Penelitian menitikberatkan pada pengalaman pelecehan seksual mereka di sekolah. Pendekatan mixed-method digunakan. Teknik pengambilan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari distribusi angket. Sebanyak 240 mahasiswa di dua universitas di Jawa Tengah dianalisis. Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman pelecehan seksual mereka. Kemudian, metoderegresi digunakan untuk menganalisis relasi antara pengetahuan dan pengalaman tersebut terhadap dampak-dampak negatif yang mungkin menyertainya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang dilecehkan secara seksual ketika mereka masih anak-anak adalah tinggi, terutama anak perempuan. Pelaku pelecehan seksual sebagian besar dilakukan oleh guru. Namun tetangga, teman, dan keluarga juga berpotensi menjadi pelaku. Dampak yang paling besar adalah secara psikologis, yaitu ketakutan yang tidak wajar, depresi, depresi, dan trauma. Hasil juga mengemukakan bahwa pengetahuan dan pengalaman dilecehkan seksual oleh korban menyebabkan berbagai dampak negatif.\u0000[This study aims to explore the experiences of college students' sexual abuse when they were children. The research focuses on their experiences of sexual harassment at school. A mixed-method approach is used. The qualitative data collection technique is carried out by interview while the quantitative data are obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. A total of 240 students at two universities in Central Java are analyzed. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to describe their experiences of sexual harassment. Then, the regression method is used to analyze the relationship between knowledge and experience against the negative impacts that may accompany it. The results show that students who are sexually abused when they are children are high, especially girls. Most of the perpetrators of sexual harassment were teachers. However, neighbors, friends, and family are also potential perpetrators. The biggest impact is psychological, namely unnatural fear, depression, depression, and trauma. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hak finansial wanita dalam keluarga sangat diperhatikan dalam hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia, baik posisinya sebagai calon istri, istri, ibu maupun sebagai istri yang telah dicerai, diantaranya hak mahar, hak upah dalam masa menyusui, hak nafkah, hak waris, hak nafkah iddah, hak mut’ah bagi yang diceraikan, dan harta bersama. Keseimbangan atas pelaksanaan kewajiban dan pemenuhan hak menjadi unsur penting dalam menjaga stabilitas dan kebahagiaan keluarga.\u0000[This study aims to determine how the Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia regulate the fulfillment of women's financial rights in the family, such as before marriage, after marriage and after divorce. The rights of women as wives and mothers in the family are often underestimated. Regarding the financial rights in the family sphere, what is commonly known by the public is limited to a living life in general. But actually, there are other financial rights that women have in the family. This research is a qualitative research with a normative juridical approach by using primary and secondary types and sources of legal data in the form of the Qur'an, hadith, statutory regulations and related scientific articles. The results of this study are that the financial rights of women in the family are very detail and specific in Islamic family law in Indonesia, both in their position as prospective wives, wives, mothers and as wives who have been divorced, including dowry rights, wage rights during breastfeeding, livelihood rights, inheritance rights, the right of iddah maintenance, the right of mut'ah for those who are divorced, and joint property. Mereka terdiskriminasi karena perempuan, disabilitas dan kemiskinan. Multidiskriminasi terhadap perempuan penyandang disabilitas tersebut menghegemoni baik secara kultural maupun struktural. Secara kultural, persepsi keluarga dan masyarakat yang masih negatif terkait disabilitas berimplikasi tidak terpenuhinya pada kebutuhan dasar perempuan dengan disabilitas. Kondisi ini diperkuat dengan hambatan struktural, dimana kebijakan yang telah dilahirkan oleh pemerintah belum sepenuhnya berbasis keadilan gender dan disabilitas serta belum diiringi implementasi kebijakan dengan baik. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Yogyakarta dengan mendeskripsikan isu-isu disabilitas dan positioningnya dalam gerakan feminis dan gerakan disabilitas. Tahapan penelitian melalui dari pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi) dilanjutkan dengan kategorisasi, analisis data dan yang terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan program pemerintah mayoritas belum menempatkan perempuan penyandang disabilitas sebagai subyek pembangunan, namun mayoritas mereka masih diposisikan sebagai obyek pembangunan. Disisi lain perjuangan advokasi terhadap isu perempuan penyandang disabilitas yang dilakukan oleh aktor perempuan penyandang disabilitas dan organisasi yang mengangkat isu disabilitas belum semuanya menggunakan pendekatan intersection yakni adanya irisan diskriminasi gender dan disabilitas dalam perjuangan advokasi mereka.