use of modern technologies. The purpose of the publication is to analyze the current state of tourism development in the city of Kyiv and determine the prerequisites for its development in the post-war period. This study is especially relevant during the period of the full-scale invasion of russia and active hostilities, massive missile attacks and kamikaze drone attacks, which practically stopped the activity of the tourism sector of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv, in particular. To achieve the goal, general scientific methods were used: statistical - with the help of which all the necessary initial information for this study was formed; analysis and synthesis - for the assessment of tourist flows. Using the method of scientific generalization, the relevance of the topic in the conditions of martial law was revealed and the priority directions of the development of the tourist potential of the city of Kyiv were highlighted, taking into account the security situation in the first place. The main vectors of changes that have taken place in the tourism sector in recent years have been studied. It was emphasized that the war in Ukraine significantly changed the sphere of domestic tourism, and it was emphasized that after the war, new tourist destinations and types of tourism will appear in the country. The State Tourism Development Agency of Ukraine noted that travel in Ukraine continues today. Even under existing restrictions (for example, visiting forests and border zones), citizens continue to get to know the highlights and curiosities of Ukraine. And this is understandable, because the human body needs rest, as constant stress is exhausting, and Ukrainians have been living under stress for almost 16 months. The number of subjects of tourist activity, providing tourist services and developing and distributing tourist vouchers, engaged in serving tourists of the city of Kyiv, was analyzed. The rating of tour operators in Kyiv was studied. The level of satisfaction of tourists from visiting the city of Kyiv was determined and substantiated. The main results of the research, which represent scientific novelty, were the identification of interesting directions of tourist routes in Kyiv, among which: gastronomic tours and tourist routes to the destroyed cities of the Kyiv region, the names of which flew around the world: Irpenya, Buchi, Gostomelya, Borodyanka. It was emphasized that the Ukrainian capital has a great tourist potential, which includes historical culture, ancient history, objects of historical heritage, which form the basis of tourist interest. This issue is especially relevant in the context of the current economic crisis caused by a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine. To achieve the goal, general scientific methods were used: statistical and calculation-mathematical - with the help of which all the necessary initial information was formed for the analysis of international migration in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion of the russian Federation on Ukrainian territory. Using the method of scientific generalization, the relevance of the topic in the conditions of the economic crisis caused by the war was revealed. Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine provoked Europe's largest wave of refugees since World War II. To form the basis of the research, first of all, the dynamics of forced international migration in Ukraine, the structure of migrants by gender, age group, level of education and field of employment were analyzed. The main results of the research, which represent a scientific novelty, were: a proposal to create a State institution for work with the Ukrainian diaspora, which, among other things, will be responsible for the development of ties between Ukraine and Ukrainian migrants. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the creation of a State institution for work with the Ukrainian diaspora, which, among other things, will be responsible for the development of Ukraine's ties with Ukrainian migrants and the introduction of institutional mechanisms to assist Ukrainian citizens in returning to their homeland, namely: assistance in restoring destroyed housing, lending for starting one's own business, humanitarian and financial assistance for current needs, medical care and social assistance; targeted projects supporting refugees and guaranteeing their employment. The main factor in the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war will be the return of Ukrainian refugees who are currently abroad. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the tools of cooperation of domestic universities and business structures and to develop a model of cooperation between them on the terms of cooperation and collaboration. The main barriers to the cooperation of universities and business structures have been identified. A comparison of the relationship between universities and business structures in Ukraine and abroad. The volume of scientific works performed by scientific organizations in Ukraine and the total volume of expenditures for research and scientific and technical developments in 2018 by funding sources are analyzed. In order to determine further areas of development of partnership between businesses and universities, a SWOT analysis was conducted. This method revealed the following strengths in the interaction between the university and business: the readiness of universities to interact; students' desire to take part in joint projects; a high competitive level of higher education and enterprises; a high degree of achievement of the tasks in the system relationships; a high degree of fulfillment of the partner's obligations. Weaknesses of such cooperation were also revealed: high level of bureaucracy in universities; different models of communication in universities and enterprises; different motivation in universities and companies’ activities; inconsistency of curricula with modern business conditions; insufficient financial resources for interaction with universities or unwillingness to spend them on such interaction, etc. On the basis of the conducted research, the model of cooperation of university and business is offered. This model is based on a system of complementary stages: attracting companies to jointly develop curricula, which will take into account the requirements of employers for graduates. The market situation is considered and medium-term forecasts of the world markets of fish products and products of aquaculture and organic aquaculture for the period from 2017 to 2029 are based on the results of calculations. The paper presents options for expected changes in prices, production, consumption and trade of fish, fishery products, organic aquaculture. The main risks are substantiated that may affect the world markets of fish farming and organic aquaculture during the next ten years are. It was analyzed and found that the formation of supply for aquaculture products in the world is forecast at the level of more than 91 million tons. Using the most recent data, fisheries and organic aquaculture declined during 2021, while organic aquaculture production increased by 2%. At the same time, production from industry decreased by almost 4%.It has been established that the total loss of income for subjects of economic activity can affect the reduction of fish consumption in developing countries. This is due to the fact that demand is relatively elastic in relation to income, and the variability of weather conditions, due to climate change and the change in the frequency and magnitude of extreme weather events will have a significant impact on the availability and trade of organic aquaculture products in conditions of extraordinary challenges for both Ukraine and the world. In this article considered approaches to the possibility of applying these forecasts based on stable macroeconomic and climatic conditions during the studied period and makes assumptions about the impact of Chinese policy on the production of organic aquaculture products. From 2017 to 2029, nominal prices for