The level of warehousing management plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency of the entire logistics. The efficiency of the warehouse is mainly determined by the allocation strategy of the warehouse location. The use of a good location optimization strategy can greatly improve the efficiency of the warehousing and reduce the cost of the warehousing system. In order to improve the overall operating efficiency of the automated warehouse, company requires optimization of the location, coupling the chain of goods and the chain of storage, reducing storage and handling time. It can reduce overall logistics costs and increase economic returns. Based on the previous researches on the problem of automated warehouse, the paper further studies the optimization of warehouse storage and proposes corresponding solutions. With the continuous improvement of urban residents’ the living standards, the development of internet technology and e-commerce in China, fresh product e-commerce provides a new channel for urban residents to purchase fresh agricultural products. In this new way, urban residents pay more attention to the quality of fresh agricultural products. Therefore, the problem of distribution routing optimization in this emerging mode needs to consider not only the choice of the route, but also the impact of temperature on product quality, energy consumption during distribution, and customer’s rejection due to poor quality of delivered goods. A distribution routing optimization model is established comprehensively considering those mentioned factors, and a numerical example is carried out by using genetic algorithms to solve the problem and testifies validity of the model. Dormitory relationship becomes the basic interpersonal relationship of university students. In order to construct harmonious interpersonal relationship in private universities, based on the PAC theory of personality structure, this paper puts forward the mode of \"adult-adult\" communication in private universities. Firstly, the PAC theory of personality structure is introduced, and then the problem of interpersonal conflict in private university dormit-ory is analyzed by this theory, which shows the lack of awareness of others' egostate. The structure of ego-psychology is rigid and the adult ego deficiency. Finally, from the three aspects of individuals, schools and families to explore the way to construct the \"adult-adult\" communication model of dormit-ory: vigorously promote the collective conscious-ness of \"adult-adult\" type of communication in dormitory. This paper takes literature research and comparative analysis as theoretical analysis tools to analyze the current circulation of fresh agricultural products in Tianjin, and make a comparative analysis with that of developed countries, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development mode of fresh agricultural products in Tianjin. The results show that Tianjin has the market and resource base to further develop the circulation mode of fresh agricultural products. Each district and county should develop the circulation mode suitable for the local characteristics and future development. The government should support the new type of business entities through scientific planning, perfect the existing public service platform, and promote the development of Tianjin's modern urban agriculture.
