In the fifth semester, the acquisition of specializations takes place. In the next semester, the selection of specialist programs will be determined. The option of the degree is adapted to students' needs and capacities. The acquisition of results generated in the previous semester can be seen. The objective of this survey is to provide students with suggestions for the collection of degrees. The study was performed using K-Means and K-Nearest Neighbor methods to obtain the classification of students and the correlation between recent cases and past cases. This analysis uses 13 characteristics, of which 12 are predictors and 1 is the option. As a literature study article, this article contributes to developing a conceptual framework about intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. This article is important for management and further research considering that not many previous studies have used the theoretical framework of Job Demand Resources (JDR) and Conservation of Resources (COR) to test similar research models. This study has limitations in obtaining research that examines job autonomy, workload, job stress and intention to leave in the perspective of millennial workers. There are thousands of films produced each year. These films make it challenging for movie lovers to pick the ideal film to see. We propose a recommendation system that strives to offer guidance in selecting films.  Depending on the method employed, recommendation systems can be categorized into three groups: collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid filtering. In this work, collaborative filtering, one of the methods frequently used in recommendation systems was used. There are two ways to the Collaborative Filtering approach: User-Based Collaborative Filtering (UBCF) and Item-Based Collaborative Filtering (IBCF). There are two methods for finding similar items or users: Cosine and Pearson similarities. The Cosine similarity approach is one way to determine how similar two items are. Additionally, the Pearson Correlation Coefficient approach, which determines similarities between objects by calculating linear correlations between two sets, is the most widely employed. This study aims to determine which system produces the highest item similarity in IBCF and predicted ratings to actual ratings using 90% training and 10% testing data. The data set taken from MovieLens.org consists of 943 users from 1664 movies with 99392 ratings. The MovieLens data collection will be analyzed with the RStudio and the R package recommenderlab. The results reveal that the IBCF with Cosine similarities shows the number of items recommended n top-rated movies to each user for 10 movies. This study uses the simultaneous regression analysis method (2TLS) with testing using Eviews 10 and the Covid-19 impact differential test using SPSS. The results of simultaneous regression analysis show that exports and Inflation have a positive inelastic effect on financial system stability. In addition,direct investment and interest rates have a positive lasting impactt on financial system stability. Based on WEF assessment, there are  five main pillars (of the 12 pillars) of Indonesia's competitiveness decreased such as Adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT Adoption), Health, Skills, Labor Market, and Product Market, and affected  the competitiveness level  slump  down under three other ASEAN Countries, namely Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.  The research method used is qualitative model with data collection techniques applied observation, interviews, and documentation studies (published by competent state institutions). Unables Indo Multi in South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, amounting to 125 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are self-efficacy has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a determination of 27.3%. Hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t table or (6.797 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a determination value of 41.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained t arithmetic > t table or (9.412 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a determination value of 28.5%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.009 > 1.979) this is reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Self-efficacy, work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 6.428 + 0.221X1 + 0.416X2 + 0.218X3, the determination value is 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing using statistical test F count > F table or (43.237 > 2.450), it is also reinforced with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination value of 38.96%.
