The noise variance around the continuous pattern function is not always constant but may exhibit spatial variability, which directly affects prediction performance. In this paper we propose a novel approach for increasing predictor performance using a multi-resolution signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) map of phase space. We calculate it using a parralel algorithm on a high performance computing cluster and in the final stage of the approach we use a novel feature selection algorithm to build a kernel machine. In the study is investigated common practice in local very small software companies. Constructivist grounded theory was used as a research method suitable for discovering common practice and for creating explanations that are grounded in empirical data. In the research participated software experts from local very small software companies. Software experts were interviewed individually in their companies or participated in organized focus groups. The process of qualitative research that is used in the study is outlined, followed by the research findings. From hardware point of view, today the sensors are incorporated by default in all machining equipments, but the intelligence is mostly human. Further researches try to replace the human decisions with artificial intelligence. This work presents a technical solution for a general machining process optimization. Logical inference is used in order to solve this problem. The fuzzy controller replaces an electronic block on the feedback path of the closed loop, block that, in the classical architecture, assured the system damping and, in the same time, played the role of elastic link of the accelerometer proof mass. For the proposed controller, proportional-derivative variant is chosen, and its input-output mapping is derived. The membership functions for inputs are s-functions, π-functions, respectively z-functions, while the output membership functions have constant values. To define the rules, a zero-order Sugeno fuzzy model is chosen. Playing in Nash sense means that no player (agent) wants to deviate from the equilibrium strategy in order to increase the payoff. Some games can have more Nash equilibria. Several refinements have been developed. Strong Berge Pareto equilibrium is an important refinement of the Nash equilibrium. An evolutionary technique based on non-domination is proposed in order to detect the strong Berge Pareto equilibria. Sensitive sensors based on Superconducting Quantum Interference Devices (SQUID), developed at IPHT-Jena, Germany are used for the acquisition of reliable data. MCGs are sensitive to magnetic interferences and procedures in order to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio have to be developed. The paper aims at the comparison of the performance of Fourier versus Wavelet analysis applied to the input signal in order to enable the choice of the optimal processing technique for MCGs, advantages and drawbacks of each procedure being shown. These properties are followed by a degradation of quality of service in aggregate traffic. A high self-similarity grade will eventually fill up the network equipments memory and queues no matter how large they are designed. This paper compares the effect of traffic shaping and traffic policing on aggregate traffic dynamics especially stochastic properties on traffic time series. We propose a series of tests and compare the result obtained from OPNET Modeler simulation program to simulation with synthetic traffic generated by chaotic dynamic systems.
