Krisis ekonomi yang dirasakan tidak hanya berpengaruh secara fisik saja, namun juga secara sosial dan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab bagaimana pengupayaan ketahanan keluarga terhadap berbagai problematika kehidupan keluarga ojek online di Kabupaten Ponorogo pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif atau penelitian lapangan dengan data yang didapatkan dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori ketahanan keluarga dengan metode analisa deskriptif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa seluruh keluarga telah menunjukkan adaptasi yang positif terhadap berbagai problematika yang sedang dihadapi. Adapun strategi koping yang dilakukan melalui penerapan komunikasi yang efektif dan komitmen yang tinggi serta diimbangi pula oleh spiritualitas keluarga.\u0000[The impact of Covid 19 for online motorcycle taxis as one of the informal workers affected by the economic decline due to Covid-19 which in turn also affects the family economy. The perceived economic crisis does not only affect physically, but also socially and psychologically. This study aims to answer how to strive for family resilience against various problems of online motorcycle taxi family life in Ponorogo Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative or field research with the data conducted by interview, observation, and documentaion. The theory used is the theory of family resilience and the analysis method is analysis description. This research concludes that the whole family has shown positive adaptation to the various problems they are facing. Produksi jambu mede yang menyentuh angka lima belas ton per empat bulan ini dijual dengan nilai rendah sehingga petani di Desa Lembeyan sering mengalami kerugian dan akibatnya terkadang buahnya hanya dijadikan pakan ternak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus guna mendeskripsikan data secara menyeluruh dan utuh mengenai aktualisasi peran perempuan melalui pemberdayaan kewirausahaan. Analisis data dilakukan peneliti dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan teknik keabsahan data kredibilitas dan konfirmbality. Pemberdayaan perempuan desa melalui pelatihan pengolahan abon jambu mede diharapkan dapat mendorong semangat berwirausaha perempuan di Kelurahan Lembeyan serta nantinya melahirkan womenpreneur desa yang berkontribusi terhadap nilai tambah hasil pertanian jambu mede dan menambah pendapatan keuangan keluarga.\u0000[This study aims to reveal the actualization of women in entrepreneurship in Lembeyan Kulon Village, Lembeyan District, Magetan Regency, empowering women in developing agricultural potential in the form of cashew fruit plants as souvenirs for the tourist destination of the Magetan Sarangan Lake. Cashew nut production reaches fifteen tons per four months, the harvest has been sold at a low value so that farmers in Lembeyan village often experience losses and as a result sometimes the fruit is only used as animal feed. This study describes the data as a whole and in its entirety regarding the actualization of the role of women through entrepreneurial empowerment. Data analysis was carried out by matching the data obtained, systematized, interpreted logically for the validity and credibility of the data obtained. Penjual jamu gendong di Kabupaten Boyolali identik dengan profesi yang ditekuni oleh perempuan, namun tidak banyak yang meneliti terkait mengapa mereka banyak menekuni profesi jamu gendong hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran dan kontribusi perempuan penjual jamu gendong pada perekonomian keluarga, mendeskripsikan faktor pendorong perempuan di Dusun Kadirejo, Desa Kadipaten, Kabupaten Boyolali dalam menekuni profesi penjual jamu gendong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara mendalam dari 12 informan. Keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontibusi perempuan berperan penting pada perekonomian keluarga dan rata-rata mampu manajemen waktu yang baik. Faktor yang mendorong perempuan berprofesi sebagai penjual jamu gendong dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal meliputi rendahnya penghasilan suami, modal relatif kecil, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan keinginan produktif dalam ekonomi keluarga. Faktor eksternal meliputi meneruskan bisnis keluarga dan faktor lingkungan sosial.\u0000[Boyolali Regency has a long history of jamu gendong producers, one of which is located in the Kadipaten Village. Jamu gendong sellers are likewise identical to woman professions, but little studies why so many women are involved in jamu gendong profession. The purpose of this study is to examine the function and contribution of women selling jamu gendong to the family economy, as well as to identify the reasons that motivate women in Kadirejo Village, Kadipaten Village, Boyolali Regency to start businesses as jamu gendong sellers. This study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The data were gathered through in-depth interviews among 12 informants. Source triangulation was done to determine the legitimacy of the research data. The findings indicate that women contribute significantly to the family economics and are generally capable of effective time management. Women are encouraged to work as sellers of jamu gendong because of internal reasons such as their husbands' low income, limited capital, low educational attainment, and a desire to contribute to the family economy. