Finding ways to effectively develop the economic and other sectors, adapt to European norms and create a sustainable framework for integration into the European space was the purpose of this study. The methodology is based on the empirical research method. The reform priority coefficient was calculated using a formula for determining the priority areas for improving the economic, demographic, and political sectors of Ukraine. The study identified priority areas for Ukraine’s post-war development, including mechanisms such as ensuring sustainable economic growth, modernising infrastructure, developing trade relations with EU countries, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the quality of education and healthcare, which can be used by scientists and the state to ensure the country’s effective development and obtaining the status of a full EU member. The importance of ensuring social protection of the population, including raising living standards and ensuring access to basic social services, was identified. The study found that effective economic diplomacy and the expansion of international relations with EU member states are crucial factors for Ukraine’s successful preparation for EU membership. The focus is on ensuring strategic orientation, efficient use of resources and achieving the country’s socio-economic development in line with European standards and values. Therefore, the achievements of technological and digital industries, which were obtained by Industry 4.0, do not lose their value, but, on the contrary, are relevant. This is precisely what determines the purpose of the research ‒ substantiating the system of managing the organizational capital of business entities and the mechanism for assessing its effectiveness. During the research, such methods as theoretical generalization, abstract-logical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, graphic method were applied. The main results of the work include the developed organizational capital management system, which, unlike the existing ones, includes the process of transforming human capital into commercialized results (intangible assets) of the enterprise. Also, an achievement is the comprehensive assessment of organizational capital presented in the work, which includes three levels of analysis: macro level, meso level and micro level. The article specifies the definition of the concept of “the system of organizational capital management”, by which the authors understand the process of transformation of human capital into commercialized results through the formation of organizational capital on the basis of an innovative approach with the help of certain management principles and technologies. The composition of the main elements of organizational capital is clarified and the stages of its formation, from creation to futurization, are defined. A system of indicators for assessing the organizational capital of the enterprise has been developed, which is based on the principles of complexity, conciseness, accessibility, systematicity and logic. The practical significance of the results lies in their application as a basis for making managerial decisions. This tendency to close enterprises indicates the need for strategic planning of enterprise development and the implementation of a risk factor identification, evaluation, and management process in the strategic management of enterprise development. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodological approach that would allow identifying the risk factors that may have the greatest impact at each life cycle stage of analysed project. To achieve the goal set within the framework of the research, structural and logical analysis, methods of systematisation, generalisation, scientific abstraction and hierarchy analysis were used. The article proposes methodological approach to determining the risk factors of enterprise external and internal environment, which makes it possible to identify the risk factors that have the greatest impact at each stage of the project life cycle. Mathematical models have been obtained which allow for the identification of those risk factors that can have the most negative impact (both in terms of frequency of occurrence and potential losses), which will enable the enterprise to increase the efficiency of managing these risks at all stages of project implementation. The impact of risk factors has been assessed in conditions of incomplete certainty and lack of sufficient statistical information. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of increasing the efficiency of using available resources in risk management processes. The goal of the study was to formulate recommendations for determining the patterns of interest in the management of equity capital of the enterprise. The research methodology is based on the use of theoretical and empirical methods, in particular methods of Internet resource analysis, forecasting, decision support system Decision Making Helper, etc. During the analysis of interest in the topic of managing equity capital of the enterprise in English, the tools of the Google Trends web application were used. On the basis of these data, predictive models of trend lines for the concepts of “equity capital of the company” and “equity capital of the enterprise” were built, which have a satisfactory approximation reliability value and can be used to identify patterns of interest in the topic of enterprise equity management. However, the frequency of search queries for these terms in the Ukrainian language in the world and in Ukraine, starting from 2015, was very low. The assessment of alternative key goals of financial management of equity capital of the enterprise was carried out using the decision support system Decision Making Helper. The priority of ensuring the effective structure of equity capital of the enterprise and the proper level of its capitalisation was determined as the top priority. