A quantitative approach is used in this study. This study used an online questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, and PLS-PM (Partial Least Square-Path Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis was carried out on two submodels, namely the measurement model or the outer model and the structural model (structural model) or the inner model. The outer model shows how the manifest variable represents the latent variable it measures, while the inner model shows the power of estimation between latent variables. Goodness of fit structural model in PLS analysis is in the form of predictive-relevance value (Q2), which is calculated based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of each endogenous variable. Objects that will be used as respondents in this study are consumers who use e-commerce, namely consumers of private university students in Bandung. The variables observed in this study were digital marketing, influencer marketing and e-WOM. The study examines internal strategy factors in the development strategy of Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS), external strategy factors, and the formulation and alternative development strategies. In conclusion, the internal strategic factors include generally good financial performance, increasing trend of public deposits, suitable financing and supporting the strengthening of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), risk management implemented effectively and gradually, and digital-based services (savings, financing proposals) & payment), education and assistance, easy access, competency development of human resources and members, development of information technology organization tools, innovation in strengthening competitiveness (digitalization of services, development of human resources in the field of information technology), relations, collaboration with institutions others (sharia fintech/marketplace platforms, etc.), and digital marketing strategies. The external strategic factors include: relatively good investment realization, government support, fintech-based services (zakat and waqf), the performance of the national and Islamic finance industry is quite good, global and national economic growth is not conducive, and the market share of the Islamic finance industry is still low, other financial institutions in providing services to MSMEs or digital-based services, and household consumption activities have decreased. The formulation and alternative of SWOT analysis with EFAS and IFAS approach resulted in a weighted EFAS of 3.03 and a weighted IFAS of 2.95. This results in ongoing changes in human capital management, where knowledge is viewed as critical for developing appropriate responses to market changes and uncertainties. This study will examine the theoretical underpinnings of knowledge management in the Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSME) sector from this vantage point. This research focuses on the importance of knowledge in business, human capital management, and knowledge management for MSME players in order to accomplish this goal. The methodology utilized is qualitative in nature and entails a review of theory and literature to establish a determined viewpoint on problems pertinent to the research object. The findings indicate that human capital management is frequently informal, resulting in an insufficient understanding by MSME actors of the importance or low value of their workforce, which is treated as an operator or manual worker rather than as a subject, thereby underestimating them by failing to recognize that they possess the necessary knowledge to strengthen their creativity and innovate in response to competitive demands. We argue that this technique violates fundamental knowledge management principles, most notably adaptability, self-confidence, leadership, and human resource development, all of which contribute to business-to-market uncertainty.","PeriodicalId":334856,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130977250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses mixed methods, with an approach to academic and managerial information system research using explanatory sequential design. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed that: 1) The service quality of the SIPAKATAU was categorized as good by looking at the results of descriptive statistical tests on lecturer responses with an average value of 0.57 and a standard deviation of 0.502, students with an average score of 0.62 and a standard deviation of 0.493 and education staff with an average value of 0.69 and a standard deviation of 0.467 because more than half the number of respondents who chose to agree with the SIPAKATAU. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo through the SIPAKATAU application service greatly facilitate users in all academic aspects, both administratively and in the teaching and learning process, which is currently in the online learning category. In this case, service users are helped by an integrated academic service information system service because the teaching and learning process can occur when students are in their respective areas. Therefore, SIPAKATAU is very useful. It helps users provide services because some of the services can already be done in the SIPAKATAU application so that academic services at IAIN Palopo are better and on target when learning demands increasingly sophisticated technology and technological developments are also increasingly modern. IAIN Palopo's policy challenges implementing educational services, such as the uneven access to the information contained in the SIPAKATAU service to service users in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.Research Implications: 1) IAIN Palopo's educational services should be evaluated every semester by evaluating the performance between students, lecturers, and education staff. 2) Education policy services at IAIN Palopo require developing the SIPAKATA application to refine further the features contained in the application to support the quality of education in the face of the industrial revolution era with increasingly sophisticated educational technology. 3) The SIPAKATAU still requires socialization on services. 4) SIPAKATAU has a vision and mission at the beginning of the manufacturing process so that it is carried out in its development to achieve the goals in its use according to the needs of service users.","PeriodicalId":334856,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research","volume":"165 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122991553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
