Through the descriptive analytical approach, it was found that the economic repercussions of the Covid 19 have imposed a general closure on everyone, as theCovid 19 pushed the world into a complex crisis, which brought the global economy into a state of severe recession. The pre- Covid 19 picture shows that the GDP reached at constant prices of the US dollar in 2010 in the UAE, from 198 billion dollars in 2000 to 421 billion dollars in 2019. The rate of economic growth during the period (2000-2019) recorded an average of 4.2%. At the same time, the unemployment rate during the period (2000-2019) did not exceed 3%. The labor market participation rate is 83% in 2019. The second position was taken by some civil society organizations on the environment and sustainable development, opposed to the application of the green economy because of the crippling effects of development processes in developing countries where the significant difference in financial and technological capacities between developing and developed countries, in addition to the imposition of strict environmental standards on the exports of developing countries and the establishment of trade and economic sanctions if not adhered to This limits the ability of developing countries to achieve the economic growth rates required for development and weakening their competitiveness. Accordingly, the research is based on the hypothesis that there is a positive impact of the green economy, namely co2 emission as an independent variable on export competitiveness, represented by the proportion of exports of goods and services (EX) as a dependent variable, during the period (2000-2019) by applying to the Middle East and North Africa countries.","PeriodicalId":333067,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies on Management, Business, and Economy","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131523040","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the inductive approach and by using the analytical tool, it was found that big data provides many benefits to the development process until the term big data for development BD4D appeared, and this knowledge played a major role in increasing economic activity and living standards. There is a close relationship between data and sustainable development. Hence, big data can help bring about economic diversification in Kuwait. Information and communication technology has paid attention and placed it at the heart of the government's 2035 strategy, New Kuwait, which was launched in 2017. As for the indicators, the number of mobile phone connections in Kuwait to 7.38 million calls in January 2020. The number of individuals who use the Internet increased from the population during the period (1990-2019), from zero to 99.5%. The hypothesis is that \"the Egyptian labor market suffers from chronic structural imbalances and internal and external crises that have negatively impacted its performance.\" The study presented the most important Egyptian labor, especially the imbalance between supply and demand in terms of numbers and skills, resulting in a rate of unemployment coincided with a deficit in many disciplines. The study also showed other images of the labor market imbalance (the acute duality between the formal and informal types of employment, the wage imbalance and labor productivity, and the last malfunction of males and females). The imbalances in the labor market in Egypt are due to several reasons, the most important of which are the lack of coordination between macroeconomic policies and labor market conditions, the chronic imbalance in both the output structure and income distribution structure, weak information efficiency in the labor market, weak institutional framework and ineffective labor market legislation, The rise in corruption and the rise and spread of monopolies. The study also presented a number of international experiences (Malaysia - China - Hungary) and the most important lessons learned from them. The study concluded by trying to put forward a number of necessary foundations in order to deal with the Egyptian labor market, which is characterized by acute and chronic problems. The most important of these are education as an industry for the human resource, raising the efficiency of information, linking the overall performance to the labor market movement, Informal sector in the formal economy, addressing duplication of the labor market).","PeriodicalId":333067,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies on Management, Business, and Economy","volume":"25 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125684226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, agent-based approach proves high potentials in modeling bounded rational and heterogeneous micro-behaviors. This approach captures important stylized facts of financial markets. However, the high complexity of estimating agent-based models parameters precludes using these models in the forecasting process. This problem limits the applicability of agent-based models in decision making and policy formulation processes. Thereafter, this research aims at introducing a prospect for estimating agent-based models for financial markets through surrogate modeling approach. Surrogate models are considered as novel parameter estimation method in economics though it is a well-defined method in engineering. Few efforts have been spent to estimate parameters using surrogate models.","PeriodicalId":333067,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies on Management, Business, and Economy","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117212533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To tackle this matter, this article aims to model the optimal tax rate in Morocco during the period 2000-2019, by using Scully’s model. The results of the estimation show that tax revenue around 23.4 percent of GDP maximizes the growth rate. It is very lower than the actual applied rate (27%). This situation reveals that Morocco is situated in the prohibitive side of Barro’s curve and the taxation is “unnecessary” and even degrading for growth and competitiveness.","PeriodicalId":333067,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies on Management, Business, and Economy","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114483636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