[Women with disabilities experience double or even multiple marginalization and discrimination that result in the violation of their rights to get access to education, health, employment, and others. The multiple discrimination against women with disabilities is occurring in both cultural and structural level. Culturally, stigma and negative perspectives of family and community on disabilities contribute to the unmet needs of women with disabilities in education, health and other basic needs. Such condition is exacerbated by the absence of gender equality and disability perspective on the implementation on government policies in various important issues that structurally further marginalize women with disabilities. This research is located in DI Yogyakarta by describing disability issues and their positioning in the feminist movement and the disability movement. Stages of research through data collection (observation, interviews, and documentation) followed by categorization, data analysis and finally drawing conclusions. Hal ini ditengarai oleh pihak-pihak yang mengkampanyekan poligami dengan massif. Secara tidak sehat, Al-Quran dan Hadis dijadikan alat guna membungkus kampanye tersebut seolah poligami itu ‘Islami’. Akibatnya timbul paradoks, di mana sebagian orang berasumsi bahwa Islam agama yang pro dan mendukung poligami. Fakta demikian perlu diluruskan mengingat secara prinsip, agama Islam menjunjung tinggi penghormatan dan keadilan atas sesama makhluk Tuhan. Tidak boleh ada superioritas atas satu pihak yang berakibat memarginalkan pihak lain. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha membedah fikih poligami dalam Islam bagaimana sesungguhnya konteks poligami berlaku dan apakah benar Islam mendukung hal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian normatif dengan pendekatan komprehensif guna menghasilkan konklusi yang akurat dan valid. Hipotesa kajian ini hendak membangun pemahaman bahwa poligami adalah pernikahan yang layak dipakai sebagai alternatif dengan berbagai fakta di antaranya secara prinsip fikih tidak menganjurkan poligami. Ayat poligami tidak bermakna wajib namun kebolehan, poligami Rasulullah s.a.w. bukan karena hasrat, hikmah pernikahan kontradiksi dengan poligami serta pendapat dari beberapa cendikiawan Muslim menyangkut persoalan poligami. Sejurus dengan temuan tersebut, poligami layak diperbincangkan pada ranah ‘abnormal’ dimana tidak semua kondisi praktik demikian patut dilakukan.[The polarization of polygamy is currently on the surface. This is suspected by those who are campaigning for polygamy. Unhealthily, Al-Quran and Hadith are used as tools to wrap the campaign as if polygamy is “Islamic” Polygamy, Sharia, Alternative. The result is a paradox, where some people assume that Islam is a pro and supports polygamy. This fact needs to be straightened out considering that the Islamic religion upholds respect and justice for fellow divine beings in principle. There must be no superiority over one party, which results in the marginalization of the other. Therefore, this study seeks to dissect the polygamy sharia in Islam, how the context of polygamy applies and whether Islam supports it. This study uses a normative study with a comprehensive approach to producing accurate and valid conclusions. This study’s hypothesis is to understand that polygamy is alternative fikih with various facts, including in principle that jurisprudence does not advocate polygamy. The verse polygamy does not mean obligatory but permissible, polygamy the Prophet s.a.w. not because of the passion, wisdom of marriage and polygamy, and some Muslim scholars’ opinions. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Pemerintah kedua negara mengikutsertakan perempuan dalam pembangunan melalui industri kreatif dan melihat strategi Pemerintah kedua negara untuk merekognisi dan mengakomodasi kepentingan perempuan dalam pembangunan. Dengan menggunakan metode studi dokumen berdasarkan beberapa literatur yang terkait dengan perempuan dan pembangunan, analisis gender, serta dokumen-dokumen resmi baik dari PBB maupun dokumen resmi kedua negara, penulis menemukan bahwa sektor industri kreatif di kedua negara ini masih cenderung condong pada pendekatan Women in Development yang hanya “menambahkan\" perempuan dalam roda pembangunan nasional tanpa ada upaya bagi pemberdayaan yang signifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan berbagai pelatihan yang dapat menjadi bekal bagi perempuan dalam pembangunan. Di Indonesia, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari minimnya modal UMKM yang pada awalnya dijanjikan akan menjadi tempat bagi perempuan dalam pembangunan sektor industri kreatif. Sementara di Thailand, banyak