organic aquaculture products are shown to increase by 1.5 to 2.1% per year over the next ten years. Environmental security is receiving increasing attention due to the deepening environmental crisis and the exacerbation of other global problems. Therefore, there is a need for research and other concepts that also to some extent characterize the possibility of loss and the occurrence of negative conditions - these are threats, risks and dangers. The purpose of the study is to clarify the main categories of environmental nature and their relationship, such as “environmental safety”, “danger”, “threat” and “risk”. During the research, the method of scientific knowledge, the analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of the main categories of security theory, and the methods of comparison, systematization, generalization, and synthesis were applied in the formulation and scientific justification of the research results. The article examines the views of scientists on the concepts of “safety”, “environmental safety”, “risk”, “danger”, “threat” and their relationship. The internal and external threats to the ecological safety of the enterprise are determined, and the author's vision of the interrelation of the given economic categories is offered. The main characteristics that distinguish environmental risk from other forms of risk are revealed: anthropocentric orientation of ecological risk; polyvariance of forms of origin of ecological risk; limited possibility of absolute determination of environmental risk; cumulative; subinstitutionality of environmental risk. The article outlines the impact of agricultural production on environmental pollution (air pollution, depletion and degradation of land resources, depletion of forest and water resources) and presents the criteria for classification of environmental risk for agriculture. The causes of the ecological crisis in the agricultural sector are, first of all, extensive development of agricultural production, lack of regulatory and technical documentation on environmentally friendly technologies of agricultural production, as well as the lack of an effective mechanism for environmental protection. At the micro and macro levels, there are no objective and reliable data on the impact of pollution from agricultural activities on the environment in all areas - air, land, water and forest resources. It is determined that the problem of ensuring the circulation of land in the agricultural sector of the economy in its relevance is one of the most serious issues at the state level. It is justified that the aggravation of this problem is due to the increase of interrelated environmental, social and economic risks related to the use of land resources of Ukraine. The following methods were used: a systematic approach to the study of organizational, economic and legal principles of agricultural land circulation; method of economic and statistical analysis and synthesis (for collecting and processing information on regulatory and monetary evaluation of agricultural land and rent by region of Ukraine, determining their relationships); graphic method and method of scientific comparison (for the analysis of the specified statistical data in the movement of indicators of dynamics); method of theoretical generalization (to substantiate the results of research and the formation of conclusions and proposals). The legal basis of land valuation is generalized and the methodological bases of normative monetary evaluation (NME) of land plots are worked out. The ranking according to the normative monetary assessment of agricultural lands and the amount of rent for land shares (units) by regions of Ukraine was carried out. The advantages of the new Methodology of normative monetary valuation of land plots have been established, the leading ones of which are: three separate methodological approaches to conducting normative monetary valuation of lands to a single unified form have been rationally systematized; the inconsistency of interpretations and disparities in the indicators of monetary valuation of land within communities has been eliminated; the procedure for drawing up technical documentation on NMEs has been simplified and the costs for its implementation have been optimized. It is proposed to take into account the qualitative characteristics of land and, accordingly, to introduce an additional adjustment indicator to the standardized capitalized rental income per unit area for agricultural land. The study purpose is to deepen the understanding of the essence and management reporting meaning in the conditions of an unstable external environment. The research methodology is based on theoretical developments and scientific tools, which included: critical analysis and systematic approach (when studying the essence of management reporting), comparison method (when studying the main differences between management and financial reporting). The article examines the essence of management reporting and the principles of its formation. A comparative analysis of financial and management reporting was carried out according to the features selected by the author. Attention is focused on the principles of management reporting, the observance of which makes the latter an effective tool for decision-making by enterprise managers. As a result of the conducted research, a proper definition of the concept of \"management reporting\" was proposed - it is a separate type of internal reporting of the enterprise, which is a complex of interrelated indicators regarding its functioning, the purpose of which is to provide operational information for making strategic and operational management decisions. As a result of the conducted research, a mechanism for organizing the formation of the management reporting system at the enterprise was developed, which involves the implementation of four stages, in particular: improvement of accounting support for the needs of management reporting; development of reporting indicators for management needs; internal regulatory regulation of the management reporting system; debugging software for the needs of the management reporting system. The introduction of proposals into the activities of enterprises will allow organizing a system of management reporting and using its advantages as a tool for planning and controlling the achievement of the goals of the business entity. To conduct purposes in the article, the significance of agriculture was highlighted and evaluation of Ukrainian sunflower oil market was done. Market research of sunflower oil market was divided on two periods: (1) before the russian invasion to Ukraine; (2) the period of the hostilities on the Ukrainian territory. The period until hostilities characterizes by growing tendency of sunflower oil production in Ukraine and increase of export capacities. Indeed, in 2020/2021 MY 5010 thousand t of sunflower oil was produced, where 93% was exported that is 40% on the world supply of sunflower oil on the market. At the same time Ukraine cover sunflower oil domestic needs, i.e. approximately 10% of total production. The indices of self-sufficiency ratio was increased each years and in 2020/2021 MY was equalled to 9.61%. The second period in Ukraine could be distinguish by problems, which negatively harm the sunflower oil market due to hostilities, i.e. disturbance of supply chains due to blocked ports; partially mined the territory and ongoing hostilities, which decrease harvested area under sunflower; increase prices of input factors for sunflower oil production; sunflower seeds and sunflower oil prices volatility. In turn, these lead to the situation, when sunflower products manufacturing, export and economic indices are unpredictable. Taking into account the fact that Ukrainian sunflower oil is export oriented product, accordingly on domestic market are influenced prices that formed at the world markets of vegetable oils. In the article the sunflower oil prices were forecasted for short time period. It showed price increase and at the end of the year could be reach to 1700 US dollar per tone.
