Magisterium bertanggung jawab untuk mengajar, menjaga kelestarian iman, menafsirkan dan mewartakan sabda Ilahi. Ajaran Katolik memiliki perbedaan dalam hal otoritas dengan agama-agama lainnya yang menepatkan otoritas tertinggi kepada kitab suci. Namun pada agama Katolik otoritas tertinggi berada di tangan magisterium. Magisterium merupakan wewenang atau kuasa mengajar dan otoritas tertinggi dalam gereja Katolik. Wewenang ini diberikan kepada para uskup di bawah pimpinan paus. Penelitian ilmiah ini secara khusus membahas mengenai: bagaimana tugas magisterium sebagai otoritas tunggal pengajar dan penafsir kebenaran Gereja Katolik. Dari hasil penelitian penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa tugas magisterium sebagai pengajar dibagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu magisterium biasa dan magisterium luar biasa. Magisterium biasa yaitu melakukan kerygma/katekese (pengajaran), pastoral (pengembalaan), mengambil keputusan berdasarkan doktrin, episkopal (pengawasan) dan sebagai pengajar melakukan sidang sinode. Magisterium luar biasa yaitu sebagai pengajar melaksanakan konsili ekumenis dan uskup Roma sebagai kepala dari para uskup. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan teoritik gerakan sosial dan mobilisasi sosial. A person's religious behavior arises because of an internal urge, which then gets an influence from the environment. In subsequent developments, religious behavior is much influenced by factors of religious experience, personality, psychological elements and others. Human life experiences several phases in the level of development of the religious soul in itself, including the children's phase, the adolescent phase, the adult phase, and the advanced phase. Each phase has its own characteristics and uniqueness. One of the formers of religious character in these phases is the mass media. Mass media in the present era is not only a complement but also a part of life. This research is very important because in today's digitalization era, the use of information technology is to facilitate the public in all lines of activity and the flow of information dissemination and exchange is very fast which often causes uproar in cyberspace because of the rampant circulation of hoax or fake news, an account is present. @infodenpasar on Instagram as a social media buzzer with 885 thousand followers / followers to become credible and trusted news and information presenter accounts in spreading news and information about Denpasar City. In this study, the focus will be on analyzing three problems, namely: (1) Why do the people of Denpasar City choose social media buzzer @infodenpasar account on Instagram in looking for news and information about the city of Denpasar ?, (2) How is the social media buzzer @infodenpasar communication strategy on Instagram in disseminating information and building public opinion in Denpasar City, (3) What are the implications of social media buzzer @infodenpasar on Instagram in spreading information and building public opinion in Denpasar City?The research method used is a qualitative research method, to achieve the research objectives, relevant and adequate data are required. Researchers as a key instrument, the technique of determining informants using a purposive sampling model, while the data collection techniques used observation, interviews and library studies.The findings of the study include: Reasons for social media users in choosing the @infodenpasar account as a media in searching for news and information about the city of Denpasar, consumer behavior through several stages of the decision making process, namely information search, alternative evaluation, and purchase decisions The communication strategy used by @infodenpasar is by using redundancy techniques, canalizing techniques, informative techniques, and persuasive techniques. Initially including one-way mass media, so that information only goes from source to target without any feedback. The development of radio as a two-way mass media using the telephone. Radio as an interactive medium provides space for listeners' feedback in the concept of interactive dialogue. As is done by Program 4 RRI Denpasar in the Cultural Talk Show program, so that it can be understood the communication patterns applied and their functions and implications. Included in qualitative research, the theories used are; cultural norm theory, S-M-C-R (Source-Massage-Channel-Receiver) theory, and dependency theory of mass communication effects.The findings of the study include: that the communication pattern applied to the interactive dialogue program of the Cultural Talk Show program based on Hinduism in Program 4 RRI Denpasar is a cultural segmentation. The broadcast process using linear and circular communication patterns is divided into three stages, namely the program stage, the technical stage, and the broadcasting stage. Furthermore, there are three functions outlined, namely: an educational function, a socio-cultural function, and a cultural preservation function based on Hinduism. The implications are very real effects on; cognitive strengthening, affective formation, and behavioral development. In the process of implementing the tawur labuh gentuh ceremony, communication dynamics occur using symbols that need to be understood together. This study, entitled \"Ritual Communication in the Tawur Labuh Gentuh Ceremony in Mayura Park, Mataram City\", raises the issue, namely how is the form of ritual communication in the tawur labuh gentuh ceremony in Mayura Park, Mataram City? The general purpose of this research is to broaden scientific insight about ritual communication and provide explanations to various parties regarding the tawur labuh gentuh ceremony so that it can be socialized to the public and to religious institutions in making a policy. Its specific purpose is to describe and analyze the form of ritual communication in the tawur labuh gentuh ceremony in Mayura Park, Mataram City.This research was conducted using qualitative methods, so that the data analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative and interpretative manner. Mayura Park, Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province was chosen as the research location because the tawur labuh gentuh ceremony was held in a large degree for the first time in this place. Besides that, the limited information makes Hindus not all know the procession and the meaning of the ceremony from beginning to end, so it is deemed necessary to conduct research as a reference source. It stands majestically at the southwestern tip of Bali on a steep, high rock platform and protrudes into the sea. This temple is located in the village of Pecatu, South Kuta District, Badung Regency and this temple is easily accessible. Uluwatu Temple is divided into three parts; Utama Mandala, Madya Mandala, and Nista Mandala. At Utama Mandala there are prasada and pelinggih in the form of Meru Tumpang Tiga. In Madya Mandala there are no pelinggih. Whereas in the southern Mandala Nista called Dalem Be Pvt, there are among others prasada, where the mokshanya Danghyang Dwijendra is side by side with a monument in the form of two boats used to sail when coming to Bali. Uluwatu Temple is a well-known tourist attraction in all foreign countries, although it is already a place that is very popular with tourists does not necessarily make people forget some things that must be done by visitors (tourists) when it comes to temples. The author uses the criticism of Maryam Jameelah and Edward Said in seeing how Orientalism works. Both figures were chosen because of their unique religious, ethnic and racial background. Both have felt the atmosphere of life in the East (Palestine and Pakistan) and also in the West (America).