perempuan-khususnya yang bekerja di bidang industri hiburan dan pariwisata-yang pada akhirnya justru jatuh pada dunia prostitusi. Kondisi yang terjadi di kedua negara ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya pelibatan perempuan dalam roda pembangunan belum memperhatikan ketimpangan hubungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Sehingga, alih-alih mengikutsertakan perempuan dalam pembangunan justru membuat perempuan terperangkap dalam aral pembangunan itu sendiri. [As one of the country’s strategies to empower women in national development, Indonesia and Thailand develop a creative industry that is expected to be a place for women to participate in each national development. This paper aims to analyze how the governments of both countries include women in development through the creative industry and see the government's strategy to recognize and accommodate women's interests in development. Using documentary data related to women and development, gender analysis, as well as official documents from both the United Nations and official documents of the two countries, the author found that the creative industries in both countries are still inclined towards the Women in Development approach which only \"adds\" women to the national development without any significant effort for empowerment. The woman in this case is Umi Waheeda who is busy teaching, prayer priests, lecturers, and leaders in decision-making. One of the interesting decisions is the implementation of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools both boys and girls. Artikel ini membahas feminisme dalam rana ajaran agama. Teori analisis gender Mansour Fakih dan teori variabel pola Talcott Parsons adalah pisau analisis wacana teks agama dalam kritik feminisme. Dalam teori tersebut menyimpulkan pola kedudukan perempuan dalam ajaran sanyasin (guru spiritual) pada varnaashramadharma. Paper ini membuktikan tentang tradisi Bahts al-Masail NU menjadi bagian penting dalam pemikiran fikih adil gender Husein Muhammad terutama setelah Munas Lampung tahun 1992.[The article aims to reveal an essential part of the NU’s Bahtstal-Masail lesson in fiqh gender by Husein Muhammad. The paper finds three significant points in (1) the issue of the istinbath methodology in the bahstal-Masail process in NU tradition, in which has modern challenges; (2) the taqlidul manhaji method and Bahsul Masail Diniyyah mauduiyyah in NU Bahtstal-Masail have a new method in academic steps; (3) the thoughts Husein Muhamad’s idea takes from the background of parenting in the NU Kyai family, Islamic boarding school education, Political and Community activities, P3M-study experience, and Bahts al-Masail from the figure of Abdurahman Wahid. Qanun Jinayat adalah aturan untuk melindungi harkat dan martabat manusia serta menjaga dan melindungi masyarakat Aceh agar tetap mengikuti ajaran Islam. Polisi Syariah kemudian bertugas melakukan operasi terkait penerapan Hukum Syariah. Tugas tersebut dilakukan dengan memantau kota, mengendalikan, dan melakukan razia di tempat-tempat yang dinilai melanggar syariah di Aceh. Di antara kasus-kasus yang terjadi di Aceh yang terkait dengan Qanun Jinayat, ada yang melibatkan adat istiadat di mana Polisi Syariah kemudian menyerahkan kasus-kasus Qanun Jinayat ke pengadilan adat untuk diselesaikan. Wacana Perda (peraturan daerah) menjadi perbincangan di kalangan masyarakat Aceh. Beberapa aspek berkontribusi pada perluasan sistematis penelitian data, wawancara, dan observasi. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini mengeksplorasi otoritas politik baru terkait Qanun Jinayat, di mana pemerintah Aceh memiliki kewenangan eksklusif terkait Polisi Syariah. Moralitas kejahatan dan pengalaman gender melalui Peraturan Daerah berpotensi menimbulkan kekerasan dan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan di Provinsi ini.[Sharia police of Qanun Jinayat (Islamic Criminal Law) is based on the Sharia Law No.11/ 2006 on the Governance of Aceh. Qanun Jinayat is a rule to protect the dignity and human and keep and protect the people of Aceh from staying following the Islamic teachings. Sharia Police focuses on conducting operations in the context of implementing Sharia Law. The service is carried out by monitoring the city, controlling, and conducting raids in places deemed to violate the Sharia in Aceh. Among the cases that occurred in Aceh in the context of Qanun Jinayat, some involve the adat (traditional custom) in the implementation, in which Sharia Police then gives the Qanun Jinayat cases to the custom courts to be resolved. In Aceh, the discourses of Perda (local regulation) become the debates among the people of Aceh. Several aspects contribute to the systematic expansion of data research, interviews, and observation. Hence, the paper explores the significance of the new political authority regarding Qanun Jinayat, in which the Aceh government has exclusive authority in the implementation of the Sharia Police.
