The data came from Russian etymological, explanatory, and derivational dictionaries. The concept was described through the paradigmatic, syntagmatic, and derivational peculiarities of the words that represent the concept. The concept was reconstructed as a frame with the following slots: aim, action, agent, counter-agent, patient, evaluation, and result. The aim of the research was to show how the words that name the act of love affair represent this cognitive frame model. The act of love affair proved to reject previous beliefs and feelings while replacing the former with the other. The agent violates fidelity in love, which is evaluated as violating the moral law. The frame is verbalized as the following slots: 1) the agent (traitor, cheater, adulterer/adulteress) is an insidious person who is in a legal relationship with the patient; 2) the act (to cheat on somebody, to commit adultery) is committed in secret and includes marital unfaithfulness and a change of partner; 3) the evaluation of the act and the agent (treacherous, unfaithful, adulterous) is negative. Several slots had no verbal expression but could be explicated from idioms and examples: 1) the patient is the spouse of the agent; 2) the counter-agent is the person the agent enters into an illegal relationship; 3) the result depends on the particular situation.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47424080","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study involved 54 students of a comprehensive school in the city of Omsk, as well as their mothers. The Correction Test was used to measure the concentration, stability, and attentional set-shifting. The personal characteristics were studied using H. J. Eysenck's test of extraversion and neuroticism, as well as O. Yu. Grogoleva's questionnaire of motivation. The mothers were asked to fill in I. M. Markovskaya's Parent-Child Interaction Survey, as well as a questionnaire about their child's daily routine. The obtained data were processed using the Spearman correlation coefficient, the Fisher's criterion of angular transform, and the factor analysis. The attention span appeared to depend on both intrapersonal and socio-psychological factors. Emotional stability, extraversion, and academic motivation also affected children's attention. As for mother-child relations, mother's anxiety, satisfaction, and emotional closeness were the most important factors. Such environmental factors as the daily routine also contributed to the attention span.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"26 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83467599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author defined the primary signs, determined their cultural relevance, illustrated them, and identified those that became cognitive. The research covered twelve etymological and historical dictionaries of the Russian language, as well as the National Corpus of the Russian Language. The methods included etymological, descriptive, conceptual, and component analyses of dictionary definitions. The study revealed fifteen motivating signs of the cherry concept, which were classified as follows: 1) the plant and its components: branch, tree, (shrub) plant, small / round, mistletoe, fruits, rods, flowers, cherry; 2) color: crimson, brown, dark red; 3) substance: (glutinous) juice, bird glue; 4) qualitative state: sagging under its own weight. All the motivating signs have retained their relevance and assumed the status of cognitive (conceptual) ones, except for mistletoe and rods, which were not confirmed by the National Corpus of the Russian Language. The demand for primary signs proved the preservation of the prototypes underlying the word as the representative of the concept under study. Vegetative linguocultural concepts were also interconnected with the corresponding symbols.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"61 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79491705","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The curriculum includes academic models, technologies, and methods that develop culture and communication skills. This research featured the process of developing the communicative culture in future bachelors of management during foreign language acquisition using the method of interdisciplinary integration. The research methods included various diagnostic tools, e.g., questionnaires, tests, conversation, survey, interview, etc. The article also contains a review of Russian psychological and pedagogical scientific publications. The authors used interdisciplinary links between Foreign Language and various professional disciplines to design a new pedagogical model. This model included a system of complementary functional blocks. It defined a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions, principles, methods, and training tools that made it possible to model real situations and various aspects of managerial activity. The authors developed an optional interdisciplinary complex called Bridge to Communication. The complex proved effective in developing speaking skills as a tool of business communication and communicative culture.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78822744","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research covered various legal acts. e.g., Decrees of the Council of People's Commissars, Instructions, Decrees of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee and Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR, etc. The analysis made it possible to identify the emergence of a two-stage age threshold for criminal liability. The Criminal Codes of the RSFSR (1922, 1926, 1960) and Soviet criminal legislation were studied for the legal regulation of both the age of the subject of crime and the age of the victim, as well as other actors who affected the crime typology and sentence. The author identified the maximal age threshold for criminal liability. This innovation appeared during war time and was applied to dodging conscription in production, construction, and agriculture, as well as to unauthorized absence from work, which were considered criminal liability. The article also features the historical dynamics of the age criminal responsibility.