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: logical generalisation; comparative analysis; statistical analysis; analytic hierarchy process; expert survey method; graphical and tabular method. As a result of the study, the following results were obtained: the essence of the concept of “creativity” is determined and the importance of using creative marketing tools during the implementation of the company’s strategy is substantiated; it has been proven that when choosing strategic directions, it is necessary to develop and implement a creative marketing mix model; it is substantiated that for the application of creative marketing, the personnel of the enterprise must be of a creative type; it was determined that during the development of a creative marketing strategy in the conditions of global digitalisation, an important stage is the choice of social networks; it has been proven that in conditions of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and military aggression in Ukraine, the most significant creative marketing tool is Internet marketing; it has been proven that among creative Internet marketing tools, the most effective are Social Media Marketing, Search engine optimisation, Event marketing and contextual advertising. It analysed research in the field of higher education and the formation of the main trends in the development of the educational and scientific spheres, which makes it possible to predict the primary vector of the development of the educational sector. The presented study considered the main features of the educational sphere from the point of view of the combination of three main components: education, business, and the state. With such a combination, the main features of the development of scientific and educational activities, as one of the main components of entrepreneurship development, have been determined. The conducted studies proved that, first of all, it is necessary to intensify efforts to improve and develop the regulatory and legal framework on a wide range of scientific and innovative activity issues to form a scientific and innovative activity infrastructure. The purpose of the paper was to analyze the theoretical basis of the concept, content, and principles of territorial community development and to provide suggestions on the main directions that should be the basis for the development strategy task. The methodological approach is based on the dialectical cognition method, systematic approach, theoretical generalization method. As a result of the research, normative legal acts, theoretical foundations of regional policy and practical approaches to the development of the territorial development strategy were summarized. The concepts of “territory” and “territorial development” were determined by studying different scientific points of view on these definitions; the problems of territorial communities’ development as components in the formation of the development strategy were identified as a whole; the basic principles and objectives of the development strategy were summarized. The main results obtained in the framework of this work should be considered as the definition of the main principles and directions of forming the tasks of the territorial development strategy, which considers the problems existing in the territorial community and are aimed at ensuring the restoration of the development of territories in the post-war period. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the mechanism of how to manage ecologically-oriented agrarian business as one of the drivers of inclusiveness, and further develop directions of organic agricultural production. When writing the article, the author used the following methods of scientific knowledge: monographic, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, comparison, scientific-abstract systematization and concretization. Based on the results of the research, key trends and drivers of agricultural development have been revealed. The set of basic forms of inclusive agrarian business organization has been studied. A level system of standards of products, works and services for the industry has been substantiated. The author’s model of the institutional mechanism for managing ecologically-oriented agricultural production, with the certification and standardization of organic produce being the key elements of it, has been proposed. The current state of development of organic production has been studied, the structure of export of organic produce has been analyzed. It has been determined that Ukrainian organic agriculture has a significant potential for its future development and is important for the European food market. Prospective benchmarks for further development of organic production in terms of ecologically-oriented types of agrarian business have been substantiated. The purpose of the study was to define the essence and to do the analysis of insurance services for individuals and legal entities as well as the prospects for their development. The study used the method of analysis and synthesis, and the factor analysis of the overall profitability indicators was also carried out. The analysis of insurance services was carried out on the example of the activities of the insurance group “TAS”. The main results of the study are presented in the analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the insurance group “TAS”. The dynamics of insurance premiums, insurance payments and insurance reserves of the company under study, including those by type of insurance services, are analysed. The analysis proved that the insurance company “TAS” currently holds the leading positions on the Ukrainian insurance market in terms of insurance payments. The factors that positively influence the development of insurance and ensure its constant financing are considered. In order to determine the level of profitability on the insurance services market, the article analyses profitability indicators for the products of the insurance company “TAS” and tracks the impact of changes in the structure and volume of insurance products on these indicators. The article presents the structure of the insurance development cycle, which allows to define the goals of insurance services development and requires an assessment of the company’s capabilities for their implementation. It is proved that the introduction of new insurance services will allow the insurance company “TAS” to ensure continuous and stable operation on the market. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of Internet marketing in the B2B segment and to determine the main strategic and tactical steps of its implementation. According to the method of scientific abstraction, the dependence between the toolkit for Internet promotion and the effect of its implementation in the activities of enterprises in the B2B sphere was revealed. Also, analysis and synthesis are used as methods of research in which a complex economic process or system is divided into constituent parts, elements, and subsystems, and all of them are studied separately. The work used a synergistic approach in research. The article analyzed the facts and investigated the state of the use of Internet marketing tools in the global B2B market. The result of the work is to propose the design of a modern algorithm for the development of Internet marketing strategies and tactics in the B2B market. These will allow enterprises of the B2B sector to choose efficient modern Internet marketing tools, taking into account their characteristics and the characteristics specifics of customers.