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan kajian tematik tafsif bi ar-ra’yi dalam perspektif gender dan analisis deskriptif-eksploratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman tentang mitos-mitos di luar Islam pada era Jahiliyyah yang berpengaruh pada penafsiran ulama klasik yang terkesan misoginis terhadap perempuan. Kajian teks suci ini menunjukkan perempuan tidak diciptakan dari tulang rusuk bengkok. Hal ini melihat makna نفس (nafs) dalam berbagai konjugasi kata yang terulang 295 kali dalam al-Qur’an. Kata tersebut tidak hanya memiliki makna Adam secara spesifik, tetapi punya arti luas sebagai bangsa (ras). Sementara, mitos menstrual taboo memunculkan pemahaman menstrual creations. Hal ini dulu nampak tabu dan mendiskriditkan perempuan, berbeda dengan masa kini yang menjadikan bagian dari mode dan gaya hidup sehingga living ibadah sebagai bagian dari menstrual taboo.\u0000[The article talks the creation of women and the menstrual taboo myth that is the misogynistic understanding in al-Qur’an and Hadis interpretation. The method uses a library document with a gender issue and descriptive-exploratory analysis on tafsir bi al-ra’yi. The paper finds the history of pre-Islamic myths era in taking effect for classical scholars on exegeses of Misogynist perspective. The study of exegeses for al-Qur’an and hadis is not talking about the creation women from a crooked rib. It puts the meaning of the word ‘نفس’ (nafs) in 295 various conjugations. The word is not in meaning man “Adam” on specifically but has a big meaning in people generally sex. Meanwhile, the menstrual taboo myth sees for living menstrual creation. The era took the menstrual taboo for discrimination issue. Pernikahan anak marak terjadi di kalangan para remaja yang bisa disebabkan oleh pergaulan bebas ataupun adanya pemaksaan dari orang tua. Artikel ini membahas tentang kedudukan perempuan dalam pernikahan anak yang dianalisis menggunakan kesetaraan gender dari kaca mata hukum Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan normatif yaitu analisis secara lebih detail bagaimana pernikahan anak dalam al-Qur’an dan Hadis serta menghubungkan faktor-faktor apa saja yang terjadi dalam kehidupan rumah tangga bagi pasangan yang menikah di usia dini. It is quite common among teenagers due to promiscuity or coercion from parents. This article discusses the position of women/girl because of early marriage by using gender equality from the Islamic law point of view. By using a normative approach, the analysis thoroughly examine how child marriage is according to the Qur'an and Hadith and the problems that they get because of early marriage. The research finds there are two concepts of women in the text : the concept of equality related to worship and the concept of inequality with regard to household problems such as marriage. Secara umum, karya-karya sastra di dunia yang ditulis oleh pengarang laki-laki, secara historis memiliki muatan yang banyak memosisikan perempuan sebagai objek terutama terkait dengan tubuh dan seksualitasnya. Setelah peristiwa 11 September 2001 yang secara koinsidental hampir bersamaan dengan munculnya era Reformasi di Indonesia, baik di Indonesia maupun Prancis semakin banyak karya-karya bertemakan Islam yang ditulis. Dengan menganalisis karya-karya bertemakan Islam yang ditulis oleh pengarang laki-laki, yakni Syngué Sabour Pierrede Patience, karya Atiq Rahimi and Ayat-Ayat Cinta karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy, artikel ini menggunakan lensa teori dengan mengetengahakn konsep mengenai politik seksualitas. Sebagai metode, digunakan analisis wacana kritis sebagai usaha untuk memahami beroperasinya kekuasaa bahasa di dalam karya-karya tersebut. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah pada aspek fundamental yang dipandang oleh penulis novel untuk menjustifikan kontrol terhadap seksualitas perempuan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tubuh dan seksualitas perempuan dikendalikan baik secara fisik maupun simbolis, tidak hanya oleh laki-laki tetapi juga oleh keluarga dan masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengontrol moralitas publik dan untuk melanggengkan rejim kekuasaan laki-laki yang dilembagakan secara agama, budaya dan politik.\u0000[The article aims to explore the relation between the work of literature and the social changes on the politics of sexuality. In general, literary works written by male authors, historically have a lot of content that positions women as objects, especially related to their body and sexuality. After the incident of September, 11, 2001, which coincidentally almost in the same time with the emergence of the Refromasi era in Indonesia, both in Indonesia and France, more Islamic-themed work were written. By analyzing Islamic-themed works written by male authors, namely, Syngué Sabour Pierre de Patience by Atiq Rahimi and Ayat-Ayat Cinta, by Habiburrahman ElShirazy, this article uses a theoretical lens by highliting the concept of the politics of sexuality. Critical discourse analysis method is used as an attempt to understand the operation of the power of language in these works. This article focused on the fundamental aspects considered by the authors to justify the control over women’s body and sexuality. This research finds that women’s body and sexuality are controlled both physically and symbolically, not only by men but also by their families and society. Studi ini menganalisis fokus kajian melalui elaborasi konsep penting dari