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"35 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79771058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Metalinguistic activity is an important parameter of linguistic personality assessment since its analysis can reveal various language impairments. The authors described the metalinguistic level of third-grade primary school students with general speech underdevelopment and specified the phonological, morphological, syntactic, and pragmatic components for each level. The research was based on such cognitive operations as identification, analysis, synthesis, and generalization. The obtained statistics on the interrelation of metalinguistic components made it possible to develop a typology of phonological and morphological exercises based on practicing the corresponding cognitive operations. The article outlines the main directions of speech therapy, which may be of interest to primary school teachers and speech therapists.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"32 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87194338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Clinical linguistics is a new area of research within cognitive science. The authors reviewed domestic and foreign studies of communicative disorders published in 1981–2022. The review focused on the cardiology, neurology, and pathological psycholinguistics of speech abnormalities, which demonstrated similar terminology and methods. The authors identified three research directions: 1) disorders associated with the period of intrauterine, intranatal, or early postpartum development; 2) age-related disorders; 3) disorders caused by a prior disease or brain injury. The language and communication profile of patients with cognitive impairments was different, but all aspects of language and communication fell into the field of psychophysiology, cardiology, and pathological psycholinguistics, thus remaining within an interdisciplinary paradigm. The review highlighted some terminological inconsistency of studies focused on the analysis of language and speech in cognitive linguistics. The authors proved that clinical linguistics is a separate branch of cognitive research that bridges a certain gap between theory and practice. They defined the main objectives of clinical linguistics as the coordination of the conceptual and terminological research apparatus, unification of methodology, and development of unified principles for language and communication research.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"41 5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88165346","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors analyzed the ecosystem approach from economic, philosophical, psychological, and pedagogical perspectives. They described the possibilities of using digital tools in the process of teaching a foreign language to university students of IT departments. The article introduces the basic trends in academic digitalization. Digital tools can organize the academic environment in the process of teaching a foreign language, e.g., the Miro virtual whiteboard, the Nearpod platform, the 4portfolio.ru portal, the Google Calendar service, etc. An empirical survey proved that the ecosystem approach is an efficient tool of second language acquisition, which develops creative interaction, generates innovative solutions, increases positive motivation, develops business communication skills, and provides business communication experience.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"86 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84108124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article features violations of water transport safety rules, which have received almost no scientific attention in the past few decades. However, investigators often have to deal with difficulties in establishing some characteristics of the objective aspect of the water-traffic-related crime. The research objective was to review available publications and study judicial practice on the corpus delicti of crimes defined by Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Russia in the sphere of water transport. The author relied on standard methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization, as well as on the statistical method. The research revealed the role of transport forensic examination in the establishment of the objective aspect of the corpus delicti of water-traffic-related crimes under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The investigation of such crimes is associated with the need to establish the violations of traffic standards, as well as the causal link between the violations and the consequences, which is impossible without a competent transport forensic examination.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"19 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87693027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One-party court, or the so-called \"pocket arbitration\", is a situation where arbitrators cannot comply with the principle of impartiality due to the fact that the arbitral tribunal is a structural unit of one of the parties or part of the same holding company. As a result of the reform of arbitration proceedings in Russia, the niche of \"pocket\" permanent arbitration courts has been filled with situational arbitration, where the party with a stronger negotiating position determine the arbitrator and the rules. This phenomenon is becoming popular in disputes between microfinance organizations and borrowers, which, given the particular sensitivity of this area, requires public law intervention. The freedom of the parties to the contract is limited in order to prevent infringement of the rights and legitimate interests of the economically weaker party. Arbitration model is liberal as it is based on the autonomy of will. Arbitration ad hoc has its advantages in unique disputes where the parties are ready to determine the figure of the arbitrator and the rules for considering the dispute. However, this institution demonstrates signs of distortion, which means it needs restrictions. The existing regulatory restrictions and clarifications were defined by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, but they proved ineffective in practice. The author proposes to ban situational arbitration in case of loan agreements with microfinance organizations.","PeriodicalId":33387,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kemerovskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89476239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