Bourdieu, seperti habitus primer sekunder, doxa, heterodoxa, kapital, arena, dan dominasi maskulin. Studi kualitatif ini menggali data dari informan ABH dan beberapa petugas di LPKA Palembang. Pengumpulan Data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Sementara, analisis data secara interaktif melalui reduksi, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Latar belakang ekonomi keluarga ABH sebagian besar berasal dari kelas sosial bawah dan lingkungan kurang mendukung dalam pengembangan karakter positif ABH. Posisi habitus primer ABH ini merupakan lingkungan negatif. Dalam hal ini, lingkungan sosial dan peer group menjadi referensi dalam proses pembentukan identitas sebagai habitus sekunder. Perilaku tindak kejahatan merupakan perwujudan heterodoxa ABH di luar arena mainstream (doxa). Lingkungan sosial dan peer group menjadi kapital sosial dan kapital budaya bagi ABH dalam arena kejahatan. Perspektif Bourdieu terkait gender pada masalah ini adalah konteks dominasi maskulin yang kuat. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan mayoritas ABH laki-laki. Sementara, perempuan dan anak perempuan lebih terlihat sebagai korban.\u0000[The study focuses on exploring the children in conflict with the law (ABH) in several aspects. The family Background is under economic Problems, a negative social environment, Poor peer groups, and masculine domination. The study analyzes the elaboration concepts from Bourdieu, such as primary and secondary habitus, doxa, heterodox, capital, arena, and masculine domination. The study takes from extracting data with informants such as ABH and several officers at LPKA Palembang. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out interactively, through reduction, data display, and concluding. ABH's family background is an economic poor background, the lower social classes, the environment habitus does not support ABH, and the social peer groups become their references in the process of performing identity as a secondary habitus. Ketimpangan peran sosial yang dilihat dari aspek gender selalu mempertahankan dalih-dalih doktrin agama, serta mempertahankan budaya masyarakat yang patriarki. Tentu saja hal itu merugikan perempuan dan menguntungkan kelas-kelas tertentu dalam masyarakat. Sekitar 76% dari tahanan Suriah adalah perempuan. Selama dalam tahanan, perempuan Suriah mengalami kekerasan berbasis gender, hal ini tentu berkaitan erat dengan adanya deminasi laki-laki yang dilanggengkan di negara tersebut. Hal ini sangat kontradiktif dengan pandangan Amina Wadud. Wadud berpendapat bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan berkedudukan yang sama rata, sehingga tidak ada timpang-tindih di antara keduanya. Hal ini sesuai dengan penafsirannya pada QS. An-Nisa ayat 34. Ada tiga kunci yang tertera dalam ayat tersebut, yaitu pertama, qanita>t. Kedua, d}araba. Ketiga, t}a'at. Tulisan ini ingin menegaskan kembali bahwa agama Islam memang dilahirkan dengan tujuan untuk membebaskan manusia, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dari segala sistem yang mengekangnya. Dengan mengamalkan dan menegakkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, seperti kesetaraan dan keadilan berbasis gender di Negara Suriah. Sebagai bentuk solusi, para pemangku kebijakan merumuskan Qanun Hukum Keluarga yang bertujuan untuk mengatur kehidupan keluarga masyarakat Aceh yang berlandaskan syariat Islam sehingga mampu membentuk ketahanan keluarga. Ketahanan keluarga diatur melalui pendidikan pra nikah, tercatat secara resmi dalam dokumen negara, perceraian dilakukan dipengadilan, peminangan disesuaikan dengan kearifan lokal, pengaturan persyaratan administrasi seperti harus bebas dari pengaruh narkotika dan obat terlarang, sanksi dan sebagainya. Namun, Rancangan Qanun Hukum Keluarga justru menuai polemik yang mengarah kepada regulasi poligami. Kredibilitas regulasi poligami dalam menyokong ketahanan keluarga masih dipertanyakan. Tinjauan naratif ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pengesahan regulasi poligami terhadap ketahanan keluarga masyarakat Aceh. Adapun metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (literature review) dengan metode penulisan artikel merujuk pada narrative review. Hasil kajian literatur didapatkan bahwa secara teoritis, regulasi poligami memberikan pengaruh positif maupun negatif pada keluarga poligami. Namun ketika disandingkan dengan ketahanan keluarga yang merupakan esensi dari Qanun Hukum Keluarga, maka regulasi poligami tidak dapat menjamin terbentuknya ketahanan keluarga pada masyarakat Aceh.\u0000 \u0000[Various family problems such as unregistered marriages, unregistered marriages, child marriages, polygamy, divorce and so on require special attention.As a solution, policymakers formulated Qanun Hukum Keluarga which aims to regulate the family life of the Acehnese people based on Islamic law so that they can build family resilience. However, the Draft of Qanun Hukum Keluarga has resulted in a polemic that leads to the regulation of polygamy. The credibility of the polygamy regulation in supporting family resilience is still questionable. This narrative review aims to provide an overview of the legalization of polygamy regulations on the resilience of families in Aceh. The research method uses a literature review approach with an article writing method referring to a narrative review. This study discovered that theoretically, polygamy regulation has either a positive or negative effect on polygamous families.
